We had successfully purchased several pieces of furniture before we went to purchase a bedroom set. Unfortunately, we went to return items that were not up to par (the color was WAY off) with the money we spent. We were more than willing to pay the return fee, but they were unwilling to accept them because it was outside of the seven days. THEY WERE STILL IN THE BOX! We only opened one item, and when we saw it didn't match, we didn't open the rest. So these are Magnolia brand (expensive furniture), and they were unwilling to budge. In this day and age, to not recognize loyal customers and to be treated so is just the epitome of corporate greed. Those of us who actually work in the world can't always do things on such a short schedule. This policy was made by someone who just sucks. Congrats on losing another customer. read more

They have a vast collection of furniture ,beds for kids and adults .recliners ,fancy items ,carpets ,and home decor items ..the only things missing was infant cribs and stuff but they have everything else from sofas to all living room furniture etc etc.The staff are good and help you but not too pushy and do not force cell which is good but they do help you pick out good stuff .They have restrooms too and a play area for kids so they take care of your kids when you can pick your things comfortably .they have coffee and cookies at snack bar so you can grab a bite .will come back again to buy stuff here . read more

In 2016 I bought an entire house full of furniture and overall the furniture was very good for the price you pay. I didn't have any complaints. Now 2022, I have purchased a sectional, coffee table, 6 dining chairs, a dining table, and an accent table and ONLY two of the items have not had problems. Problems: 1.Wade dining chairs are perfect for the area, but they are rough and pull your clothes and they are wobbly no matter how they are adjusted. 2. The sectional looks nice, but the stuffing is lumpy and we just got this delivered 5 weeks ago. There are only 2 of us and I can't imagine what this will be like later on down the road. It was an Aiden sectional and the workmanship is not good. 3. The delivery man was suppose to submit a problem with our glass on the coffee table and he never did. Now LS wants us to report it as warranty and it costs us money for warranty work. LS doesn't have a warranty because they charge for someone to come and look/fix the problems with their products, they charge for the labor, they charge for pick up and delivery. WHAT TYPE of WARRANTY is THAT???? You for been warned.... I have spent thousands of $$$ at LS and will NEVER buy anything form this store again. The QUALITY is non existent. read more

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS FROM THESE GUYS. WHAT A JOKE AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT. I purchased a very expensive memory foam BEAUTYREST mattress 09/04/2017 from here and it has since been discontinued. My order number is SO-003253774. The mattress came with a "10 year warranty". The manufacturer of the mattress is out of business. The mattress is defective and I have been trying to process a warranty claim. Guess what? They denied the claim. The out of business manufacturer denied the claim. How convenient is that. Now I am stuck with a mattress that slopes on both sides, a huge hump in the middle and high and low spots everywhere. Their response is that the mattress has no defects after inspection. It gets better. The inspection company came out and verbally told my wife that the mattress has several issues and defects. That they have no idea how its doing what its doing because it has no springs inside. Their inspection company is a joke. The inspection company they use is "Precise Mattress Inspection" and the technician was Dwayne Murphy. The inspection company, as well as Living Spaces, both denied me the rights to my own copy of the inspection as well as photos and measurements taken. My only option from Living Spaces was for me to call the manufacturer of the product. Yeah, that wouldn't be so bad if they were still in business. I have been left with zero other options but to reach out the the Attorney General and BBB for help. DO NOT purchase a mattress from these guys. read more

Salesperson very nice, however she failed to tell us delivery does not include set up. On Sept 4th our couch was delivered and damaged. I reported it and to date made 12 calls and made promises that have gone unresolved to date. Don't ask for a manager nor a call back cause that doesn't exist. I work customer service and THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Their delivery guy didn't speak English on our 1st delivery and 2nd delivery of the rest of our furniture was RUDE!! We ordered a dining table set from Living Spaces. The initial table was delivered cracked, they replaced the table and delivered a new one. The new table had maggots in and on the box. These were brought into my home with the delivery. I immediately reached out to the company to resolve the issue. It took over 1 week to get a response, and they said they would do nothing to resolve the issue. read more

Went in and ordered a dining room set that I saw on their floor room we sat at it for 20 minutes inspected everything and it all looked good. When it was delivered and put together it was super wobbly worse than a Denny's table. I called and they offered an exchange, the new table just as wobbly, both sets are crap. The options I have offered is to bring me a third table, they've offered me a whole 10% discount, or I could go in and try to talk to the manager of the store for store credit. I'm tired folks, I'm tired of putting a table together, I'm tired of wobbly things, I'm tired of never knowing what the chairs look like other than wrapped in plastic, I'm tired of my kids eating in random places because we've been dealing with this since 10/8. read more

Dont buy from this place. We got the care free warranty. We were going through an insurance claim. So we didn't report the broken frame on our couch right away. So they denied the claim. When we bought the care free warranty. We were told anytime there was a problem it would be fixed. Not before 30 days . I an sure they find any excuse not to fulfill a claim. read more

We unfortunately have had a terrible experience with living spaces. We have had our sectional just over a year, and purchased the extended warranty. The sales person we worked with told us the warranty covers "anything and everything." We purchased the couch in one of their most durable, cleanable fabrics geared towards kids and pets. After one year, our couch has started to tear at the seems on the cushions. I have reached out to living spaces and the warranty company, neither of which will do anything to repair this poorly manufactured product. We have wasted several thousand dollars and the company will do nothing to make this right. In the year 2023, there are many places to purchase furniture. I would expect due to the market being so saturated that living spaces would do their best to make this right and they haven't and refuse to assist. Take your money elsewhere! read more

Mind you I picked up both purchases so I can't speak of delivery but my customer experience has been nothing short of wonderful. My last purchase yesterday I purchased a bar and they not only took my $25 survey coupon from my last purchase but also took my $25 sleep test coupon. That made me smile as it was about 15% off my purchase. Then I was looking at a couch debating on a custom color/fabric and an associate shoes me an additional set of searches with my perfect color and material I've been searching for and it won't be an additional charge. We bought a coffee table from them. It arrived from their delivery people and was broken when I opened the box. We called and they sent a new one. It was broken too when I checked the table while the delivery people were at our house. The delivery people agreed that it was broken but refused to take it back with them. Got a third table and it was also broken. We finally got 15% off. After that we realized that it was way more broken than originally known. They refused to return the item. We ordered a couch on October 22, 2022. It's February 4, 2023. We haven't received any update. We came into living spaces today to ask what's going on. At this point we wanted to cancel our order since it's been 3 months since we ordered our couch. We asked if we can cancel the custom order and we were told yes but there will be a 25% fee. One of the customer services associates said she was going to email the build team. I said, "you can't call them so we can hear if they already started building it." She said, "no, unfortunately they don't have a number." She said, "I can email them and when I get a response I can call you. When I walked out I found a number and called. The person on the phone said they are building it and it's going to take atleast 2 more months. I asked if we can cancel it and she said but there will be a fee and I said, "you don't see how wrong that it is? To charge us a fee when you guys couldn't make something and deliver it in the time you said you would do it?" She asked to put me on hold, She put me on hold and left me on hold. She finally came back on and gave me a refund with no fees. I wouldn't order anything from Living Spaces ever again. Like many others, I would also give no stars if I could. Bought kitchen and bedroom furniture and it was a nightmare. We knew the kitchen table would be delayed but everything else would be delivered in 7 days. The delivery service shows up missing the headboard. The bed can't be put together without it. The delivery driver calls someone who is of no help and all he says is he's a third party. You can't call the store directly you have to call corporate for them to call you back. This takes Hours. They try to make it right by getting us next day delivery, tell us it'll arrive around 6p. Not sure why it wasn't on the truck if it was in the local warehouse. Anyway, it's no longer the second stop and will be close to midnight IF we receive it today. So disappointing after spending so much money. So at this point almost my entire house is furnished with living spaces, the only problem you buy the "care club" but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get them to fix and or replace anything!!! I was going to buy a table and chair at Costco for $700 and my husband convinced me to go to Living Spaces. We ended up spending 3x the amount and FINALLY bought a beautiful table and chairs. Within 3 months the finish was coming up at the seams. During Covid 19 QUARANTINE my nephew broke a chair, all 95 lbs of him, and we waited to call due to QUARANTINE and by the time we called they won't replace or even talk to us!! So let me understand, its Covid-19 protocol EVERYWHERE but we are supposed to let you in our home. The ENTIRE table and chairs are a total disappointment. The table looks 10 years old and its 2, the chairs have all since cracked or broken and the only thing still in tact and in good shape is the bench. Sadly due to lack of options I just bought MORE furniture from them and wouldn't you know it, they messed that all up "Due to Covid-19" so let's ask ourselves who the idiot is at this point. I got a call from Living Spaces customer service the day before scheduled delivery to cancel as they said they didn't have the inventory, and that it wouldn't be for another six weeks. I went on their website and it showed I could pick up the dresser TODAY at the warehouse. They were adamant that I couldn't and that their systems were wrong. Sure enough, I ordered it on the website, drove to Living Spaces and there is was, ready to take home. Customer service lied, was dishonest, and unethical. It's being delivered today. HORRIBLE. purchased dining room table (with extension leaf) in October, delivered in October (1st one). Thanksgiving dinner went to put the leaf in and it was so warped could not sit anything on it without spilling. contacted living spaces for replacement of defective product, they delivered another DEFECT product to me, I refused delivery on yet another defective one. They rescheduled to have another table delivered on 12/18, delivery time window sent day prior, I waited around ALL dya for them to show when i finally called they said oops this was not available to be delivered today, due to it being DEFECTIVE when it was to be loaded on the truck in the morning.....had I not called i would have never known.. new delivery set for 12/20, same situation. however learned my lesson and call as first thing and YEP could not deliver to me to day .......defective again. January 14, 2021 PROS: If I were reviewing my delivery today and the two gentlemen who brought in my furniture, I would give it 5 stars. CONS: The three times I called to correct my address and change my delivery date, I was on hold every times for at least 25 to 50 minutes. Once I finally got to talk to someone, they were in another country and spoke poor english. Not only could I barely understand them they messed up both my address change and delivery date. It wasn't until I decided to select the "place an order" that I was put right through to a lady (Jamie) in California that corrected my address and delivery date. Living Spaces needs to have better customer service by having good english speaking employees who understand your needs, and not have customers wait on hold forever. Very unhappy with Living Spaces. Will not recommend to anyone and will be writing letter to corporate office. Had a very bad experience ordering furniture from the showroom in Scottsdale and having the wrong item delivered. The couch we requested was NOT 88 in long and when they delivered it, it was. We notified them immediately and said they would take it back but I would have to pay a 10% restock fee. We went into the store and had no help from any of the three people we met with. Spent about 2 hours trying to find a replacement and they were unable to. They kept 10% of our money. If it was our fault for picking wrong furniture I could see the 10% restock fee, but we did NOT get what we ordered. Therefore we should be refunded the 10%! Buyer beware!! Due to the fact that the store didn't have the base in their store they needed to ship from another location. Ok, I get that...However, I paid for Full Service. Still waiting for that "Full Service" as the bed and boxes are on my floor. Calling customer service is calling to ?. Not the local store. I was told that they would call back with answers within 24 hours. Nope. Called again. Same run around. I can't waste gas and time to chase bad customer service. Absolutely disappointed in Living Spaces. We found our perfect couch at living spaces after weeks of searching. Little did we know that the quality of the couch would be bad. After just a few weeks after install of the couch, a button popped off, and the couch would squeak when sat on. We finally got on the phone with the Living Spaces Warranty department (after many attempts to call and not get through) and they sent over a technician. The repair company that they work with is terrible. Horrible coordination on getting the tech out here, huge arrival windows where you are forced to stay home all day, and lack of proper materials. After many scheduled tech visits, they finally told us that one of the pieces they needed wasn't being made anymore. So the entire couch would need to be replaced. This is after at least 6 months of waiting for this couch to be repaired. They no longer make the couch, so now we are stuck. We designed our entire living room to go with our couch, and now we are being forced to pick a totally different one that may or may not go with our living room. Mind you we have a new baby at home, and are scared to leave our house to pick out a new couch because of the coronavirus. I have purchased twice from these guys. First time for a table and chairs was great. Second order is a disaster. Didn't get proper notice the truck was on the way until 10 min. prior to the truck arriving so missed them. They didn't reschedule until a week later so my guests slept on the floor. Second they assembled the bed with the wrong parts and dinged up bed while assembling. Technician came out and fixed the dings. (looks good) but he didn't know anything about the janky bed assembly (wrong parts jammed in and hidden from me by them putting the mattress over it) nor the wobbling night stands. Just got an email from them saying the ticket is closed and had to call them a third time. Don't buy anything that needs to be assembled from these guys. read more

I paid 10,000 for a custom sectional and the additional 5 year warranty, after being reassured that everything was covered for 5 years. THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE!! NOT EVERYTHING IS COVERED!! The sectional is 17 months old and the cushions are fraying at the seam. I contacted the warranty company. It certainly is NOT normal wear and tear for cushions to be fraying and coming apart at the seam after 17 months in a home with no pets and two people. I was told that if I had noticed the damage when it was being delivered 17 months ago or if the damage had been done by a pet accidentally then it would have been covered. It makes no sense at all!! I am so disappointed. I thought we were purchasing quality furniture from a reputable company. I was misled and lied to when I had several questions about the warranty. It makes me completely sick considering that I spent a lot of money having also purchased an additional love seat, reclining couch and an oversized chair that all have the "so called warranty." My fiancé and I ordered a couch about two months ago. A couple weeks ago my fiancé called to ask for an update on the couch and if we could schedule delivery. They said someone will be reaching out once the couch ships to schedule a delivery date. Last Friday, we get a call from a random number saying they are outside our home to deliver the couch. My fiancé and I are both at work, as this was during the day and no one contacted us to schedule delivery. The delivery guy says that this is fine and reschedules to drop it off the following Tuesday between 3 pm and 7 pm. My fiancé leaves work early on Tuesday to be home by 3 pm. 6 pm rolls around and still no couch, he calls the company to ask for an ETA and they tell us the couch is ruined and to call Living Spaces. Living Spaces was zero help, stating they haven't received a report from the delivery company that the couch is ruined. So, we still do not have a couch that we already paid thousands of dollars for. They were not helpful at all. They told us they would get in contact with this within 72 hours. 72 hours rolls around and still not a peep. My fiancé calls again and asks for an update. Living Spaces says that they still have not received information from the delivery company and will now get back to us within 48 hours. This has been an absolute disaster and the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Living Spaces does not seem to care for their customers or take accountability. I do NOT recommend buying furniture from this place unless you never want to receive it. Seems like a scam to me. read more
