We went from old tired white plaster to the newer pebble plaster and it looks terrific. Also replaced the old copper plumbing with PVC. They did a very commendable job. The crews were on time, worked very hard in the summer heat and kept things clean. They did an exceptional job on the trenching and plumbing it required the careful removal of pavers, installation of a new skimmer and drains and three returns. The pavers stayed intact and were replaced with care and look terrific. Not an easy pool to work on, as it is old and a rather unusual shape (yes, that's a five pointed star). We found the price was quite fair and there was good transparency on any additional charges such as some compromised concrete discovered after the old plaster was removed. Looking forward to using our fancy "new" pool for years to come.

During routine pool service at my home, their employee opened my main water valve - that was closed for a good reason - without my permission while I had stepped away to Home Depot to buy a shower cartridge. When I returned, water was pouring into my garage. My home flooded from the top level down. One week before Christmas, EVERY room was water damaged and had to be demolished. When it happened, the employee called the owner on speakerphone and said he had made a "huge mistake," explaining what he had done. The owner responded, "Do not tell this to the lady," not realizing he was on speakerphone. That alone says it all. Instead of coming to assess the damage, he claimed that he was out of town and that he could not recall the name of his insurance carrier. From that moment on, they never showed up, neither the owner BOB, neither his son ADAM. I was left alone dealing with the consequences. What followed were more than 4 months of construction, two years of stress, a $5,000 deductible loss, and additional out-of-pocket expenses. Because I had to file through my own insurance, my homeowners policy was not renewed. In California, if you have a single water claim -- regardless of fault -- it is extremely difficult to obtain new coverage. To this day, I have been unable to secure a house insurance, and my mortgage has increased by $600 per month due to this lack of coverage. This experience has had serious financial and personal consequences for me. I have been fooled by their fake smiles and I regret it every day. Now you know and it is up to you to decide who you want to give your business to.

I had my Jandy switch in my spa go bad and he came out and quoted me a fair price and that had installed. It's been several years and it's still working great. I had my salt water pool built in 2004 so a lot of the stuff is ancient. However, Duane's knowledge on upgrading my equipment into today's standard has helped me bring my pool up to date and get better use out of it. Recently I had the old Sam lights replaced in both the spa and pool. I had him install the Pentair Intellibrite LED lights that work with the app. He also upgraded my Jandy board to the Aqualink that connects to your wifi. This way I get the best use out of the LED light features. I can also use the app for everything from anywhere. Nigel and Patrick did the install. They're great. Explained everything. Nigel spent time walking me through features and functions. Life is so much easier controlling the speed setting on my variable speed pump, and all the different one touch settings. I remember the first thing I had him come out for was fixing my backwash pipe that was leaking. He's always been great in helping provide information when I'm doing it myself. He's not always available right away, but he will get back to me. In my opinion, he's a Godsend for this type of stuff. To have someone you can trust and that knows your equipment and system and you, it's really great and gives me peace of mind. I definitely recommend Duane, his techs, Nigel and Patrick and their work. His product prices are competitive and he's fair with his labor rate. You get what you pay for.
