BUYER BEWARE Las Vegas store review. I bought a couch from the Las Vegas (Rampart St) and 2 weeks later the fabric started wrinkling on the top and side arms . Looked like a Shar-pei dog. Called to have it returned. BIG HASSLE. Living Spaces did not give me full refund, they charged me restocking on my LS credit card. Called the card company and said they would remove. 6 months later I get a bill for $239. The CC company told me to ignore it will finally fall off. Well it hasn't and now it is on my Credit Bureau. They said I NEEDED TO WRITE ALL THE BUREAUS. REALLY this is not my fault. Horrible customer service from LIVING SPACES. Also you can not call directly to any store you visit call goes to a network for all stores. I am a Interior Designer and spend $10,000 plus a quarter for clients. Never had an issue in California. Pretty cheaply made entertainment console. Just flimsy and the joints didn't line up well. It also came with cracked doors, scratches and dings all over the front. The delivery was terrible. One (not two) guy carried it up the stairs and when he slammed it down on its side, the extra leg that they didn't remove from the inside crashed down and cracked the right side. One of the delivery guys was actually using a wood cover up pen to try and fix it. Are you kidding me? Customer service replaced it and the same inept delivery guys showed. The new unit was equally as dinged up. Definitely our last time using Living Spaces. So many better places around. So i called the store and some associate said they would give me 5 percent if i would accept it like they brought it. I looked online at several places and living spaces not only had the biggest selection online, but they seem to be the most reasonable in price. When we got there, we were helped from one of the floor staff by the name of Aiden. Like a good furniture salesman, he helped us out and did not try to pressure us and not shadow us the whole time just checked in with us from time to time. Aiden took the time to answer all of our questions and is definitely somebody to ask for when you are here. We got the sofa sleeper we were looking for at a great price and Tuesday Wednesday Thursday the delivery day charges are at a discount so we took advantage of that. I bet I'm not the only one who likes to shop in person where you can touch, sit, lay on and smell a variety of items vs ordering on internet. That's the reason I went to Living Spaces. I went to LS for bar stools with specific color and design in mind. Once you enter the doors, it's easy to focus, even with wide open space, on what you are there for, since there are specific showrooms with different concepts...living rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, and dining rooms, all adorned with decorations. So I walked straight to the Stools displayed. I sat on them, touched them and even swiveled around them. I found exactly what I wanted and placed on order. The stools were shipped out from CA, so it took about 7 business days to deliver. They also clearly stated the assembly time and difficulty levels. You could have them do it for you with a small fee or do it yourself like I did. And I am glad I did. It was rewarding and fairly easy. The quality is as promised and the prices are compatible. Would I check Living Space next time when I am in need of furniture? YES. read more

Well here we are in the second delivery and shock of the century the delivery was wrong first they showed up after the timeframe 1230-330pm still not a big deal but one of the pieces was not correct it was labeled armless but was a corner piece. I called customer service was completely unhelpful yet again. Told me they would call to correct still have not heard a thing. I did email the social media email that responded to the first review I do not have a lot of faith the will respond still missing a piece of my sectional guess I will have to take another day off at this point I will have paid for the sectional twice using up vacation days just to accommodate their errors. I hope they use the money I paid for the sectional to invest in some training for their staff. Again living spaces do better. read more

The customer service stinks. It is terrible. You cannot reach the store whatsoever. I ordered three barstools. They were not delivered at the time I was told they would be delivered. I now called customer service. They are telling me that to call back in two days. I call back in two days. They are now telling me I need to put in an escalated ticket or go to the store and talk to them personally because you cannot reach anyone at the store this is unacceptable and poor customer service. Ok. My couch has only been in my family room for less than 4 months and the fabric is literal garbage. It looks 10 years old already. It doesn't get used often and the fabric is pilling and turning white anywhere anyone has sat multiple times. The quality of this furniture is BAD. I spent almost $4,000 and it looked good for 1-2 months. Warranty company is charging me $100 just to come look at it? They say they will try to repair it??? How do you repair bad fabric. He went so far above and beyond to assist and be kind, calming me down when accidentally locked the car in the loading dock, with the keys and phone and dog inside. NOTE: the air conditioning was on! He was like an angel, speaking words of kindness, can I get you some water, it's going to be OK, here, are you hungry, have a snack, let me show you where the bathroom is, by the way, he also paid for my Uber back to the house to get my second set of keys... $7,000 sofa delivered damaged - STILL Unresolved This has been the most awful furniture buying experience! I've tried posting this review to their website numerous times now editing it each time and they refuse to post this review on their site so here I am on Yelp! Salesman in the Las Vegas Living Spaces was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery team: Third party service used by Living Spaces. The two guys brought in the sectional piece by piece and unwrapped it in our living room. We noticed one of the corners were damaged and said we didn't want to accept delivery of that piece. The delivery guy made a call to Living Spaces and took some pictures. He deliberately conned us by telling us he was told to have us keep the damaged piece until the new one is delivered. From that point they couldn't leave fast enough. WARNING!!! DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED ITEMS! MAKE THE DELIVERY PEOPLE RETURN THEM TO THE STORE AND BRING A REPLACEMENT!!! Customer Service: Good luck ever reaching anyone at the physical store you made your purchase at over the phone. This is another third party service used by Living Spaces. English is definitely not their first language either. We tried calling Living Spaces right away to report what had happened during the delivery and what we were told by the delivery team and they had no record of the photos from the delivery team which we then had to go do ourselves and they would open a warranty claim. Basically not taking back the damaged item. Warranty/Repair Service: Yet another third party service! We were only given two dates and time windows during the week. Now I have to take time off work to wait around for a four hour window for someone to come look at the damage. After having the sofa for almost a month and being told to not use the damaged piece the repair technician came and looked at the piece for all of 5 minutes. He mentioned that Living Spaces is HORRIBLE with sending damaged items, and the delivery people don't get paid unless they make a complete delivery so they often make you think you'll get a replacement item quickly when all they do is start a warranty claim. FINALLY, our warranty was approved by Living Spaces and will be waiting up to 8 weeks now to receive a replacement panel. Living Spaces has been unapologetic and difficult through the entire process. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LIVING SPACES AGAIN, NOR WILL I RECOMEND PEOPLE I KNOW GO TO THEM. read more

I purchased the Bowie flex steel reclining living room set, two Jaxon entertainment set,s, coffee tables, desks, rugs, and a bar. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their furniture. It was not cheap, but it is quality furniture. The customer service is excellent. If you have any issues they will replace your furniture. They are very friendly and helpful in the store. The only negative experience I had was with the delivery people. They tend to rush and will not assemble items properly, if assembly is required. Came here for the first time ever and had such a wonderful experience with RJ. He was good people and a great helper. We then decided to return and get more items and have had the worst experience. We got a custom couch ordered and my partner changed her mind the very next morning. So we tried to cancel the order. Apparently they don't tell you when you sign that there is a restocking fee of 25%. We signed everything after their cutoff time to cancel which is 8pm which they also don't tell you. They just rush you and have you sign here and there without explaining anything to you. Real shady way of doing business. Spoke to John, the business manager, and Travis Yoder, operations specialist, apparently it's their policy that they can't just cancel the order because at the close of business it gets sent to their manufacturer for fabrication. And there is nothing they can do. No, I'm pretty sure you can call the manufacturer with the order number and just have them cancel. Easy, it's done! It hasn't even been 24 hours since the order was placed. I'm sure the manufacturer has at least 10 orders or more ahead of us. This is a load of bull****! These greedy f***s don't care about you and are not willing to help you out. It's not a cheap purchase. That's a lot of money that we just spent and can't get refunded back. Never have I had a situation like this happen. Their stuff isn't even real wood! You're honestly better off going to ikea to pay less for the same quality. The first piece we got sure looks nice but you have screws falling off that I tried to screw back in and they just keep failing. I just let it be. It also had a bunch of spiderwebs on the inside that I had to clean out before putting my son's clothes in. Their warehouse needs serious pest control. I urge everyone to stay away from this place! What a nightmare, we purchase a custom headboard with side wings and side rails, also a hybrid mattress. We were told to check size of mattress for Eastern King or a California King when I measured it, I got the King size measurements. On the day of delivery, the guy from Living Spaces came in and saw our adjustable bed and said right away these are an adjustable bed and they are for a California King and then left. So, we are thinking he's the expert. So, when we went to the store to fix the issue because they first wanted to charge us the $99 dollars to take it back and we were supposed to keep mattress for 30 days, but the guy never took out the mattress, nevertheless we got that straightened out and they delivered the California King. I was working so they left and when I came to see the work it looked a little off the mattress layer on adjustable frame not the same as my old mattress there's gap in in my adjustable frame and the actual custom headboard and rails was off too, the left side my adjustable frame is sitting on top of rail so they don't sit inside frame. When I called Living Spaces, they pretty much stuck with it. We had the right size mattress in beginning. read more

We bought a sectional from this store two years ago. They convinced me to buy the extended warranty which I never do because I believe they are mostly a scam. It said it covered accidental damage. Ok... the issue with this business isn't the selection or variety to choose from because there is something for everyone, but what happens AFTER your purchase. Variety/options: 9 out of 10 Pricing: 8 out of 10 (pretty good pricing) Salespeople setting expectations: 7 out of 10 Delivery process (for me at least): 5 out of 10 Communication after delivery: 2 out of 10 ‍ Reaching resolutions: 1 out of 10 For starters, their showroom is huge and great. Chances are you can find something you'll be happy with. Plenty of salespeople on the floor too and was told that they DO NOT work on commission so you get the real, genuine interest. Speaking from my experience, I bought a leather couch and decided to get the extra protection plan which seemed fairly priced and was also told that it would include a leather cleaning kit. They made it sound like all I had to do was call the phone number on the insurance/warranty paperwork to get it and couldn't give me anything there in person. Well, this turned out to be false and couldn't be further from the truth. Fast forward to delivery day ... The couch appeared to look fine upon delivery/inspection only to find a bunch of scratches and imperfections on it, thanks to more natural light coming in a couple of hours after. I immediately called the main number to notify them about what happened during delivery and was assured it wouldn't be a problem and gave me some options (since I had the extra protection coverage). So, I decided to hold onto in the crouch in the meantime since I didn't want to go through the removal and delivery process again. Oh yeah, they do the usual long window of time they could show up so you have to hang around for delivery. Anyway, now I wanted to get the leather conditioner/cleaning kit so I called the number on the protection plan. Do you think I got to talk to someone? You're right... no I didn't. There was no good option to select to get the cleaner and got nowhere with every option resulting in asking me to go online to file a claim from an automated message. I finally gave in and tried to file a "claim" just to get the leather conditioner/cleaner online and couldn't find the right selections for that either. I was able to file a claim and got a confirmation number, but never received anything. After a few months of multiple emailed attempts and calls to the store I purchased the couch at, I gave up. So when the day comes for me to get the couch fixed or replaced and use the extra coverage policy I paid extra for, I will make sure I got a really good night of sleep, had a great cup of coffee with a delicious breakfast, do some meditating and take some Advil. At that point, I think I might be ready to take on the daunting task of most likely spending the entire day trying to file what would probably turn out to be an unsuccessful coverage claim. So I purchased this 4 piece bedroom set for my mother about 3 years ago. And my mother's been talking about back pain ever since. I haven't gave much thought to it since she didn't really complain much until lately. I just blindly replaced 2 year old mattress thinking it would be at fault and while it improved her condition a little, it was not the cause. So I thought then the boxspring would be the problem so we just took it out. Guess what! Boxspring was fine, but bed frame was missing supports! Oh no, delivery guys who built those must've forgot! The guy I talked to, apologized and assured that issue would be taken care of and those missing supports will be shipped to me at no charge. I left store happy thinking that old problem is fixed. Fast forward to today, I received the call from Living Spaces, telling me they can't do anything because warranty period is long past. Excuse me? I am merely asking for missing items from the beginning which I haven't built it myself but your delivery guys obviously forgot to assemble and trashed? I contacted them via chat support again and got same horrible response. I asked them if they could at least get those supports from display unit which she declined promptly. Then I asked if I could just purchase those parts and she told me I'd have to get new frame. Chances are that I will be getting them without those supports again so I declined. She suggested that I get 3rd party support. I asked her at least tell me which ones I could get and all she gave me was name of my bed frame. I can't buy new bed frame right now. My husband and I bought a power reclining theatre sofa for $3,000 in September, and paid $500 for the warranty. It was delivered broken, and unusable. it took them 2 months to send a repair person, at which time they said they'll order parts and repair it, but they decided to send us a new sofa to replace the original broken one they delivered instead. They refused to even carry the brand new damaged sofa they sent us downstairs, citing policy, leaving us no choice but to hire someone to help us get it out of the room for delivery of the replacement. We had to hire someone to take the old one downstairs and outside for $420. I've never experienced such rude and inconsiderate customer service for such a high priced item in my life. I can not recommend Living Spaces, if there's a problem with the order they literally do the bare minimum to resolve it , and they place the burden of resolving and paying for logistical issues on you. My wife and I were waiting for a delivery from 1:00 - 4:00 today and by 4:05, our delivery was not here and no one had called us to notify us why. We called the provided number and all they offer us was that " there was a delay at one of the previous stops, but they will be there within the hour, and you are delivery 9 of 11". By 6:10, no one had come to our home or called us to let us know what was going on. So we called customer service again, and all we were told was that the truck had broken down and they will have to reschedule us for three days later. My wife is a physician and I am a nurse, and we can't just reschedule during the week. Living Spaces did absolutely nothing to accommodate our need for delivery tomorrow morning. When we inquired about the delivery company's information so that we could call them ourselves to try and schedule for a time that is convenient for us, the manager, Carlos, told us that it is a third-party delivery company and that it is Living Spaces' policy that they do not give out the information of this company. Wait. Living Spaces actually told me that there will be a delivery company that is potentially unlicensed coming to my home at an unspecified time and I am not allowed to contact them or even to know which company that they're using. When I probed Carlos further and asked again if he is sure he does not want to give me the information about the company that will be delivering my furniture to my home, he asked me to keep the call professional. I will definitely be keeping this professional and reporting their lack of transparency to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that someone doesn't have their house cased by a random delivery person and then broken into later. We remained on the phone for over an hour until he agreed to give us a full refund. We went to the store to get things cleared up while we were on the phone with customer service, and while the cashier was polite and professional, the woman behind the desk and the manager (John?) had a private, side conversation which didn't include us only to come back and say the same script as customer service. I left high school 17 years ago but apparently the mean girls didn't and now they work at Living Spaces. The sales people were very nice and patient. They both deserved 5 stars. The show room was very clean and presentable. Most of the furniture offerings were ok, but many on the cheaper side. We decided to order one of their higher end leather pieces. One of the managers came along and put her nose into the purchase. She was rude, and frankly not a nice person. I was sure our paths would cross again because I'm just not that lucky. The delivery was set for week after. We paid for the item in full. My husband and I started reading reviews about the product and company. That's when the panic set in. The product already just wasn't the color that we would have liked and would have looked out of place in our home. Also, we were afraid to purchase a low end product with poor service after. We contacted the CEO, and never heard from anyone. We made a claim on the couch which has fabric fraying 6 months after the purchase. We filed a complaint with the BBB where almost 1200 more complaints exist. But I guess they dont care to honor the warranty. This couch will need to be replaced after spending $2600 eight months ago. They call it pilling, but when looking at pictures online, this does not look like pills. Pilling is where the loose fabric is rolling into balls. This is hairlike fraying of the fabric. They sent a guy over but he was looking for a frame issue (dont know why) and never even inspected the fabric. Defective products - run around - too many customer service reps that never read their notes or know how to solve customer service issues. Habit #5 is the least they could teach their CS reps. "Seek First to Understand, and then to be understood." They don't tell you that many items are not actually sold by them - they come from another "vendor." No big deal, just let us know the truth. If anybody wants to take a look at the email correspondence I have with them, feel free to let me know. It makes for a good Customer Service case study on what not to do. I am serious - I may even consider making a training out of this and selling it back to them. I hate writing these types of reviews. Specially when it all started out kinda good. Wait... now that I think about it, it did not start out good. When I first went to their store in Summerlin to make a purchase, they greeted us a the door with a "Hi, our computers are down, all you can do is look." That should have been a warning, and I should have checked Yelp. It took me three attempts before I successfully made a purchase. The people working at the store are very nice, I really liked Eli, Aiden and Patricia, but the company makes them look terrible. 35 emails later, my new chairs are still defective, my rug is still not here and they don't know when it will be here, and they just told me that my coffee table and end tables will not be delivered today as promised, because of a problem at the warehouse. It's always somebody else fault with these people. Whatever savings I had from purchasing at Living Spaces have now evaporated with the amount of time and effort this has cost me. I should have just gone to Ashley or RC Wiley - more expensive but I probably would not be wasting my time writing this. I am "that" customer - the one that will not rest until the whole world knows about my miserable experience. Funny thing is - I am Mr. Aloha. They managed to make Mr. Aloha upset. We purchased a sectional from Living Spaces about 9 years ago. It was time for a refresh and "refluff. " We sent our specs out to a couple of re-upholsterers. The price came in roughly 3 times the amount of money we originally bought the furniture for. So, we went to Living Spaces in Summerland, NV. Their showrooms are always a WOW! Our salesperson (name not on the paperwork) was most helpful. He guided us to a couple of areas of the store that were very close to what we wanted. Then he showed us to a new line of furniture that was exactly what we wanted. We bought the sectional and were out of the store in about an hour. This was ordered on a Tuesday and the new sectional was delivered to our home that Friday in perfect condition by two of the best delivery people anyone could get. (Sorry, don't have their names either) Personally, we are even bigger supporters of Living Spaces than previously. The new furniture fits into our home and is the center of our "living spaces." The older sectional is still serviceable and looks good and has been moved to another room in our house where we expect if it will last another 9 years. read more

Do not buy the warranty for your couch!!!! They promise to send you a cleaning kit and or replace the couch. They dont do anything , these are all lies. I was denied a kit from the warranty department for a simple spill, and now living spaces is washing their hands of the whole situation. They leave it to the warranty department. I would rather buy furniture from Costco because they are more helpful and they will refund you if there is something wrong. I was told a few times someone would get back to me about the denial of the claim. No one has reached out. They dont come through when they they said they would. The most dishonest furniture store i have ever shop At.!!!!!!!!! DO not go there !!!!!!!!!!!! We recently moved to a new home and bought a $6000 king size bed with them. When it arrived we noticed it was smaller than the previous king bed we have and thought maybe we just measured it wrong. Well after spending a week on it, we measured it again and again and confirmed that we had received a bed that measured only at 74 x 79 in. (Every inch matter when we sleep with two giant dogs) A normal king size bed should be 76 x80 in. When we got a king size mattress protector it was super obvious that the bed was much smaller than the protector. So in between dealing with all the other things we have to do to settle in our new home, we made multiple trips back to the store and talked to different associates. Each time they literally told us something different to brush us off. We took pictures and went to the store to see if we were mistaken and turns out every king size bed at the store are at 76 x80 and got no explanation why ours was in different size!!!!! Even the sale associate finally agreed the size was not right. But when the manager Patrice spoke w us. She told us there was nothing she can do for us because we had it for 7 days. (We came back before that when the other salesperson did not get her attention) and we would have to run it through the warranty. Basically wasted our time, and warranty people are also not helpful. These people do not care, do not stand by their products and promises. Its basically like if i ordered a 80 inch tv and they gave us a 75in and told us theres nothing they can do about it. I wish i have read some of the other reviews before making such big purchase. Living spaces should be ashamed. We will be filing a report to Better Business Bureau about this. I'm not much of a reviewer, but given the discrepancy between the supposed "4.6 star" Google reviews vs. hundreds of detailed negative reviews here on Yelp, I feel a responsibility to contribute to the truth. We went in-store to shop for beds. The sales team was pleasant, not pushy, and made the check-out process a breeze. Every other step of the way was a nightmare. Preparing for delivery day, we cleared the bedroom of our old bed to make space for the new one to be assembled. The delivery team arrived and after sprawling out the pieces across the room, noticed they are missing legs to assemble the bed. We're told that we'll hear back from someone in "20-minutes." When we pondered whether they should clear out all the materials and the unassembled bed, it was implied that there's no need, as they'll return today. A few hours pass with no call or update, so we call the customer service line for an ETA. They couldn't provide a timeframe, but twice, the customer service rep assured us it would be done today. That gave me enough peace of mind, given that we technically didn't have a functioning place to sleep as of then. A few more hours pass and still no word. We call again, and this time the rep says "it could take up to 24-hours." We're thinking, 'so where do we sleep tonight while our bedroom is filled with materials of an unassembled bed?' Figure-out-able, but a pretty major inconvenience to suffer for their mistake... So I tried my luck one more time before the end of the day to see if they can make it back today so we have a bed to sleep on.. This time, and this shocked me, we're told we have to wait at least 6 days for them to return and finish the job. So, to recap: we went from 20-minutes, to "today," to "today" again, to "up to 24 hours"..... to SIX DAYS. As a compromise, we agree that a refund of the assembly fee was fair, and that we'll wait the 6-days, clear out the room, and re-install our original bed in the meantime. Delivery day #2 arrives, we take apart our original bed AGAIN and clear it out of the room again... and get this: Another delivery team returns, without the missing legs! They literally showed up at our house 6 days later, only to repeat the same exact problem. I said why don't you just go ahead and assemble the bed without the legs, and they can come attach them when they're available. So they install the bed, then point out that the legs are actually necessary for the slats to lay properly... so now a pieced-together bed is taking up the room and it's not even fully functional. I said, well if we can't use this, we should probably take it out of here so that we can fit a proper bed in here to use until the legs arrive... they said, "You want us to take it apart???" affectively guilting me into letting them leave it so as not to waste their labor, trusting they'll come back today with the legs. (so foolish of me). After they leave, now that the bed is (alllmmost) fully assembled.. I noticed that the end doesn't pull out like a drawer for storage, as was advertised in the store model, and as was reflected on our sales receipt, AND as it said on the tag attached to the product received ("WITH STORAGE"). I call customer service again to mention that not only are we STILL missing legs, the storage component also wasn't delivered. They basically say that there's some sort of issue on their end with how the product is advertised, and that it'd require me to exchange it for another special-order item of a higher price in order to accommodate the advertised storage component. I'm not paying for your mistakes and your false advertising, so I basically landed on "get this bed out of here so that I can never think about this terrible experience again" (and I'm having to wait another couple days for them to haul it out of here)... which means we're going to have to do the labour of un-assembling the bed ourselves and reinstalling our original bed for the third time in order to have a place to sleep. All this, and nothing but unnecessary labor (of their delivery team and OUR OWN labor) to show for it. Living Spaces ought to be embarrassed and ashamed for this remarkable level of negligence and incompetence. Lesson learned on shopping at Living Spaces. I hope this helps prevent others from making the same mistake of trusting this sketchy company. read more
