I started going to Dr McCallister based on Yelp reviews. Undoubtedly he is the best in his business. I am fortunate to have found him in close vicinity. His approach is holistic, he is so thorough and detail oriented in his treatment. He spends time with you. I went to the office today after hearing for a long time about Dr. Leif Erickson. He specializes in muscle work and also reflexology. I wanted to give reflexology a try as I had never experienced it before. Dr. Erickson is very passionate about his work, and knowledgeable, too. It was fascinating to learn about the feet and areas, and how they are connected to the various organs. I came in with a few areas to address. It was interesting to see how the areas on the feet felt with the reflexology that were connected to the areas I wanted to address. I am sold on reflexology and will definitely be back. It was an easy decision - not only was I interested in coming back but a special package of five sessions were offered to me at a discounted rate. BONUS! I felt I had more energy than when I arrived, and just overall felt better. There was no wait at the office and plenty of parking. The office is not fancy (which is fine with me) but the people are personable, genuine and professional. I was afraid of seeing a chiropractor but after being there a few times now, I know Dr. McCallister cares about my well-being and he is excellent at what he does. Bought a Groupon for an adjustment and a massage, and the massage was great (as all massages usually are). Everyone in the whole office is really nice and helpful. For the adjustment I saw Dr McCallister. He was great. He made me feel comfortable instantly. My insurance is accepted here, and so I have been back many times now and still love it. I am feeling SO much better (pregnancy really messed my back up). I always have a pleasant experience. Dr McCallister even adjusts my 3 month old, and my little boy loves it (he always laughs). I will continue to come here and will recommend them to everyone I know. You will not regret coming here. I've been seeing Dr McCallister since the late 80's. Back then I had tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. I also suffered from headaches. He determined the issue was that I had no curve in my neck. After a couple of months of treatment I was re x-rayed and found a natural curve in my neck. I felt much better. Whenever I have an injury his is the first office I call. His hours are convenient and his fee is fair. I see him about once a month. Livermore Chiropractic is the best! This is the third chiropractor I've tried and I'm here to stay. I was referred by another chiro doctor two years ago when I was involved in serious car accident and needed to pay through insurance. I was in bad shape and very nervous to be adjusted but Dr. McCallister put me at ease. He uses an activator gun and several different modalities and techniques to give an effective full spinal adjustment. MIRACLE WORKER! Dr. Erickson is AMAZING! My sister had encouraged me to see Dr. Erickson over the past year or so, and I finally made time 4 months ago to see him for the first time. I went in more out of curiosity than anything as I had never been treated by a reflexologist before. He asked me if I had any pain or had any issues to work on, and I said, "no, I feel really great." He worked on my feet for a while and asked me how my menstrual cycle was going as it was obvious he picked up on something. I said, "oh fine...I have an IUD in and since I have the one with no hormones, my Dr. told me that bleeding a lot and for a long time (8-14 days, no joke) was normal. My husband and I are in conversation about having him get a vasectomy so I can get get the IUD taken out. Those heavy periods are TOUGH and really effect my mood for half the month! I have just surrendered to it as my Dr. told me there was nothing more I could do." Dr. Erickson continued to work on my feet and focused on my female organs to help with cramping, etc. The miracle is this -- my next period lasted 5 days!!! From beginning to end. No cramping, no heaviness! The next one lasted 6 days, and the third 5 days. No cramping at all and no heavy flow. TRULY a miracle! Not only am I a happy camper, my husband and kids are grateful to have a happier Mom ;) I had not realized how much those heavy menstrual cycles effected me until they got back to normal.
