My daughter had to suddenly cancel telehealth therapy to be tested for COVID and they charged me $50 for that. I very politely and respectfully asked them to waive this one cancellation fee with agreement to be as careful as possible to not miss appointments in the future, and they refuse. (My daughter does therapy 5 days a week, so it is incredibly difficult to not ever miss a therapy visit with less than 24 hours notice.) My two children have done intensive therapy with them 5 days a week since late 2016 (see my earlier review). We have been faithful and supportive clients and have gone along with all of the COVID-related changes without complaining or arguing. I'm just aghast that they don't value their relationship with us after all this time, that in the middle of a pandemic, this is the hill they choose to die on.

As a parent, this level of enthusiasm goes a long way in my book. Additionally, Lindsay is an extremely talented therapist who has not only helped my daughter make significant strides in mere months, but also proven to me the value of OT (which says a lot since I was previously pretty skeptical). I also appreciate that after my daughter's initial assessment there was a clear plan for treatment.
