    Our first visit to this furniture store was a great experience. We were warmly welcomed and assisted right away by two staff members who took the time to show us around, answer our questions, and offer helpful suggestions while we decided. Delivery arrived early within the scheduled window, and the setup was quick and professional. The team did an excellent job--we tested the recliners and charging stations, and everything works perfectly. The furniture looks fantastic! As a bonus, they included a free cleaning kit with unlimited refills when you purchase their extended warranty.

    Prices I think are just a little high. But good quality stuff. Great customer service. Thank u to Marisela at the warehouse. Figured out where my 4 chairs were that weren't delivered with the dining table. She figured it out quickly and had them delivered the same day. Thank u! Update: no one told me about the price match guarantee!

    After spending hours on websites and Pinterest attempting to hunt down the perfect blue sectional for my new living room...the Del Sol team helped me customize the exact color, fabric and style for my home. The women who helped me were knowledgeable and took their time to listen to my list of wants. They were patient and it was worth it because I could not be more happier with my sectional. The quality is great and I have received compliment after compliment! Thank you to the Del Sol team for an amazing experience.

    Okay okay, I must admit I LOVE love love my coffee & end table! 5 stars & I had to share how perfect they look! Thank you Del Sol for providing me with my absolute favorite pieces. Not to mention incredible customer service, prices, delivery/ set up and the best company culture.

    I have been a returning customer of Del Sol Furniture for years. The show room on 83rd Ave and their sales team have always been so helpful and provide great customer service. My most recent purchase was a king size mattress in 03/22. It recently began to unravel at the seam. I called the customer support number, they quickly placed & approved the claim. I went into the showroom and chose the same model since it was covered under the warranty and I had no intention of paying a price difference. I got a call two days later from Elena at corporate and was given a fee of $100, maybe a little over, I can't quite remember. I explained to Elena that I should not be required to pay a fee as the mattress should be covered under warranty. I should clarify that I went with a different firmness, but it was the same price as the original mattress, I quickly explained to her that I would opt for the original mattress firmness if that was the reason for the fee. It wasn't. Del Sol Furniture expected me to pay the difference on the mattress because the price increased from what I paid full price on last year. The conversation and exchange of information baffled me, I should not be charged for a purchase that is covered under warranty. I allowed for the understanding to be that she "waived" the fee because the point wasn't being received on her end. The manager at the 83rd Ave location also advised I request the delivery fee be waived due to the faulty/defective mattress and having to even file a claim in the first place. Stating "9 times out of 10 they will waive the fee". I appear to be the one out of ten because when I requested, the customer service rep would not oblige stating, she was trying to help me by waiving the cost of the mattress. I requested another rep at this point. I was then transferred to Zulma, who after being questioned on the level of their customer service responded with "we can just reimburse you your money". I opted for a reimbursement after some thought because I was extremely taken back at their level of customer service or should I say lack thereof. To be expected to come out of pocket after such an inconvenient experience (mattress basically falling apart, being expected to pay a fee for a mattress that is under warranty and then being told they would "waive" a fee that shouldn't even be a fee, hence the warranty!), expected to deliver a heavy mattress myself or pay the delivery fee of $129 is ridiculous and proved to me Del Sol Furniture does not value their customers. I have purchased several different furniture pieces from Del Sol Furniture (having spent somewhere in the ballpark of $4000 over several years) but after the level of treatment I received I will never purchase anything from Del Sol Furniture again. Nor will I refer them as I have several times in the past. I went to Costco and purchased 2 mattresses (king, twin) for the amount I was reimbursed.

They never stood behind the products sold and I was extremely dissatisfied with my last overly expensive purchase. My purple mattress didn't last 2 years. That is when I found Johnny at Bed Drs and I am so happy I did. Johnny has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sleep. He knows his products. Plus, he is super patient and a real pleasure to work with. He is a good human being. He went above and beyond for me after I came in 5 times to test out and finally purchase a new mattress. He never tried to upsell or force me into making a rushed decision. He told me he would stand behind the sale and he did. I initially purchased a mattress that was a bit too firm for me. So, he was able to switch that out for a new fabulous Aireloom mattress. I also added an adjustable base, pillow, sheets and a topper (for another previously purchased mattress that was too firm). I am so happy and as you can tell it is Teddy brewski approved. I am so excited that we got it right and I appreciate Johnny's standing behind his products, knowledge, follow up and for being concerned for my well being ultimately so that I can have a good night sleep. He was very fair with his pricing too. I recommend Johnny highly. Bonus: His delivery people are fantastic also. Very efficient and knowledgeable and also a real pleasure to work with.

    This place is a shady operation…read more Went in yesterday with my elderly dad to help him find a new mattress. After he found one he liked but that was out of his price range, the salesperson said don't worry, he would check to see if they had that mattress "on outlet," in which case it would be far cheaper than the list price. He then confirmed that he did in fact have one, and my dad agreed to purchase. He never explained what "on outlet" meant, and we both just assumed it was overstock or something, like the outlet stores we've been to. When the mattress was delivered today, we found that it was a used mattress. Not once was the word "used" or "pre-owned" mentioned during the sale, and we certainly wouldn't have agreed to the purchase if we had known it was used. When my dad called to complain about this, the salesperson became argumentative and flat-out lied, saying that he had had a side conversation with me where he had clearly explained that "outlet" meant pre-owned or floor model. What he didn't realize was that he was on speaker, and I was listening to the conversation. When I confronted him and told him he most certainly did not ever explain any such thing, because I wouldn't have allowed my dad to purchase a used mattress, he then copped an even worse attitude and tried to twist my words around, saying, "So I didn't tell you ANYTHING about this mattress...." He then told me he would "talk to his manager" to see what they could do and call us back. We haven't heard back after more than 4 hours. I believe this was a deliberately deceptive sales tactic to use the misleading term "outlet" to hide the fact that they were selling us a used mattress until after the sale was completed, at which point it would be "too late." (They have a "no returns" policy for pre-owned mattresses.) So my 80-year-old father, who is on a fixed income, was ripped off into paying far too much for a used mattress. Stay away from this place. I am going to send an email blast to all of the local retirement communities detailing their deceptive practices. And no, Mattress Firm social media flack, don't bother responding with one of your empty 'I'm so sorry this happened, please call me so we can make this reight" BS replies. I've worked in digital marketing for years, so I know what this BS PR tactic is meant for. You should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to use these kinds of deceptive tactics on the elderly.
