I want to preface this review with I've ordered a lot of furniture from living spaces over the years and never had any issues. Look me up, somehow I have four different accounts. This store is abysmal. Do not buy from them. Story time... The furniture was ordered on August 27th (SO-013296572) via the store floor. I ordered the king platform bed and dresser from the Lars collection. I guess the kid on the floor was in too much of a rush to get his commission to enter in the correct data. The date of delivery was August 30th. Great, I only had to wait a few days! Wrong. The dresser delivery was fine. However, they delivered a california king platform bed instead, and wouldn't disassemble the bed on the spot once the issue was noticed and take it back due to internal processes. After talking with living spaces we get an exchange worked out for the correct platform bed size. The exchange will supposedly take place on September 23rd. So I've been sleeping on a lopsided bed for a few weeks now due to the mismatch in platform bed width. The date of the exchange comes and the delivery folks only have an order for an RMA (RMA-001337348_09230806), not the full exchange. We contact living spaces once again and they state the new bed didn't make it on the track and it will be another couple of days before delivery. So here I am a month later after ordering, no bed, and they have my money. No compensation has been provided for wasting my time, and at this point the platform bed should be free. Lets see if the bed actually shows up in a few days as stated. Do not order from this store as they're completely incompetent. I want to note that the delivery teams have been fantastic and helpful. This is all on living spaces. Update 2024/09/25 - The platform bed was supposed to be delivered today. Got a call from living spaces this morning stating that the foot board was not on the truck, so they were about to deliver half a bed. Whoever setup the exchange didn't add the complete bed to the order, genius! read more

I'm so happy to get to write my follow-up review about my seamless delivery experience and beautiful sofa! My sofa arrived crazy fast. 2 weeks after I ordered I got the notification that it was ready to schedule delivery. I ended up scheduling it for about 2 weeks later for a few reasons, but it was actually a lower cost to get it on a Saturday, which was perfect. There wasn't a ton of communication leading up to my delivery. I think I got a notification 2-4 days in advance giving me a much shorter delivery time than I had initially booked, so that was great. I also got a notification when they were about 30 minutes out from delivery. Overall, I don't have any complaints about the communication. These delivery guys were amazing. I live in a second story apartment, so the staircase is a little narrow, but these guys were going to do ANYTHING to get this couch to fit in. Definitely something to be aware of and that I'm glad the store associate discussed with me was that their sofas come in one piece, so it has to be able to fit into your doorway. My experience with Living Spaces has been so easy and stress-free - absolutely everything I could ask for in a big purchase. An absolute dream! read more

We shopped for recliner couches, helped by Richard. We found something we liked and returned over the weekend to purchase. We were told they were out of stock on one of the items we wanted, but Richard absolutely assured us that the product had NOT been discontinued and it would only result in a 3 - 4 week delay. I pushed Richard on this as I had no desire to buy one of the pieces only to realize I couldn't get the other - he absolutely assured me that it had not been discontinued (said he checked with multiple people) - he lied. The exact thing I was trying to avoid and promised would not happen is what happened. Do not believe what they tell you and think hard before you make a purchase that's likely to go wrong. I had an amazing experience with Kaci in the Summerlin showroom where I found a couch that fit in my space and that I loved. My problem with Living Spaces comes down to how a $700 million company cannot keep track of their own inventory to save their life. I bought the couch I loved in mid February. Earlier this week, the week I was supposed to get my couch delivered, I received an email about my couch being lost prior to shipment and a new couch would not be available until April. I checked the Summerlin location and found that the couch I wanted was in stock, so naturally I called the customer service line and requested a couch be delivered for my local Living Spaces set for March 10th, two days after my original delivery date. On March 8th, the day of my original delivery date, I received a phone call from Living Spaces saying that there was an error in their system and I would again not get a couch until sometime in April. Naturally, I was absolutely furious but my problem is with how a multiple million dollars business that sells items every day of its existence has this much of a problem keeping track of its inventory. I have been shopping for a couch for 4 months prior to buying this couch-and now I have to start again. I would love to take my business somewhere else but it takes 7-10 business days to refund my money and my timeline doesn't have room for that nuance. I hope my local Living Spaces can save the day, but I will not hold my breath for anyone in the company beyond my local store. Do better, Living Spaces. read more

Will never buy from again! I placed an order for a dinning room table. I received an email with a noted delivery date of June 13, 2023. June 13 came a went and no email updates or calls from Living Spaces. I placed multiple calls and nobody could tell me where or why my table was not delivered on time. Finally, today (June 22) I called again and they told me it was on back order. Unbelievable how horrible their customer service is that nobody reached out to me to tell me the status of my order. We put in our claim since our 7 month old couch is pilling in the fabric and obviously will need replacement within a year or so. Today we heard they are refusing our claim. They claim this is normal. I could see this as normal after a few years of use. Will never buy here again. I sent an email to the CEO and so far we have been ignored. I wish that I had looked on yelp before I purchased a sofa from Living Spaces. I had no idea this company treated people so poorly. If I had read the reviews first, I would not be in this situation. I am only writing this to save others from the grief and expense that I experienced. Here's my story: I bought a sofa and didn't care for it. The cushions were poorly made and were not sitting properly on the sofa. I decided to return it and that's where the problems began. There is a 10% restocking fee which was NEVER mentioned. I decided, rather than losing $450 ($350 plus delivery of $99) to purchase another sofa. I found another one that I liked, but wanted a different color ($6000). This required a custom order which they said would take 2 to 4 weeks. It was 4pm. As the sales person handed me the receipt to sign, I was told I only had until 8pm to change my mind. This is where I say they are ruthless. They are like car salesman. They wait until the last minute (if they tell you at all) about any conditions or fees. He didn't mention that there would be a 25% fee for cancellation. He (Aiden) said I would have to email not call because the call went to a call center and would not get to them in time. When I got home and saw the date for delivery was 4 to 6 weeks (not 2 to 4), I decided I would take the color in stock. I emailed (several times), but the email would not go through so I got up early and went to the store. Yolanda (the manager) immediately said there would be a 25% fee ($1500) to change the order. This women does not have a kind bone in her body. She refused to allow me to make a change. I called corporate (spoke with many people) and was told that only Yolanda (the manager) could make a change. She flat out refused. Please do not shop here. These people are the WORST. This corporate policy of charging 10% for returns is extreme and not giving you at least 24 hours to change your mind on a custom order (or pay 25%) is insane. Welcome to corporate America. All they see is money and customer service is NONEXISTENT. I have no idea how these places stay in business. I know I'll never purchase another item from this store and I hope you (who's reading this) do not either. They are snakes. They don't care about you. All they see when you walk through the door is DOLLARS and they will squeeze you for every dime they can. BEWARE!! Everyone here is very helpful without being overly pushy (they don't earn commission here, so I think that might have something to do with this). We have come here almost every weekend trying to shop for a couch and a dining set for our new house. When we finally pulled the trigger today, Christina was the one to help us out. She was very friendly and didn't make small talk feel uncomfortable unlike my past experiences in other furniture stores. I purchased a $1295.00 dresser. The salesman said it was in stock. I kept getting delay calls that they didn't have it "yet". The delivery was delayed 3 times..which was terrible cause I has to delay my activities due to these delays...I finally canceled the order and requested a refund to my business account. Let me start off by saying I don't like to leave negative reviews. Feel free to check my page and you'll see that all are 5 star reviews because I like to highlight great experiences. But I was compelled to leave one because of how difficult the back end process has been. The staff in person at the store are kind, the delivery people as well. I ordered my couch in October (over $5k). Mind you it had to be placed as a special order because I selected 1 additional piece in their collection. I didn't ask for anything special, I didn't change the fabric. My original window was 11/21-12/3 and it was missed. I tried to cancel my order since it wasn't ready and wasn't allowed to without incurring a fee. I was to pay a 25% fee because I didn't receive my order in time and they couldn't give me an updated timeframe? Obviously I didn't want to incur additional charges after already having paid $5k. After numerous calls and follow up I finally get another window of 12/20-1/3. Delivery day is here and 1 piece doesn't fit through the stairs. However there's a wide opening to pick up the couch and move over the railing which unfortunately the drivers tell me they can't do for liability purposes. Ok understandable, don't want anyone getting hurt. I call back and I'm told I'll be charged a 25% restocking fee. You would think that they would at least try and work with me after I had patiently waited another month. Nope. Won't let me switch out the pieces to smaller pieces in the collection that will fit. A 100% OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER experience. I'm warning you now, items will take longer than they tell you, and there is NO DIRECT NUMBER to the store. There is only an 800 number to a call center for service, and they told us they cannot even reach the store! We had to go down in person three times to get any sort of help on our order that has been delayed several times. We ordered a large dining set in October to have by Christmas as we host a large family dinner. Their staff reassured us it was coming, then we were told in early December via email that it's actually NOT coming until after the new year. And of course we couldn't reach anyone. You are lured by good prices, and non-commissioned helpful sales staff, but the overall business model of fulfillment and customer service is terrible. I would 100% NEVER buy here again. read more

I LOVE living spaces! I've lived in Las Vegas for 27 years and never been here. The showroom is amazing and I love how most things are customizable. Stacy helped us purchase our couch and it was super easy. She said it would take about 4-6 weeks for our sectional to be delivered but it only took three weeks! Let me start off with I made $2000 plus in purchases for my home five years ago I paid for a warranty on one item and I purchased $1000 mattress I had to throw away the mattress after three years the warranty company refused to work with me and told me it was my own fault that the mattress was defective that's number one then today I went in to use my unused warranty from my bedroom set at $119 to spend and it ends on the 30th of remember I went and grabbed my items that I wanted to buy the guy says oh you have to spend 119 to get 119 I said what he showed it to me in the little teeny weenie small print what is wrong with these people I walked around the store for an hour nobody approached me I stood in line for a half an hour to be told to take a hike I will never do business with living spaces again and I recommend the same for you read more

The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because we had never been here before and upon entering this spacious and overwhelming gorgeous store, we were not greeted or told who to ask for help if we needed it etc; kind of just stared at from the people at the front desk area as you walk in. It's a bit awkward lol. You typically expect a hello and let us know if you need any help finding anything but there was none of that. With that being said though I did later find out that they don't get paid on commission for sales so that explained a lot. They don't need to go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed if they don't want. Besides all of that though, this place has a good selection of furniture and home decor. We were looking for a couch and pretty much knew which one but had no idea where to find it in their massive showroom, until we met Aminah with the beautiful eyes. Aminah is a sales associate there at this Living Spaces location and was so very knowledgeable on their products. She isn't pushy or overbearing just extremely helpful with a great energy and positive vibe. Would totally ask for her when we come here again. If you want excellent customer service she's one of them, she answers any and all questions and is very thorough. A couch was purchased by my son and his significant other for their first apartment and everyone was happy after that. So a special thank you to Aminah for such a smooth and easy process. Don't bother ordering anything from this company. It's a scam. I order a sofa from Living Spaces on March 1st. Was supposed to arrive March 16. They then reschedule for March 23. Then they contact me on March 26 attempting to reschedule for April 17. They "offered" me the "option" to cancel my order but insisted on keeping 10% of the amount paid. What a SCAM! Working with Ally was such a breeze! She was very helpful in getting our entertainment center ordered and walked us through the delivery process. I purchase 4 items, totaling more than $2,000. All but 1 item was delivered, due to damage. I called Living Spaces to arrange for delivery of replacement. After multiple phone calls, taking 3 hours of my time, I was told to reorder the item. I had special, 18 months financing on my order. I am now being told that because this is another order, there is only 6months financing. After much back,and forth that it is part of my original order, and getting nowhere, I asked to speak to someone higher up in the organization, or the store manager. I was told that,she could not do this and I would be called back in 24-48 hours. I asked her to please put that in,writing to me. She refused. I will never purchase anything from this store again. Bought a large sectional for our family room with 3 recliners. Our sales man Richard was great. It was delivered Saturday Nov 20th 2025. After set up I noticed there were no skirts covering the recliners and there were wires and motors showing out the rear. There was also a non recliner that was finished to the floor, the two were next to each other and looked awful and irregular together. I called customer service and they said that wasn't right and they would get back to me. 5 days later they didn't, so we went back to the store. The model at the store was different than the one we bought so we had no idea how it looked set up.We showed pictures to the staff and they agreed it look terrible but said that was the way it was made. They offered us a credit towards another purchase. An hour later we found another unit that would work and tried to buy it. We were told parts of this unit was back ordered and we could not buy it. They offered us a refund, which we agreed to. The charged us 10% restock fee, $99.00 to pick up the 5 day old sectional and no refund for the original $99.00 delivery. We recently purchased a 5 piece leather sectional from Living Spaces. We had a great experience in the store and the manager even waved our delivery fee which was helpful. Our issue was with the product once delivered. All the pieces were great with the exception of one. That piece had what appeared to be a repaired scratch in the leather of the seat and the cushion sank quite a bit when sitting in it. It was not at all like the rest of the couch. We emailed the store and they set up for a service person to come out and inspect it. The service person identified the same things we saw and wrote a report. From there it was a full week or more before we heard back. We finally heard back and the store agreed to replace the piece. The whole process was about 3 weeks, start to finish. We are happy with our new couch but I am concerned with the stores quality standards that this defective seat could have been delivered to us in the first place -- it feels kind of sneaky. read more

Called Customer Service & the rep spoke over of me the entire time. I asked if we can exchange it and it will take another 35 days. I give living spaces a zero. Went to the store in Summerlin, NV place an order for a sectional. I was told that I could get what I ordered by the first of September. I hadn't gotten any updates or the eta of my delivery. When I called the call center you could not reach the actual store, I was told they didn't know when I could receive my sectional. So I cancelled that order and ordered another one that was suppose to be in stock and could get my delivery in 4 days. Now, I rec'd a call that they didn't know when I would be receiving my second order. I already got rid of the sofa we had to make room for this one. They don't have a manager to talk to you, you have to put in a ticket to get a call back. I have yet to receive a call the only good thing they refunded me my money. Longtime fan of Living Spaces in California; the Las Vegas location does not disappoint! We bought this couch a few months ago, but weren't ready to receive it until we got the keys to our new place, so the Living Spaces representative who helped us was extremely understanding and arranged to push back the delivery date until we were ready. We called a few weeks later to set up a date and time that worked for us and everything went off without a hitch. (I know people are leaving unfavorable reviews because of shipping delays and issues with items being out of stock... but as a longtime customer, I can tell you this is absolutely not the norm. Don't let it color your perception of LS as a whole. We're still in a pandemic, people, it's not the store's fault that everything is crazy right now!) The couch itself is lovely, of course. I ordered a bar stool for my office at the Summerlin, Las Vegas store on April 11, 2023. I was told that the stool would be delivered on Thursday, April 13th and I was leaving town on Saturday. (and this was the second time they had failed to deliver, the last time I just cancelled the order). Well, the stool never showed up and to be honest I had forgotten about it until I got back to town on April 23rd. At this point I tried to call the Summerlin store (but you can't actually talk to anyone in a store, just the main customer service line). The customer service rep told me the item was no longer available! I asked if anyone was ever going to notify me or credit my card back for the purchase but he did not have an answer. He said I needed to go to the Summerlin store in person. So, off I went to the store on April 24th. Just like last time they did have a 'floor' model in the store so I spoke with Ally (sp?) and expressed my frustration about the whole experience and after about 20 minutes she was able to convince someone that I could take the used 'floor' model. Somewhat happy that I finally was able to get the final piece of furniture for my home office, I took the stool, threw it in my truck, and off I went. I did pay for a new stool and delivery but hey, I got my stool! Within 10 minutes of leaving the store I got a voicemail from 'Patrice' at the store. This Patrice accused me of stealing the stool and threatened to file a police report if I did not return to the store immediately. I tried to call and clear things up with Patrice as I had paid for the stool on April 11 and Ally got permission for me to take the floor model, but of course you can't actually call or talk to anyone in the store directly and Patrice failed to leave a way for me to reach her other than going back to the store ... again. I'm still waiting for LVPD to show at my door and arrest me, lol. I would never, ever deal with any Living Spaces store again. They only get a 1 star rating because I did get my stool despite having to 'steal' it, lol. I should probably dispute the charge as I didn't actually get a new stool or delivery. read more
