I was at first hesitant with the reviews of this location, but after receiving our furniture I'm so glad we went through and purchased through this store. Patrick and Bernice were extremely helpful, and patient plus answered all questions that we had. We also brought our service animal into the store and everyone was nice. We purchased two items, the Bonaterra Sectional and the Dean Sand bed frame, both were shipped and delivered within days, all set up for $99 total. The quality is excellent for the price and have already gotten so many compliments. I say if you feel the same way that I did at first, give it a chance and you might be surprised. Living Spaces in Boca Park took advantage of our 90-year-old mother. She moved to Las Vegas last week to be near her children after our father and her husband of 68 years passed away in late July 2023. As she prepared to move to a senior living residence, she purchased furniture, including a mattress. The salesperson told us that the mattress came with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. It was delivered on September 8, and she moved in on September 25. On the morning of September 30, she called to tell us the mattress was very uncomfortable and she could not sleep on it. We immediately took her to Living Spaces in Boca Park to exchange the mattress. The manager, TRAVIS, told us the 30-day exchange was only for mattresses priced over $2,000. She paid $975 plus tax, so according to TRAVIS, we are out of luck even though the salesperson told us the opposite before the purchase. We spoke to an operations manager who told us we needed to go to their site, take pictures of the mattress, and wait for the vendor to contact us, which is unacceptable. Living Space is guilty of selling products and misrepresenting the terms of the sale. Moreover, the lack of caring and taking $975 plus tax from a 90-year-old woman is equal to elder abuse. Not to mention she spent around $5,000 on furniture at the store. When looking for a reliable company that stands behind their salespeople's representations, avoid Living Spaces as they do not meet their obligations or promises. read more

We had some time to kill today before our brunch reservation so we stopped in to " living spaces" to browse. Nice place and I was really impressed with the selection of different styles they have on the floor. The place looks organized by rooms. There are attendants walking around ready to assist customers. I like the styles they have. Too me it looked like there are things you don't normally find at other furniture stores. The building is huge and I think we will have to come back to shop for some furniture we are going to need. read more

Ok Living Spaces- maybe 3rd times the charm. Ordered patio furniture and spent more that I would usually spend. I thought I was getting a quality set. On the first delivery, a chair was noticeably broken. Broken to the point that they had to notice when putting it on the truck. Delivery wanted to leave it but I would not accept it so they took it. A week later they attempt another delivery but, brought the wrong item and the sectional is missing all the hardware to connect the sections together. So, now we wait again. Impossible to call as your speaking with a call center who are not able to resolve other then they're looking into it. Not a great experience. Update***** 3rd time was not the charm. I'm shocked at how inept this company actually is. This time they brought the right chair but none of the hardware to put the sectional together. I ordered and paid in full a sectional 7 weeks ago, it was supposed to be delivered 6/1 to 6/1, never heard a word, when I called to get an update, they told me it was discontinued and should have never been ordered by the rep. I found another one ordered it, it was damaged, this was over 10 days ago and I have called Guest Services at least 6 times with no success. Every person I talk to has a different answer of why they have not scheduled my replacement exchange, finally yesterday they said the warehouse won't release my return funds to them. Don't like doing this because most of our house is furnished from living spaces but things have definitely gone down hill. Memorial Day weekend we ordered 2 outdoor swivel chairs and a end table .... Well one chair was delivered, on June 2 and the other items supposedly on back order until July 18 but yet today I received a email saying that the chairs are back in stock and I could have it in 2 days. Called customer service, they don't have a delivery date for my items even though I told them I can buy it now and have it in 2 days. well they're in Central America, don't speak English, hang up on you because you're getting frustrated repeating yourself. My order was lost 2 times.. had to start over 3 times! I was also told some items were on back order, but once paid and waiting for delivery , now the items originally told they were on back order.. we're in stock but other items now were not even available at all anymore.. so then I had to find new items.. then they screwed up my delivery, and the delivery guys showed up in the morning when they were supposed to show up in the afternoon. Then they also unloaded all my stuff on the street.. We ordered a couch and waited 4 weeks for the delivery and they gave us the completely wrong one. We decided to go with another to wait less and we tried talking to John the manager about changing the L shape to the other side the next day. Since we went close to closing time. He wanted to charge us over 517 dollars for the change or cancel for the same amount. We went on the weekend and they didn't want to accommodate after their first mistake. I've shopped at every furniture store in Vegas, and this has been hands down the worst experience I've had. I purchased a bedroom set (bed/nightstand/dresser) 04/26/23. Was told it would be delivered to my house 05/12/23. On 05/11/23, (1 day before delivery) I was told the bed arrived damaged to the warehouse and that it wouldn't arrive for another month. They stated they would only be delivering the dresser and nightstand the following day. I told them I didn't want to wait another month for a bedroom set so the guy I talked to stated my only options would be to wait, buy another bed that doesn't match the dresser and night stand, or pat a 15% restocking fee for the itens that already arrived. So all bad options, and canceling the order would somehow penalize me, even though they didn't live up to their agreement. I choose to just wait a month. I was then told the bed came in "early" and could get delivered 05/24/23. Great! My wife and I make work arrangements to ensure someone will be home. But guess what? The day before, I'm told the bed is still broken.. so it's still going to be early June. Then on 05/24, I get a text saying my order is out fir delivery. I start scrambling from work, call customer service, and they tell me it's a mistake.. still early June. So now it's early June. I just get told it's gonna be early July. Unbelievable. This company has no integrity and will financially penalize you to cancel an order they can't fulfill. Save yourself the headache and go to Walker or RC Willey. On September 4, 2019 I bought and paid in full a Rory 54 inch table, 7 Rory counter stools and 1 Rory counter bench. `Not only did I spend two full days to find the perfect set but I paid in full. I scheduled delivery for September 20 when I would travel to my new home in Vegas to accept the delivery. The night before delivery I received an email stating my delivery confirmation but it had the wrong address on it. I called the company immediately so they would change the address and I was reassured that they would be able to get the furniture transferred back to Las Vegas and delivered to my home. Only the barstools and bench made it to my house. I was told that the table was either sold to someone else, damaged in transit, discontinued, or back ordered. I have no idea on the real story of the missing table. How can they resell my table which I paid for? I am so upset that no one seems to know the story of what happened to the table. The only thing to make me ever shop there for the rest of my furniture needs is for them to find me the table. I will tell my story to every person I talk to , including all the new home purchasers in my new community unless I get my table. I have received many items from Living Spaces. A couch, dresser, bed sets for my 3 young children, completely satisfied. No issues. Delivery and installation fee on point. But NOW, I'm not satisfied with this Company and their version of Customer Service. My complaint is on my latest purchase. I give it 2 stars for the items I received. A recliner (comfortable and petite for my size) and a 5 tier ladder shelf (that is not balanced or level). I ordered online and called in for my concerns, The Customer Service is a Joke. The do NOT look out for the Customers aka Buyers! I opted to have the 2 items delivered. First, nothing specified they would be received separately, one via truck and company and one by UPS!?!?!? The recliner was 2 pieces (top and bottom) The recliner clicked together on a left and right slide. Even those whom aren't able to build can do this! Then I get home to the box left outside my front door, the shelves, I had to put the together, easy enough though I thought I paid for installation. Why Was I charged for delivery and set up and what for?!??! They did nothing! The delivery drivers actually recommended I dispute it. 3 weeks go by as I give the furniture and pending transactions on the Credit card to clear. Today, waiting 24 minutes on hold. to dispute this $109 delivery and "installation" charge. Through living spaces, Sherry and her lead, decided that the customers interest are NOT the forefront of importance. Synchrony bank can do nothing. So disappointed. I will pay for my furniture and taxes. This, unspecified and not clarified "delivery installation" is NOT RIGHT. And to me, what's right is right. Shame on them. They have lost a great customer!!! Literally the worst furniture store, EVER. I wish we would have listened to the comments. We ordered a custom sectional in May 2020. Our order finally comes in July. The sectional has damaged fabric and one section didn't come with legs! We went back to the store and processed an exchange. They said the fabric was out of stock from the original order so we ordered a new sectional and new pillows. It is now October 2020 and the new order we received yesterday was incorrect!! The drivers tried to deliver TWO left arm sectionals! And we were missing pillows!! A representative on the phone said she couldn't place a replacement order for the pillows because they're out of stock in the fabric (OF COURSE THEY ARE) and now we have to wait for a "Rush" order for a right arm sectional. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company has THE worst customer service I have ever encountered, legitimately a nightmarish hellscape. The products aren't bad, but if you ever have anything wrong, need to speak to someone, need to get a part replaces, speak to a supervisor, etc. you will be given the run around u til you feel compelled to enact violence. My delivery was 2 months late and once it arrived, one of the cushions was uneven. I figured it would be easy to replace a sagging cushion. I kid you not, I have been trying to get this 1 cushion replaced for almost a year. I got my initial delivery in Sept. 2021. I called to ask for a replacement in Dec 2021. I didn't receive a response until Jan 2022. I followed up in March and they didn't get back to me/place the order until April. I followed up multiple times waiting for this delivery up until July. Come to find out the part was delivered to the store but I don't live near any of the stores. So after calling 100 times they finally re-ordered the part in August. Then they successfully delivered it to my home but they delivered the cushion separate from the casing so when the delivery person assembled it, it popped. So he said I'd have to call to re order the part. So between August 2022 and today (Nov 6, 2022) I have not been able to get the part re-ordered and delivered to my home. When I call I'm given the run around. No supervisor is available. They say they'll call back in 24 hours, NEVER DO. I paid $1200 for a couch that has never been a complete couch since its delivery date. This company is beyond unprofessional and incompetent. When I called to inquire about the gift card I was issued, the rep said he submit a "manager escalation" form so someone could contact me back. No one has contacted me. Still no $100 gift card, about to be a month waiting on that in a couple days. The email I was told to contact them through (from the Living Spaces rep, in response to this post) got a delivery failure message back -- & yes it's spelled correctly. LOL Safe to say they've been bullsh*tting me this whole time. UPDATE: Today is July 16th 2020 and I still do NOT have the couch I purchased on May 28th. I've been in touch with a corporate manager who I last spoke to on 6/30 who told me someone would contact me before mid July as soon as they get the shipment in. NO CALL, per usual. I called again today to follow up and the rep says "I see your order is in stock, would you like to schedule a delivery?" I've been waiting on this sectional for nearly two months and no one made it a point to inform me it was available? What would've happened if I didn't stay on top of this? Would they just let another few weeks go by? Then of course their delivery windows are 6-7 hours wide as if I'm not busy with clients and other appointments. So now the soonest I'll be able to set aside time to wait around for my couch is July 22nd. Oh! They also don't provide you confirmation of the scheduled delivery when you make it, they only contact you a day before the date set. So, pray for me y'all. Hopefully they don't f*ck this up once again. They alldid not attempt to appease me until I asked for free white glove delivery. I wish I would have looked at the bad reviews that Living Spaces had before buying anything from them because they're all extremely accurate. I purchased a new couch online for $1,700, and it was delivered just fine without any issues. So I went back to purchase three counter stools. They were delivered two days later and I assembled two of them just fine. Then when assembling the third one, there was an issue with one of the screw holes and it was unable to be assembled. I called the customer service number and they 'apologized for the inconvenience' and said they would have a replacement sent out. Because they do not do late deliveries, and I am not available during the day Monday-Friday, I had to wait until the following Saturday for the delivery. The replacement stool was sent, and when I went to assemble this one, I noticed there was two pieces missing, and it also could not be assembled. So I called customer service back again to let them know, and they 'apologized for the inconvenience' and scheduled a replacement delivery for the following Saturday. The next Friday comes, and I realize I haven't gotten confirmation of the delivery yet. So I called and they 'apologized for the inconvenience' and informed me that the delivery was not approved so it was never actually scheduled and they would need to reschedule it. Again, for the following Saturday. This is now three weeks later. The customer service person informed the local store of the issue for compensation. The operations manager, Patrice said she would waive the delivery fee of $19 for the inconvenience. That refund was never processed. The Friday before I did get a confirmation email for the following Saturday for 10:30-1:30. The next morning I click on the tracking button on the email and it says "Order Not Found". When no one showed up, I called and customer service 'apologized for the inconvenience' and said that the order had been cancelled by someone, but they did not know why. He said he would find out and call me back. No one ever called. I decided to drive back to the store to try and get help in person. I asked to speak to a manager and the person in front sent me to the cashier in the back and someone would meet me there. No one ever met me there, but the cashier Isabella spoke with me, 'apologized for the inconvenience' and I explained everything that happened. She looked up the order, saw the issue and was helping me. When I asked about the delivery charge refund that I didn't get she radioed for Patrice and asked and Patrice told her she didn't remember agreeing to that. Luckily I have the email from Patrice so they did process that refund. Isabella told me she would contact the warehouse to get the replacement sent out as soon as possible and that she would call or email me that day before 5:00 to give me an update. That did not happen. I emailed the store email they gave me to ask for an update, and Nora responded and 'apologized for the inconvenience' and said the replacement was scheduled for the next day, Tuesday. This delivery was missing pieces too. I called customer service again, and they 'apologized for the inconvenience' and said they would scheduled another replacement part delivery. This time they specified it was just the missing part that would be sent. I asked to speak to a manager considering how much trouble I'd had and the customer service agent refused. She said there was no manager there. I asked for some kind of compensation considering how much of an inconvenience and hassle a $50 stool had been. She informed me that since it was such a low priced item, they would not be providing any compensation since it didn't cost much. She did acknowledge that this was completely their mistake, however. After arguing with this human for a bit, and still refusing to let me speak to a manager she informed that she would send the replacement with a technician to assemble the stool for free. I told her that I was perfectly capable of assembling the stool (I had already assembled two just fine), this was not good enough compensation at this point. She responded with, "while it might not be good enough for you, it is for us". I again asked to speak to a manager, and she refused. Finally she agreed to get a manager (one must have magically appeared), and she came back, without a manager on the line, and offered $25 off the price of the stool. I guess this will have to be good enough, since it's good enough for them. We'll see if we actually get what we need for this stool to be assembled in two days from now, but I'm not holding my breath. If you order anything from Living Spaces, you'd better hope they get it right the first time, because they certainly will not prioritize making it right if they mess something up. read more

I am very displeased with the second time we arrived at Living Spaces on Rampart Blvd in Las Vegas, NV. My girlfriend and I had purchased sofas and a bed frame which we were happy with the process of purchasing as well as the delivery. We came a second time to now buy a dinning room table, and this second experience was a whole 180 turn from our first experience. We observed a table we really wanted and the sales person Vina assisted us. At first she stated she'd have to check if they can order it. We liked the dinning table so much we offered to buy the one on the floor on display. Vina said that is a possibility but they will not deliver it to our home. After discussing we agreed we'll take the responsibility to pick it up ourselves and find a vehicle to move it to our new home. Vina then stated they will not disassemble the table for us and we'll have to deliver it to our home how it came making it difficult for us to even fit it through our door. And to top it off, we decided we just wanted the table alone and Vina stated you will have to buy the chairs and bench it came with no exceptions. It was very frustrating attempting to buy this table even after we ourselves took the responsibility to find solutions to the problem (buying a display table, finding a vehicle to deliver the table ourselves) and she still would not work with us. It is discouraging wanting to return and do business and recommend Living Spaces to friends and family after we spend quite some money in this company for them to reject us from being able to purchase a table due to us not wanting to buy the chairs. read more

WE WENT WITHOUT DRESSERS FOR OVER A MONTH. why? because they would schedule deliveries and not show up, they would cancel deliveries day of citing some issue each time, they were supposed to pick up the originals and instead they sat in our tiny upstairs hallway for 3 weeks blocking our kids bedroom doors and bathroom door in the process. we were so inconvenienced by this and they didn't seem to care at all. just more false promises on pick up and delivery. in total, our deliveries were cancelled and rescheduled over 3 times in a row. when we purchased the original dressers, we had already bought a sofa couch back in April, but we were considering options on how we could get a different one instead. my mother in law never used it and thats the only reason we got it. we wanted a new couch, but did not need one. the employee who was with us for 3 full hours was great and helped a lot, but she also told us we should get a new couch if we want and to forget about my MIL. we then told her we already had one and couldnt afford to just get another one. she asked if we had purchased the warranty on the original couch and we said yes. she then gave us suggestions on how to commit insurance fraud so we could file a claim on our current couch and use that money towards the new couch. that we could purchase the new couch today and when the claim comes through they will apply that full amount of the original to what's owed for the new couch. we were hesitant but she insisted customers do this all the time and that we would be surprised at what people can get a claim on. with all of this information in mind, and her constant reassurance that its common and not a problem we decided to get the new couch. long story longer, she lied. its actually a very complicated process to file a claim and the new item has to be purchased after the claim is approved for the money to be applied to the new furniture. i immediately went into LS in person with my husband and spoke to management about this. told him the entire story and expressed my frustration and disgust as someone whose been in sales and customer service for years that they have employees doing this. i was told they dont make commission so there would be no reason to be pressured. well, they make something. may not be called commission, but trust me, its bonuses etc. otherwise there is no motivation to sell. i expressed this to him and was reassured it would be taken seriously and that someone above him would contact me immediately the next day. not only did i not receive that call, we continued to have delivery/pick up issues with the dressers. after expressing the patience of a saint (and was told this by witnessing employees) for far too long, i sent an email making it very clear that i wanted the full amount for the old couch applied to the new one because of their fraudulent employee, the abundance of ways they had inconvenienced us, and their lack of urgency or willingness to ACTUALLY rectify anything (lots of sorry's though). I was NEVER contacted by decision making authority, you cannot get through to a soul at corporate so you are forced to directly communicate with this location. It has been the biggest nightmare of our lives and we will never step foot inside a LS again. We just got our dressers last week and finally aren't living off the floor anymore. This is the jist of the story, not even the entire thing. I urge anyone whose come this far to steer clear and read the other recent reviews. As i said we really enjoyed our shopping experience, but after we made purchases everything became nothing but headache. Oh! and my husband took a day off work only for them to never show up - no alerts, no email response until late, nothing. I could literally go on. We ended up losing $1500 or more with the days off work and the time I will never get back on the phone with corporate 5x in one day, emailing this location because you cant call, and the time out of my day to physically go in because it's so impossible to get through to anyone and have them understand or follow through. I have reported their business practices and hope this review protects at least one person from the same hell. read more

UPDATE: Yolanda from Living Spaces called me this morning after receiving the survey I filled out including all of the following information. She refunded our delivery charge and was very apologetic. I can't tell you how much that means as a customer. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I came into Living Spaces a month ago with my mother who was moving into assisted living after my father (her husband of 70 years) passed away last fall. She needed a couch for her new small home. We found a loveseat that might work but decided to wait until she was settled in. We arrived at the store last Thursday to find that the love seat we had returned to purchase was being sold as a floor model moments before we found our first salesperson. That model would no longer be available. We found another couch that would be great in the loveseat size but again were told by a second "sales" person that it was also being discontinued and that he could not help us because he was working with another customer. Feeling frustrated, I went to the front of the store to ask for assistance as we had just fallen in love with two items that were not available. A seemingly helpful associate (at first) walked me back to my mother but then told me that she could only help us if we found what we wanted and she would look on the app to tell us if it was available. That's it. There was no suggestion or helpful information. She wound up telling us that she had other things to do and if we did not find anything we liked, we should probably go elsewhere. I was committed to buying my mother something in that store on that day...it's not easy getting an 88 year old woman in and out of stores with a walker...so I pulled up Living Spaces online and began my own search. We found a loveseat at basically the same time we were approached by a FOURTH salesperson. His name was Aaron and my mother asked him to pretend she was his grandmother and to please help us. Aaron played along and was super sweet finding my mother the color she wanted and making the final few minutes of this shopping experience feel ok. I never would have imagined the dismissiveness of the sales team at the Las Vegas Living Spaces had I not witnessed it for myself. My husband and I have a long history as Living Spaces customers however, their lack of customer service can only be attributed in my mind to the fact that they no longer receive commissions. Common courtesy and compassion should not be so difficult to find and the manager of this location should be ashamed. And...Aaron deserves a raise. read more

This place is bad news, avoid them like the plague! You get what you pay for. The sales people were friendly and helpful, the purchase process was efficient (as it can be), and the location is very clean and inviting; however, this is where things start going down hill. I was advised of the standard 2 week waiting period and that there may be an additional week or two due to pandemic related manufacturing and transportation issues. The website says my purchase was not scheduled for delivery yet and to keep waiting; if I had questions I should call the customer service telephone number. The problem lies with the fact that there is no local telephone number listed, so any inquiries about my purchase were redirected to a generic (and not local) 800 number. They are short-staffed, I completely understand that. They offer web chat as a time saver instead of the long phone hold times. No chat ever connected with a real human being, and I started 3 of them waiting between 60 to 120 minutes each before they disconnected on me. Then there were the phone calls. I made a total of 9 calls in the last 6 days to find out what is going on. Today, Monday, September 14, 2020, I made 3 calls, and 2 of which were disconnected right about an hour into the hold. On the final call I managed to get a person on the line and they mentioned that my sofa (purchased on August 11, 2020) was sitting in a warehouse waiting to be scheduled for delivery, and the closest delivery date was a further 6 days away. Why the heck was I not advised it was awaiting my call? Why would they never answer the phone when I did call? Why am I now waiting an additional week for something that should have only taken 3 weeks! read more

DO NOT waste your money on the warranty. The shopping experience and delivery was excellent and I can't say anything bad about the employees of this location but I am incredibly disappointed we wasted our money. We were so excited to get our first set of patio furniture - one of the biggest purchases I have ever made for my home. We bought the Care Free Plan knowing that this furniture would be sitting outside and expecting we would have it for a long time. Furniture was delivered July 4th weekend 2020. In February 2021 we noticed a small crack in the back of one of the loveseat joints. This furniture is supposed to be durable to weather but was also sitting under a covered patio in a city without real extreme weather so shouldn't have expected much of an issue especially this quickly. But, we had the warranty - annoyed but not too worried. However, Living Spaces and their third party warranty providers do NOT live up to what you pay for. When we submitted our claim, it took a couple weeks of calls, emails, and online submissions to hear back before they sent us back to the store. They claimed that since it had not been a year, the furniture was still under the store's warranty. After contacting the store we were sent us back to the Care Free Plan based on the damage. In the meantime, we were packing up our home and moving across the country - a pretty time consuming process. It took us several weeks before we were in a place to resubmit our claims to the warranty program and start the process again of multiple phone calls, emails, and online submissions. At this point, we were told that since the claim was more than 60 days old they would no longer honor it. Which is pretty weird considering it's a multiple year warranty. I had both the original photos from the first ask and then updated each time we submitted and as it continually crumbles. This piece of the set now has multiple cracks and needs a cinder block supporting it in place so the brace doesn't completely snap off if anyone puts weight on it. It has been in storage all winter and I am doubtful it is going to make it through the summer. I wish this was a solo experience that happened because we were busy at the time of claim, but our friends had the same situation with an indoor couch purchased from Living Spaces and ended up having to find a fix themselves as well. I really liked the inventory at Living Spaces and how comfy this furniture is but feel completely ripped off in this process. read more

I will never ever buy anything from Living Spaces again. I bought a rug that fell apart in 3 months. Called corporate and they said it wasn't under warranty. How can a rug be three months old, cost $800 and fall apart. Finally, they agreed to give me a store credit which I used on an adjustable base for my bed. I was told they would pick my old one and dispose of it. Delivery team refused to do so. When I call corporate to complain, they say speak to the store. They don't take phone calls so I have to go through corporate who is unable to get them on the phone either. (was on a plane when they called me back one time). Since them I've called corporate 6 times and they haven't gotten ahold of the store. Now corporate is telling me to go to the store directly since they can't get them on the phone either. I've ordered furniture several times in the past and the service, product, and delivery has never been great. This past January 9th I ordered a complete living room set for around $6000 and I'm still waiting to know when my delivery will take place. I've had them call me and schedule delivery twice where I had to take a day off of work obviously for their 12 hour delivery window and they canceled on me both times. They're telling me the product is on back order but they don't know exactly when it'll be in they're hoping for late March. The products are made cheap and inexpensive and the service goes right along with that. I would definitely not recommend shopping here. read more

Possibly the worst company ever to do business with. Once you purchase, is when they really put the screws to you . Bought a sectional on Dec,27th. They called on the 29th to deliver on New Years Day. Time frame was all day. Explained it was a holiday and the delivery times were not acceptable. They became belligerent and I told them to just cancel order. So then they charged us $500. I never have written a bad review, but the unacceptable behavior of this company needs to be heard.
