Horrible business practices. They will tell you can finance this couch 0% interest for x amount of time. Don't let them fool you. You are signing up for a CREDIT CARD. Not once will they tell you you're signing up for a credit card. You won't be notified of this scam until the end of the process and they will tell you your card will be mailed to you. The GM of the store will deny that you signed up for a credit card. Yet when you call the credit card company they will tell you it's a credit card. I find the customer service completely below par. You will have to pry them to help you if something goes wrong. I suggest staying away from this place and go else where with better business practices. read more

Worst customer service ever! The salesperson showed me the fabric swatches and asked me to select. After less than 30 seconds, on my 2nd swatch, she started to look at her watch. And I got the hint and told her she should help someone else if she was in a hurry. When I selected the fabric I wanted, she told me to go up to the cashier to pay. And then item in the cart had the wrong dimensions, the cashier was super nice but could not explain why the dimensions on the tag were different than the computer. She asked her co- worker to help and he was super defense and said there is no way that they can explain the discrepancy and basically pay for the custom order and refuse delivery if it's incorrect. Seriously? Why would I prepay for something knowing that there maybe an issue in the future, after waiting 8 weeks for a turnaround... I've been all over the valley shopping for furniture and kept coming back to Living Spaces because I like their styles, quality, and prices. I have been trying to find furniture to make a small bedroom into a sitting room/office. In addition, I sometimes need to nap in my office during the day. A love seat or chair-and-a-half were a little too small to nap on but most of the sofas I looked at were too big for the room. Ryan showed me smaller pieces of furniture in the main showroom and in the Clearance area. This particular store has a warehouse in the back with discounted items. Since Ryan really listened to what I needed, he recommended a large ottoman with a single, pull-out bed in it. Who even knew there was such a thing? He then asked one of the designers to help me find a chair to go with the ottoman. I ended up buying a Kasen loveseat​ that had been marked down from $570.00 to $126.00. It was in the Scratch and Dent section but there isn't actually anything wrong with it, it's beautiful and comfortable! I was really impressed with this particular​ Living Spaces store. The customer service was really great and I found a solution​ to my problem that was beyond my expectations. The ottoman (brown leather) matches my living room furniture and I can even roll it out of the bedroom when I need extra seating for a party. Very happy with my experience at Living Spaces today! This place is the worst!!!! Don't get anything there!! I regret getting my furniture there and I got a lot!!! Bed room set, dinning set 2 of them and some others pieces. The customer service is horrible!!! I've been trying to get my bed replaced because the guys who put it together screwed the screws to tight split the wood!! I would give them zero stars if I could. Be aware about their warranty & don't waste your money. Carefree is the warranty company which never answer their phone and impossible to reach. The store personal clearly does not care about our business. Our reclining sectional has a defective frame, since their 1-year warranty is up, they will not honor it. I had no idea there was an issue until I watched it recline back into place. I provided photos and a video. Tech came out and said the frame was bent and clearly a manufacturer defect, after stringing us along for over a month, they are not honoring their warranty. Wish I could give it a zero! But let me tell you, my brother came to this store to furnish his new home and was quickly dragged down a rabbit hole of deception and bad customer service. He spent a respectable amount on furniture and bed room sets only to receive something completely different come delivery day. When he reached out to the store they were quick to offer to charge him more but reluctant to address the real issue of his falsely advertised sets. He bought a bedroom set on site and what he received was a night and day difference. Now the store has graciously offered to "replace" their mix up at additional costs of course. Rae was my associate and was honest and super helpful. She did not rush me and then helped me decide on what I really wanted for an entryway that Pruitts and American Furniture denied delivery for my residence. I purchased a 112 inch sectional and LOVE LOVE IT!!! The delivery men were AWESOME! They brought in the furniture with zero problems...extreamly professional...arranged...took packing material away and they were off (I tipped of course:). !! BUYER BEWARE!! I had been eyeing this floor mirror for a while and finally bought it. Two days after delivery, it cracked across out of nowhere. When it was delivered and propped against the wall it looked warped. I communicated this with Living Spaces (which is all through an email) they agreed to replace it. They replaced this and a week and 2 days later, the same thing happened to the replacement, it cracked across at 2am waking me up. I then contacted Living Spaces and this time I was told it was out of the 7 day warranty and I'd have to file a claim. I have now had to communicate with 7 different customer service reps, felt as if they were putting me off and making this so difficult I'd stop trying. Finally and other rep emailed me and said the warranty wasn't covered and claim denied because it's considered an accessory (why sell me a warranty then). I was really excited to purchase new furniture from Living Spaces. My salesperson was extremely nice. He wasn't clingy or pushy. He was very personable. He answered questions and showed me several pieces. I decided on the set I wanted and left the store. I slept on my decision, because it was a major purchase. I selected a power reclining sofa, love seat and recliner with head rests and built in USB ports. I paid cash and didn't use any financing on May 16, 2019. The love seat and recliner were delivered the next day. I was told the sofa was on order and should be in before May 31, 2019. As of the writing of this review, the sofa has not been delivered. I have called Living Spaces several times and I am only told it's not in yet. I am extremely unsatisfied. My friend went with me as she is looking to replace her daughter's entire bedroom with new furniture. Based on my experience, she is now looking elsewhere. I'm so extremely unsatisfied. Living Spaces also sent me a store survey and I stated in that review that I was unsatisfied and still didn't have my sofa. No one from Living Spaces called me or followed up with me. I really wanted to like this place. I ordered a bed online for my sister who was moving. It wasn't delivered to my home. I called in, my call was dropped twice --with a 20+ waiting time. I reached out to social media who only gave me an email to reach out to someone else. I guess they can't actually do anything via IG? They told me it would be a 1-2 day wait for a response. They reached out in 2 days to tell me they'd look into it and would take another 1-2 days to get back to me. The social media team got back to me and just sent a canned response (4 days after I reached out). They were dismissive and unhelpful. Worst delivery experience of my life. No communication. Delivery window was between 12-6. Received a call at 8PM saying they were running late but delivery would still be made. It wasn't. Wasted an entire day. I called the next day and was told I'd have to reschedule the delivery to their next available day. Nobody reached out to me, I had to call them. Then they tried to offer me 25% off the delivery fee. I insisted they refund it back to me and was able to get them to do it. There is one phone number for the entire company, no way to contact the delivery department directly, no way to contact the local store... by far the worst customer service model out there. My boyfriend and I went in at 6:15 pm on a Tuesday to find a sectional with very specific dimensions. I will mention this place is huge. We found the perfect suede sectional within minutes. Afterward we headed to their outlet section where they have "as is" furniture. There, we found a super cool coffee table for 50% off with no imperfections. On our way out I noticed several rugs for $60 each. I grabbed one of those as well. We paid, they wrapped our stuff carefully and loaded it into our truck. We were out of there by 7:45. I go to search for my order online and nothing comes up. I called their customer support and was told "Sorry, you'll just have to wait until the rug is scanned in at the Phoenix warehouse." The next morning I called again as that response is not acceptable, and spoke to someone who informed me the rug is not in stock and will no longer be available for purchase. It's not hard to understand why they have such a low rating. Several years ago we furnished a small condo with their goods and all was great. 3+ years ago we purchased a large sectional from them as well. After 2 years, we spent an additional $1000 to have the cushions restuffed but it just didn't hold up. So a month ago we purchased another sectional and a custom ottoman. I left the store with an order summary showing delivery had been scheduled. 2 days later I get a text asking me to book the delivery. I didn't understand as my Order Summary clearly showed a delivery date so I called to clarifiy. I was told my items could not be scheduled because the otttoman was custom. Then why did the sales rep select a delivery date... why is it written on the order summary? 5 phone and 7 emails later, we cancelled the sectional - without even a return call from the store manager. In fact she took the time to send me a very rude email. The ottoman arrived yesterday. We went to the store to pick it up - its warped, it's dented, there are several large scratches in the leather and one side hangs over 2 inches and the other side is short the lid was bent, the frame was bent it was extremely poorly made and looked nothing like the sample on the floor. We refused the item and were forced to pay a 25% restocking fee because this was a custom order. How they can expect anyone to pay/accept something so incredibly poorly made is beyond comprehension. We were offered a discount - but that doesn't help when something looks so awful you would be embarrassed to have it in your home. They offered to let us take that one home and have another one made for us. Fearing additional disappointment, and considering all the frustration we had already experienced, we decided to let them have the 25% and we walked out.
