Here's an update worth reading... I received a call from the special orders department who said "we spoke with the vendor and they are shipping your chair to the warehouse at the end of the week" that's strange because I was told on the 6th that the vendor already sent the chair to the warehouse and the warehouse can't find it. I told the gentleman that I was already told by the manager to cancel the order so I did. He placed me on hold, spoke with the store, and got back on the phone with me saying "I'm sorry, the order is cancelled so you won't be getting the chair, sorry for this call, it was a mistake." I said well wait, what happens to the chair? Because we still want it. He told me the chair will be sent to clearance in california and there was nothing he could do. So I hung up with him and called Living Spaces customer service who told me that she would call the service department to see if the chair can be intercepted at the warehouse and sold to us. No joke, she got back on the phone with me and said "I'm sorry, they don't know where the chair is, the vendor can't find the chair, there are no notes in your account showing who you spoke with, and we don't know who spoke with you about the chair, so sorry". This is a joke at this point right?! Someone from the special order department called me from the living spaces phone number, knew all about my missing chair, knew my husband's and my name without us telling him....and now all of a sudden he doesn't exist??? And the chair is missing again???? Not only did I get my hopes up that living spaces was doing the right thing and getting me the chair I ordered, but you guys wasted about 45 minutes of my time at night that I was spending with my family. Terrible experience. I ordered a desk for in store pick up. I received an email indicating it would be ready 8/29. I made arrangements for someone to help me pick it up and when I arrived I was told I just ordered it that morning so it wouldn't arrive for a couple weeks. No...I ordered it over two weeks ago. BEWARE - This place uses bait-and-switch tactics. My wife and I purchased a $11,000 Tempur Pedic bed from this place. We paid cash. At the time of purchase Tempur Pedic was currently offering a promo if you bought a mattress you get a Tempur Pedic pillow and sheet set. When I arrived to look at the mattresses at Living Spaces, the sales man said they had a promotion from Living Spaces that you get a $300 gift card if you a buy a mattress. Lucky for them I already knew the mattress set we wanted to buy so I told the sales man that I wanted to buy but Tempur Pedic is offering a promo where you get the pillow etc. He said no problem. I said I also wanted the $300 gift card because that was Living Spaces promo only. He said he would need to talk to his boss. He came back and they said no problem. Paid for everything, confirmed like 3 times we are still getting the gift card and they said yes several times. Even the cashier who was a supervisor of some sort said it would take like 4-6 weeks for the gift card to come in the mail. Well several months have passed by and my wife called Living Spaces and they said they dont see anything on the paperwork and it must've been the sheet set and pillow promo only. I purchase a living room furniture and the quality and price were right. They sent delivery company: HDL, the delivery person name was Adilio and he was the rudest person. Upon entering I asked him if he could wear booties and he told me no. He could trip. Then said if I didn't like it he could take the sofa back. When I told him other delivery companies use booties he went on a rant about me paying his medical bills if he got hurt. I have never had such poor customer service. I purchased a sectional couch in 2019 along with the extended warranty. The couch had some issues We're breaking down and not reclining anymore. I filed a warranty claim and it was denied. After going into the Glendale Arizona store And speaking with one of the floor managers Christian, he was able to speak with the warranty company and get me a full replacement. I thought Living Spaces had a great selection of items to furnish of what we were looking for with 2 living room pieces, a lamp, a headboard, all under $1700 so we though to do financing as my scores are at 730. The girl who pushed us to finance now went to the financing desk and said, here let's go for the $4500 level??? Wait, I'm not applying for that. I'm specifically staying under $2000. She then says, let's go up to $8500??? What, I said no, I don't need that much, there is a way to apply for financing and it works with total amount, your earnings and time to pay back. Now, Living Spaces has multiple choices for financing but she went straight for the highest (as if I'm going to continue to add items) no, I am not financially illiterate like she is. A good salesperson will give all the credit options to see what is the right fit. She failed with a big "F" for sales. I am so disappointed that she didn't bother to give me all the options that Living Spaces provides and with my score, I should have walked out "sold" to all my purchases. Well, I will not be shopping here anymore and will go elsewhere. Living Spaces ~ train your sales people to give all the financing options and you have no right to say, let's apply for $8500 when my total was only $1700 with excellent credit scores. We recently relocated to Phoenix from Los Angeles, we had great experiences with Living Spaces in Los Angeles, so we went to the location at 6600 W. Latham Street in Phoenix. Our salesperson was Marrissa S, who was outstanding!!!! However, the delivery was unpleasant and scary. I was called and given the 30 minute notice of arrival, they arrived an hour later. I saw the truck drive my house, they went to another house with the same house number but a block way. The crew came in started throwing the sofa sectional around. I asked them to stop throwing my furniture and suggested the rug I purchased from LS that was on the truck be brought in first. I was completely ignored! When I asked them to stop and listen, they took out their phones and started to record me. The lead guy stated I as an angry customer and that if I didn't like what they were doing, it was too bad! I happen to have construction workers in the house, shocked, they stopped what they were doing. One of them stated to the head delivery guy, I wasn't asking them to do anything except to put the furniture where I wanted it. The delivery guy told him to "F off". BTW, they stopped recording long enough for the lead's response. When I asked them to stop recording and do their job. The rug was just laid on the floor, bunched up. I further stated, where I wanted the rug and the sectional. The head guy stated: "What's your problem, you should be happy we are here". When I pointed out the cameras in my house and that they were being recorded, suddenly they stopped recording me, fixed the rug, ripped the pad under the carpet, and placed the furniture where I requested. There was so much more, needless to say LS lost a loyal customer. read more

I do not write reviews often. I would highly recommend looking at other furniture stores before purchasing at Living Spaces. They do not stand behind their products. Pillows purchased fell apart within 12-months (they were over $50 each x 4 pillows). We take care of our things and they should not have fallen apart. I also had a dog pee on a rug, purchased a $400+ warranty on a $1200 rug and there are so many rules to this warranty that it's as if you have no warranty at all. I'm still fighting to have the rug cleaned under the warranty (probably not going to happen). The salesperson said the warranty was easy and amazing. There hasn't been anything amazing about the warranty process. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend buying a warranty which is typically what the experts say as well! The furniture has held up so far and luckily I didn't purchase a warranty on the leather sofa set and coffee tables. Considering the family room ensemble was ~$14k, the after purchase service has been less desirable. I purchased furniture from American Furniture Warehouse for less and their customer service was great! read more

We were hesitant on buying furniture here because of the negative reviews but then our new neighbor said their experience was great. At our visit to the store we dealt with 3 different employees and all were very nice and helpful. We purchased a dining room table/chairs, bedroom bureau, platform bed and barstools. They came in two deliveries. The first one was the very next day and then the barstools came a few days later. The communication with the delivery was great and so were the workers. Both times they were actually an hour early. I'm so glad we had a great experience from shopping to delivery because I really did not like all the other furniture store options. Most of them had Ashley furniture that is not my style. I'm used to shopping at RC Willey's so it was nice to find a comparable furniture store in AZ that had pretty furniture options. This store is amazing. We bought a kitchen table from them a while back but, I couldn't figure out what type of chairs I wanted. I found them and went to buy them at the scottsdale location they would not let us buy them off the floor. We needed them for Thanksgiving and could not wait the 2 weeks to get them shipped. We call this location and Josh told us that he was more then happy to sell us the ones he had on the floor. Josh went above and beyond for us. I went to Living Spaces to purchase a dining room set. I had to first have my temperature taken then I was handed a mask. I went inside didn't put the mask on walk through the store to find the dining set I wanted to buy. I found it measured it talked with a sales person I didn't no mask on. I explained that I had to go back and measure my space to make sure it would fit, I returned within the hour. Had to go through the same nonsense of the temperature and mask. I walked in didn't have the mask on like before, this time I was stopped by a worker told to put the mask on I said ok but didn't put it on. A few minutes later another worker said I had to put it on, or leave, I refused to do either. When I asked for the manager the worker said she would go get the manager she returned a couple minutes later and said she was the manager. She said if I wanted to buy I had put the mask on or go outside and make purchase outside. I said no if I was buying I was staying in the store. She called security and had me walked out of the store. All because I refused to wear a mask! Living Spaces has gone to far to force customers to wear masks. Every other store I have been too has not required a mask. Living Spaces has lost a customer. I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them. My petite daughter was sitting on her captains bed when it collapsed. I paid $900 for this bed. We hate furniture shopping because of pushy sales people - but LIVING SPACES has made the busying process an enjoyable one!!!! No one works commission so you don't have someone stalking you as you walk around. Everyone was super friendly and genuine! Tracy B ended up helping us for the majority of our trip and was AMAZING!! So friendly and personable! Living spaces has such a great selection of styles and we found a couch that was less than HALF of the price of similar midcentury modern couches we have been shopping for for the last year! We saved so much money paired with their awesome 24 months 0 interest that we were able to get a new dining room set and accent chair! All for what we were planning on spending on just a couch! Today everything was delivered and same level of excellent service. I would highly recommend over any other furniture store I've experienced! I placed a special order in the Scottsdale store end of November. It was a large order that would take several months to receive. I had asked to receive all packages at once, but one item (our coffee table) had to be delivered separately as it was from a third party. Come February, my items finally ship for my special order. I had not opened the coffee table box as I didnt want to put it all together until all my items were received, and I could get rid of my old coffee table at that time. I opened the box to put it together and its smashed on one side. I called LS, and spoke to Elizabeth. She was very abrasive, and just kept saying its policy that they wont return it due to the time period. Basically just kept telling me that it sucks but they wont do anything to help me. And the care plan I PAID EXTRA FOR, would not cover it because its a delivery damage, not accidental damage. This makes no sense as my table was ACCIDENTALLY damaged by YOUR PEOPLE. I spent 6 GRAND on all of these items, and I am getting treated as just a number. Working in the customer service industry, I am appalled. I would NEVER treat a client/customer/etc. in this regard. I will never be doing business here again. Horrible experience entirely. read more

I have bought a lot of furniture from Living Spaces. I recently replace a sectional I bought from them with a recliner, couch and side chair. The recliner has already been replaced because it was defective. In that instance my work order fell through the cracks and was never processed. They gave me a replacement instead of repairing the old one. Now there is a problem with the replacement recliner. I contacted the Warranty Department and posted the required pictures. I waited to hear back from them on the next step. Did not get any follow up for over two weeks. I called and they scheduled a date for the contract company to come out and repair my chair. The contractor did not contact me, as was told by Living Spaces, to schedule a two hour window. Very frustrating. Will probably not buy anything else from them. The repair technician called and said he would be at my house in five minutes. Glad they are showing up but I wish they would have scheduled as I was told they would. read more

What an amazing staff they have here!! We went in to get a set of recliners and since then this has become our home-away-from-home! We've gone back for a sleeper sofa and this weekend also bought a child's bed. Amazing experiences! The dock guys are hilarious and wonderful. We can't say enough. Very few places offer that down-home hospitality anymore where you feel like your money and experience is boss. This Living Spaces (the only one we've had experience with) I off the charts in hospitality. They make you feel extremely important the minuet you walk into the door. They never rush, pressure, nor ignore you. Our children love the attention and respect they get there too. Order consists of a King size bed, 2 night stands, and a zero gravity recliner. These items were delivered on 10/23/2022. At that time, the delivery person noted that the middle set of support legs were missing from the new bed. He advised that it was probably OK to still sleep on the bed while corrective action was taken. He further informed me that he would report the situation to Customer Service immediately and that the issue should be favorably resolved that same day or, at the most, it should be resolved no later than Monday, 10/24/2022. IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED YET AND NO ONE HAS EVEN CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS PROBLEM! I decided to contact the store myself. I was shocked and disappointed that the numbers for the local store are apparently a secret. I attempted to establish electronic communication with CUSTOMER SERVICE to "chat with an expert." After completing the intake screening with the "bot" I was told by the same "bot" that it would connect me with a member of the support team "now" and responses are usually made in "[a] few minutes". So far I have heard absolutely NOTHING and it's been close to 48 hours! We have Tempur-Pedic mattress. It's a heavy mattress and without the center support legs on the bed, it appears to be "sagging" quite a bit. The delivery person said that we can sleep on it until repairs are completed but it still makes us very uncomfortable. Following purchase, customer service is non existent. Advice, shop somewhere else where customer service is more important than sales, and you are able to speak with actual personnel following delivery. read more

I've bought several items from this store and have been happy with them. However, be aware that when you special order a couch and/or love seat and they tell you eight to ten weeks, tack on another month. Their customer service person was very nice but hearing that my order will now MAY be delivered on December 24th was very disappointing. Fourteen weeks is not eight to ten. read more

So I bought a bed frame from the Scottsdale store for one of my Airbnb units I own and the bed broke. I did the warranty process and they said someone would call me in 6 days. Will no one called me so I called them and they told me the gave me a credit. I told them I have a guest coming that rented my place for $2,000 and I need a new bed delivered she told me no problem the new bed would be delivered next day . Well the bed never showed up so I called again and they said for the inconvenience they would have the bed delivered same day between 6pm -12am and they would put it together free of charge! So I call to check and another lady said oh it was canceled and they are sorry. So I just lost $2,000 and canceled my guest reservation! Why would you promise your customer something you can't do! How un professional is that! All they lady kept telling me is she is sorry and could have the bed delivered Saturday!
