I called this company and due to a faulty website (which the owners thought was fixed) I did not hear back. Jeanne did get back to me through text and then apologized for the faulty website. Jeanne and her son came 2 days later and walked around my mom's home and gave me a fair estimate to have a deep clean done. She told me she could come 3 days later! My mom did not want to leave her home with "strangers" so my mom and myself stayed for the entire day while Jeanne and assistant worked tirelessly to get the house cleaned.
