The problem is that I never received a single statement. When I called to inquire, I learned they had the wrong mailing address on file. Despite having my correct phone number and email address, they never attempted to contact me through either method before threatening collections. What was even more frustrating was being told that the collections review process did not care that they had the wrong address. Shortly after the call, they sent an email attachment that I could not open, which was not helpful at all. There are plenty of ENT practices in the area. It began when they sent me what turned out to be inaccurate information about my insurance benefits. The staff told me what my deductible was and how much I had spent toward it, except they got it wrong. They told me I'd owe thousands of dollars out of pocket when, in reality, I'd already hit my out-of-pocket maximum and shouldn't have owed anything if I'd purchased from them. It's unbelievable that a place specializing in hearing services could be so careless with basic insurance details. I chose them specifically because they were in-network with my insurance -- big mistake. On the day of my appointment, things somehow got worse. The specialist brought me into the hearing aid fitting room and was shockingly unprepared. She immediately said she needed to call my insurance to "log in," and once she had a representative on the phone, it became painfully clear she didn't know how to use my insurance's online portal -- the very system needed to order my hearing aid. Instead of handling this privately, she argued with the insurance rep right in front of me on speaker, saying things like "Could you make this harder?" It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and honestly, it seemed like she had never used the portal before. In the end, I spent nearly an hour sitting there while the specialist fumbled with the insurance. Between the inaccurate benefit quote and the total lack of professionalism, I finally had enough -- I walked out. Save yourself the headache -- go literally anywhere else.

I've gotten regular screenings from my years flying in the military and I know I have hearing loss. I was seen within a few minutes of arriving for my appointment. Dr. Himler performed a comprehensive screening for me and went over the results right after. She also identified several different types and brands of hearing aids that could help my kind of loss. No high-pressure sales pitch at all, just information and capability comparison. I wanted to do some additional research on my own and wasn't ready to purchase right then, so I left with my prescription and some information sheets. I own that I made the error. They promised to return that check four times. I finally ended up paying to cancel it. 2. we begged, cajoled, and argued with them for over a year that we had an employee benefit of using an online pharmacy. We had 90% of our prescriptions sent to CVS at a significant cost to us. (literally more than 2000 dollars). Horrible organization. So sad when they are your provider of long term healthcare. Terrible.
