    The staff the service everything was good prices excellent! I went in there, thinking I was just gonna see. But I came out with a sectional sofa, end table, and a coffee table. Three days later, I went for the fireplace. Love it!

    My mom suggested I come to this location because I was looking for a rug and dining table for my new house. We had just came from my favorite furniture store, Rooms-To-Go, where I found a nice living room set and bought it. I figured to get ahead of the game and look other places for a rug/dining table because I wanted to see other options. So, we came into Living Spaces and my mom and sister or browsing their rugs while I waited on the couch. We then proceeded to walk to the back in the dining room area to look at options. I found this perfect table with a lazy susan in the middle. A sales woman, Annette, comes by to see if we needed help. We tell her not at the moment but the instantly remembered we did have one quick question regarding the chair styles. We ask if we could switch out the style of the chair for something else. She tells us in a short and abrupt tone "Well whatever you see here is what comes with it" then she looks at the pricing tag on the table to then say "You can switch out a different chair style for the table." Ma'am, you just said rudely that whatever is here is what we get, now we have an option to switch? Which is it? It was giving she didn't really know. So, i let it slide and brush it off and just said thank you to dismiss my attention bc at this point I'm annoyed at her for being half rude like she really didn't want to help three black women. So, we stay seated at the table for about 10 more minutes discussing how we would want to position it and decorate it in my place, etc. She then comes BACK over passing us by while walking with a customer she's actually is helping and says "You guys are STILL sitting there huh!? In a condescending tone. I reply back to her "yes and we like it that's why we're still sitting here!" She kept walking and never came back to see if we wanted to buy it or anything after i said that. So, when we decide at this point we'll just come back and spend our money, we meet Annette from the Mattress department and she was stellar with her approach. She asked us if we had questions or needed help, and she answered a few questions we had about the delivery process. Once we said we would want to eventually purchase it, she let us know because she works with the mattresses, she couldn't sell it to us. We tell her that we do remember Liam checking on us as well and if he could help us. She calls him on the headsets and he came to meet us. He tells us if we needed more information that we could go to customer service and he asks us for our zip code to check our delivery options. As soon as Liam goes to the computer, who do you think skips her way to try and get the sale? Miss Condescending herself, Annette. Instantly my energy changes and I don't want to buy. She comes back there taking charge and says "okay so who needs the table!?" And we are all looking like "us, duh" she walked past us shading us for taking time to look at it now you want to hop in on the sale. Then she rudely ask "who i the table for!" And we say "what does it matter?" She says "well i need to know who im selling the table to" No ma'am, that's not how that works. You don't get to come over here trying to hop in on a sell with possible commission after you treated us as if we didn't have money or that our money only jiggles instead of folds bc we're black women and think you'll get the credit. No ma'am. So, she abruptly get my sisters name and email and we leave so annoyed and pissed at how rude and condescending she was. We walk to the front to tell the manager, and he was super nice and accommodating. He links us up with Lorraine and she was amazing. I was about to walk out that store so mad at how i was treated like my money doesn't matter bc it was giving because we were 3 black women, Annette treated us like "what are you doing in a fancy establishment like this?" type of energy. So, this review would have 5 stars if we would have met Lorraine sooner. But because Annette in Dining had me mad, this gets a 1 because why are you treating people like that? You don't know what kind of money I had to spend and now my enthusiasm to buy after I get the dining set is declining for future purchases. S/O to the Manager, Lorraine and Annette in Mattresses for your help. Liam was cool but i wish he would have said from the jump he couldn't help us bc I guess he's the supervisor and doesn't sell. I'm like look we just needed someone to help us fully with great customer service and Lorraine saved the day. Come to find out, after Liam told us it was on clearance and probably unlikely to be in stocked, Lorraine let us know they had plenty in stocked. Go figures. Promote Lorraine now! She's more competent in the role. The run around was ridiculous. I'll buy the dining table but after that, i probably won't ever buy again from living spaces. I'll stick to rooms-to-go

    LIVING GALORE. Holy smokes I didn't expect this place to be THIS gigantic. We came in looking for bed frames + mattresses, and while I do think the selection was MASSIVE, I got way too distracted looking at everything else that was being offered. If you were looking to furnish your home from 0 to 100 real quick and could drop a pretty dime, this is ABSOLUTELY your place. This isn't to say that everything here costs a fortune, because that would be a total lie. There are definitely items in each category that would be considered affordable and then items that I'd personally label luxury. They also have a play space for kiddos which is NICE, but we didn't get to venture to it this time. We did, however, love the yellow double seater car and so did our young ones. I really appreciate that Living Spaces had minimal employees on the floor so we weren't followed or constantly asked "can I help you find something?" If we did have questions, it didn't take long to find someone and everyone was Uber helpful, especially Brett!

    I am just realizing that I forgot to make a review. I did a survey, but of course nothing happened afterwards. Last June, I had a table delivered to our house. They brought it in through the front door, however the guys were holding the chairs 2 at a time. They are very heavy chairs so I'm not sure why they couldn't be a little more patient & bring 1 at a time. They damaged the wall next to the table as well as the front door. They didn't even let us know about the damage. We had just moved in the day before so this was a 'perfect' move-in gift from them to us. For the price of delivery, it was not worth the damage.

    We bought an "as-is" futon from Living Spaces. We understand what "as-is" means -- minor imperfections or floor models -- not something that breaks within 24 hours of getting it home. Sadie did a visual walk-through in the store but didn't actually check the structure or legs. It looked fine, but the piece completely collapsed the next day and is now unusable in our space. I first spoke with a representative at Living Spaces' national headquarters who acknowledged the piece was unstable and even suggested we might receive a replacement. That gave us hope. But when we followed up with the local store, we got a completely different story. Evelyn was polite but not at all helpful. The only "resolution" we were offered was 10% off -- which is completely meaningless when the item doesn't even function as furniture. We're active-duty military and expected at least a good-faith effort to make this right. Instead, we got brushed off. Living Spaces clearly doesn't stand behind what they sell -- even when the issue is structural, immediate, and acknowledged by their own corporate team. We won't be back, and we'll be warning others.

    Purchased a PURPLE mattress 4 years ago. The mattress is coming up part can't get help from the Store., the mattress is still under warranty

    We are very pleased with our bed - the i10 model...we have had it for about a year. It works as…read moreexpected and obviously we can adjust as needed. This is the second Sleep Number bed we have owned...the old one is in the spare room and guests really like the old one too. The Selma store staff has been extremely helpful and professional...they know their product and answer questions directly.     DO NOT BUY THESE BEDS!! They are glorified air mattresses. I had a horrible accident and my Dr…read moresuggested an adjustable base bed and gave me a prescription. My husband and I visited this store explained what we wanted we were told there would be no sales tax. The bed was delivered we had nothing but bad sleep, BOTH OF US! After 15 nights of NO REAL SLEEP for BOTH of us we pleaded with the company to return the bed we were told no we had to keep it and we would have to pay the sales tax because they delivered the bed in my husbands name and the prescription was in my name. After 15 separate phone calls, lots of stress and 3 full weeks of NO SLEEP they finally agreed to take the bed back but we would have to pay $500, $250 for the initial delivery and $250 restocking fee but they would take both the bed and base back. This is after the "free" upgrade equipment call the comfort package they throw at you to try and hush you up. It's what's on the bed in the store. They don't tell you that. These beds are air bags the advertising is sexy and promising great sleep it's a SHAM! They do not deliver and then they try and wear you down in phone calls and arguing. The customer service representative actually mocked me. Any good mattress and an adjustable base is what you want NOT their $3000 air mattress on a base that is just like the others I promise.DON'T DO IT RUN FAST
