Wow! What can I say. I went in yesterday looking for a dining set at about 6pm. I found what I liked, placed the order and was out by 6:30. Everyone was so kind. The gentleman working, advised it wouldn't be able to be delivered for about 4 days. We just said hey whatever you can do to get it to us earlier we would completely appreciate. Here it is the following morning at 7am and I just got a text that it was put on the schedule for today. Simply amazing! I would highly recommend them. Their quick customer service and willingness to help. Even down to the warranty they offered. $149 dollars, comes with a furniture cleaning kit and it's a 4 year no question asked. If they can't fix or repair we get a replacement. On top of that if I don't use the warranty in 4 years I get the $149 back on store credit! No other furniture offers this and it certainly is worth every penny especially having kids and pets! Thank you Del Sol we will be back! read more

Horrendous Customer Service On Nov 16, 2024, I visited the Del Sol store at 35th Ave & Bell looking for a new sofa. A very nice lady helped me. I didn't see anything in the store that I liked, so she suggested that I look on their website. On 11/17/24, I ordered a sofa on Del Sol's website and received an email thanking me for my order, as well as a "receipt" although my card was not charged at that time. The thank you email said that someone would contact me to confirm my order. The website indicated that the sofa would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. After 2 weeks, I still had not received a call from Del Sol to confirm the order. I waited another week and called the store. They told me that they couldn't help me with an online order, but would have the online sales department call me. No phone call came. I then called the online sales department and was told someone would call me back. Again, no phone call. So I called again. The woman I spoke to said it would be another 2-3 weeks for the sofa to be delivered. I told her it had already been 3 weeks. She then told me that it takes time to process an order. Ummm...OK... Instead of owning up to their mistake of obviously not processing my order, she tried to make it sound like it takes 2 - 3 weeks just to get the process moving. This was Dec 10. They charged my credit card the next day, 12/11. I waited another 2 or 3 weeks without hearing from Del Sol, so I called them again on 12/27/24. Someone actually called me back on 12/28!!! This time the person said he saw my order and it would be delivered on Tuesday, 12/31/24, and someone would call me later that day (12/28) to give me a delivery window. Once again, no phone call. They did text me on 12/30 to give me a delivery window on 12/31. They delivered the couch on 12/31, but it was more than 2 hours later than the delivery window. Once again, they did not call me to tell me they were running late. I had to call them. The person who called me on 12/28 also wanted to recharge my card, telling me that the original charge was voided since it had been more than 30 days. I told him that my card had been charged already. "Oh, let me check with Accounting...You're correct, your card was charged." No kidding. However, he did tell me that Del Sol would refund the delivery charge because "the delay was on our end." I waited another 2 weeks with no refund. So, I called them again. The first person I spoke to said since it was an online order he couldn't help me and the online order department didn't open until 10:00 but would have someone from the online order department call me back between 10 & 11. After 1:00, still no phone call. So, I called them again. This time the person told me that Accounting was closed on Saturday but he would message them and ask about the refund. He also said he would call me on Monday regarding the refund. Again no call on Monday, so I called them again. This time the woman I spoke to said she would have Accounting issue the refund and have someone call me to confirm that the refund was issued. This time they actually called me and issued the refund. read more

I have been a returning customer of Del Sol Furniture for years. The show room on 83rd Ave and their sales team have always been so helpful and provide great customer service. My most recent purchase was a king size mattress in 03/22. It recently began to unravel at the seam. I called the customer support number, they quickly placed & approved the claim. I went into the showroom and chose the same model since it was covered under the warranty and I had no intention of paying a price difference. I got a call two days later from Elena at corporate and was given a fee of $100, maybe a little over, I can't quite remember. I explained to Elena that I should not be required to pay a fee as the mattress should be covered under warranty. I should clarify that I went with a different firmness, but it was the same price as the original mattress, I quickly explained to her that I would opt for the original mattress firmness if that was the reason for the fee. It wasn't. Del Sol Furniture expected me to pay the difference on the mattress because the price increased from what I paid full price on last year. The conversation and exchange of information baffled me, I should not be charged for a purchase that is covered under warranty. I allowed for the understanding to be that she "waived" the fee because the point wasn't being received on her end. The manager at the 83rd Ave location also advised I request the delivery fee be waived due to the faulty/defective mattress and having to even file a claim in the first place. Stating "9 times out of 10 they will waive the fee". I appear to be the one out of ten because when I requested, the customer service rep would not oblige stating, she was trying to help me by waiving the cost of the mattress. I requested another rep at this point. I was then transferred to Zulma, who after being questioned on the level of their customer service responded with "we can just reimburse you your money". I opted for a reimbursement after some thought because I was extremely taken back at their level of customer service or should I say lack thereof. To be expected to come out of pocket after such an inconvenient experience (mattress basically falling apart, being expected to pay a fee for a mattress that is under warranty and then being told they would "waive" a fee that shouldn't even be a fee, hence the warranty!), expected to deliver a heavy mattress myself or pay the delivery fee of $129 is ridiculous and proved to me Del Sol Furniture does not value their customers. I have purchased several different furniture pieces from Del Sol Furniture (having spent somewhere in the ballpark of $4000 over several years) but after the level of treatment I received I will never purchase anything from Del Sol Furniture again. Nor will I refer them as I have several times in the past. I went to Costco and purchased 2 mattresses (king, twin) for the amount I was reimbursed. read more

I want to give better ratings but there seems to be a huge disconnect between the owners policy vs the sales people. There was recently an issue with furniture my parents bought but the owner Alex was quick to go above and beyond to make things right. Fast forward about a month and I decide to come in to purchase a bedroom set. Since they have beautiful furniture and the owner seems to genuinely care, I decided to give this place another shot. Unfortunately we walked out without furniture. Order was placed and we were going to pay cash. Turns out the same issue that arose for my parents arose for me as well. We asked about delivery and the sales lady wanted to charge $100.00. According to the owner, purchases over 1,000 should include free delivery. Well, according to this sales lady that was only a promotion for Mother's Day and no longer applied. And just like that we walked out. My husband was dumbfounded and could not believe she just let us walk out. We have made lots of large purchases at different stores recently and they all waived delivery fees because of the large sum of the purchase itself. By the way, the bedroom set was not on sale and totaled about 12 to 13 hundred so I don't understand where the disconnect is here. read more

Worst service I have ever had! Bought our son a bedroom set memorial weekend when they had a sale! It took over a month just to receive the bed frame without the drawers that came with it! Today the drawers were delivered and can't even be put in! They said the screws are stripped and they pretty much stripped the screws! Management has yet to do anything besides free delivery and instillation! After spending $2000, ordering everything May 26th, and just now getting everything I'm beyond pissed off! To top everything off they men who came to install today said they called a manager but when I called the manager he didn't even know about the situation! I want some money back on what we have spent considering the horrible service, taking months to get, not even being put together correctly, and ruining screws that came with the bed. read more

I ended up looking at some other beds via their website kiosk they had in store. I purchased through the site, and Ingrid was super helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I had. This was especially true when it came to mattresses. They had a great selection of different brands, styles and firmness options and their staff helped me find the right one. If I could give 0 stars that would more accurately reflect the quality of this company. I ordered my husband a desk in JULY and it STILL has not come in-it is now November. This is not 1895 and I did not order from the Sears catalog and hope it comes in on the next wagon train. I expect in 2020 that my order will completed in a timely manner. Instead, Del Sol has repeatedly dragged us along and told us FIVE different arrival dates, none of which actually were fulfilled. They also refused to give us a full refund when we first tried to cancel our order and demanded that we pay a 25% restocking fee in order to cancel. This, after waiting MONTHS to receive a desk that we were originally told would come in two weeks after the purchase. No sales person tried to accommodate us or see why it was taking so long to get a desk into one of the biggest cities in the nation. I am so disappointed that my husband is STILL waiting on a birthday gift from 5 months ago, and I will never purchase from this company again, nor would I ever recommend that anyone does. read more
