They come 3 to one order and honestly, they were lackluster. It could have stood for more filling. Nothing was particularly special about this starter even though they're apparently quite popular. The best thing we tasted was the pasta al forno which is the seasonal pasta. It came in the form of a lasagna and it was delish. It gave lasagna, but the layers were much more delicate and intentional. Per our waiter's recommendation, we ordered the Maiale pork chop ($42). It came with green tomato, mostarda, and smoked ricotta. It honestly gave me the ick because the pork chop was cooked to a medium. This made the pork more malleable in texture which added to my ick.The flavors weren't flavoring and it was a disappointment because this was our main course. Not blatantly bad, but not to my liking. For the main course, I opted for the Pollo alla Milanese. Also, a huge plate of food. I was able to make two additional meals from the chicken. The tagliatelle was perfectly cooked and the sauce paired perfectly well with the breaded chicken. Perfetto! For dessert, I had to try the Budino di Caramello. The butterscotch was truly delectable. Our server and the staff at Panzano were amazing and checked in on us frequently. I highly recommend Panzano if you're in the area.

Restaurants can charge what they want, but customers deserve transparency. This is exactly why people are eating out less.

The bread was a meal in its self with a really tasty sauce. The lasagna was very good as well but the parmigiana was even better...crispy flavorful chicken. What tied all this together was the scrumptious red sauce used in everything we ate. It was awesome with a spicy kick.
