She sent the right crew size, explained what they would be doing and what they would need. The three ladies showed up early and worked hard all day long. They cleaned all surfaces top to bottom, wall, woodwork, floors, windows. They were incredibly hard workers, and always smiling and pleasant. They efficiently moved from room to room working around us as we finished clearing rooms for them to clean. I am extremely happy with the service provided. They also confirmed several times they would not start working until they gave me an exact quote. I left for work and they didn't call once to give me the quote and they billed me $320. Joe was good enough to settle at $250 but after I called to complain. Carpet came out nice but shower was terrible. I emailed with pictures to show them How unsatisfied I was and as an update as of 1/9, Joe PERSONALLY wrote me a letter to apologize with a full refund of the shower and grout cleaning. He has really taken responsibility and gone above my expectations for a response. Even though I wasn't satisfied with experience, he made sure that the situation was rectified.
