That matched our experience perfectly. The tuition is steep - though financial aid is available! - but everything else was fantastic, and we were consistently impressed with the teachers, curriculum, field trips, awareness of kids as individuals, interaction with administration, and more. My mom worked for decades in early childhood education, and (as an interested and involved grandparent) was also very impressed. They welcomed/encouraged heavy parent involvement, from "come into the classroom to talk about something you're knowledgeable/passionate about" to occasional parent-meetups-over-coffee in the morning and more. But I was never, ever made to feel guilty about not being able to participate heavily, which was the norm once we had our second kid. (Who also went to LES for preschool, once old enough.) We can't speak to their K-8 experience, but for preschool/pre-K/TK they were fantastic.

Once my kids started at CHBS, their Japanese language skill sky rocketed. My 4 year old went from somewhat understanding what I was saying to him in Japanese, to being able to speak to me in Japanese 100%. He also learned to read and write during his time there. They have a curriculum centered around learning through playing and having fun. Goddard Saugus is a brand new, beautiful facility, with great teachers who like what they do and are always eager to share what your child is up. Goddard also has a digital system called Tadpoles, that offers and app for receiving daily updates on naps, meals and activities and a mid day picture, which eases your mind at work. The owners are always onsite taking care of the day to day needs of the business and building etc - leaving the teachers to focus on taking care of the kids. Great place.

When we started at the school, he had difficulties forming clear sentences. Now he can clearly communicate, knows his alphabets and numbers (in sign language as well), and started doing simple maths! The facility and curriculum are fantastic. The teachers are wonderful and Mr. Dave (owner) and Ms. Shannon (director) are great. Everyone takes such good care of the school. The owner is almost always on site and very responsible to any inquiries and emails. Even the families that have their kids enrolled there are amazing. My son became good friends with all his classmates and loved attending playdates and birthday celebrations. Unfortunately, our family relocated to a different state so my son had to leave. Not sure if they're suddenly out of business or what, but definitely cannot recommend at all. Update- we finally received a response from the owners, who cited an emergency with one of the crews and stated that, while they were still trying to catch up from yesterday, today's conditions would prevent them from servicing us today and for "the rest of the season." To summarize- we signed a seasonal contract with them, they not only didn't show up but also didn't communicate anything about an emergency or change in plans that would allow us to make other arrangements, then canceled our service. Terrible customer experience.

The price is very reasonable and flexible compared to what we had for the last year. Always shows up in time and the removal is professionally done. I will definitely recommend Bento to my friends and neighbors. One thing could be improved is communication. Even though Bento did show up everytime for the past season, it will be nice to get some notifications like when the team starts routing, when they might show up or will they do a de-ice etc.
