As such we heard multiple people come in, ask questions about parking, ask to use the bathroom, etc. One of our massage therapists was called out twice during the massage and could be heard arguing with another staff person in the hallway/outer room. Even though I'm not normally a sensitive person to smells/perfumes, I was still surprised no one asked at any point if scented lotions or oils were okay. Whatever they were using had a very unpleasant acrid lemon/citrus scent that reminded me of lemon pine-sol.
