We had purchased a living room set there 2 years ago. We have sense changed our decor to a more "farmhouse" style and we had always considered them more modern. We stopped in the other day just to look and we found out they have also started to carry the more country farm style. We fell in love with a sofa, rug and a few small knick-knacks. The quality is superb and the extra warranty is very reasonable. My only complaint is that they mixed up the delivery date and tried to deliver when I was not home and then I was stuck watching TV on the floor for 3 days. Other then that I love my sofa. read more

I ordered a king size bedframe and paid for the full service assembly. The workers were supposed to assemble the wooden slats and platform frame and then bolt the 2 pieces together to make 1 solid piece. My boyfriend has the same bedframe, so we knew how it was supposed to be when it was all put together. The workers assembled it and then put my mattress on top, so I did not see the finished product. That night, I felt like my bed was unstable and I was sinking in the middle. The next day, I mentioned that to my boyfriend. We lifted the mattress to find that the slats were never bolted into the frame, the material holding them together was broken, and where some screws were inserted, they were not inserted in the right place and I was able to easily pull it up, so they were not secure either. I called customer service to get a replacement. She started by offering me a $70 refund if we wanted to go to Home Depot and buy the wood and build our own slat frame. Not only do we not have the capacity to do that in an apartment, but the cost would have been way more than $70 and we would have no way to bolt it into the frame which is half the problem. What a wild thing to even say to a customer too! I declined and said I needed a replacement. She scheduled a replacement to be delivered in a week and, only after I asked, did she refund the $100 assembly fee. I could not safely sleep on my mattress that night, so I got a terrible night's sleep on my couch. I decided to call back today and ask if they could have someone pick up the massive broken frame now so I can use my mattress just on the floor. The new lady said no because that's not how this exchange process works. I said ok, but let her know I would then need to take measures into my own hands and remove the slats and trash them on my own so my bed could sit on the floor beneath and just have the platform frame around it. She said she would not recommend that as she could not guarantee that they would not be liable if there is an issue during the exchange. I reiterated that I physically cannot sleep on my bed and that something needed to be done to fix that in the interim. Shen said she would notate my account. I don't know how much I trust them for purchases moving forward. Maybe I should just do it myself to ensure it gets done properly. Their assemblers seem too rushed and like they don't actually care. Read all the bad reviews! There is a reason for it because this place is the absolute worst! There is a reason why every Living Spaces uses the same 877 number for every store in the country. They want to take your money and never deal with you again! You call an 877 number that sounds like it is a foreign call center that refuses to transfer you to the store or a manager. They just blow you off. We had a delivery scheduled today and when the driver showed up he was already in a mood not wanting to be here. His partner said it has been a really rough and bad day already. Our kitchen is being remodeled so workers were in our driveway cutting boards. The driver freaked out about it but we had the driveway cleared in 60 seconds requiring one table to be moved to the side. He then came into our house and said our house was a dangerous hazard work zone. I asked why which he said because our kitchen was completely sealed in plastic. The delivery team did not have to enter the kitchen so I don't understand how that was an issue and being wrapped in plastic kept the rest of the house clean. He then started going off that our floor was wet and how dangerous it was, that he could slip and fall and break his neck. I asked him to touch the floor because it wasn't wet, in fact the water was off in that part of the house. He also said he couldn't deliver while another delivery company was here. Sleep number showed up at the same time to deliver our new beds. He just kept flipping out and continuing his bad attitude. He barged out of my house and said he was leaving. Sleep number guys just kept laughing at what a jerk this driver was and kept joking about it with me after he left. Then we tried to call the store which was getting us nowhere because of the useless call center. We had to drive 40 minutes to the store which they let us know they were aware of the issue and showed us the pictures of our driveway blocked. One was a picture of a truck not even in our driveway and then a picture of the table before it was moved. The driver claimed that was the only reason he couldn't deliver. We showed the store manager the pictures of what the driveway looked like before he barged off and the house. The store manager agreed that the driver had a bad attitude and was being lazy. The store manager did everything to make it sound like they would fix the issue but 5 hours go by with no updates . Then of course I can't call the store so I emailed for an update to only find out they will not be fixing the issue today and will reschedule later in the week since they are booked up. Manager just told me what I wanted to hear to get me out of his store so not to make all their customers aware of horrible this place is! They are sales people of the worst kind in this store who do nothing but talk with no back up. Now for my next challenge, getting my money back for a delivery the driver refused to do. Those calls and messages are going ignored already. Update: Now I am going through the fight to get a refund. When I went in yesterday, operations manager Travis made it sound like this was an easy fix of getting it delivered ASAP or cancel and refund order. Travis is now refusing to respond to my emails and I can't call the store. Travis last communication was call the call center because I threaten legal action. By the way, this is how heartless Travis is. When my son's bed didn't get delivered, he told my autistic son to grab a sheet and make a tent to sleep in. Obviously Travis has no care in the world. It wasn't funny to my child with autism or to us parents trying to comfort our son. This will end on a legal battle since now they are not refunding claiming they can't get approval from the store. I wanted to like this place .. I really did. They have gorgeous furniture and accessories and the sales people are great. But this place is hit or miss with customer service and deliveries and I've had enough. Nothing and I mean nothing comes together and all at one time. Scheduling deliveries is a nightmare, excessively long wait times to try and reach someone on their only (800) number, they schedule deliveries, and then they call the day it's supposed to be delivered and cancel. No body on the customer service line has any kind of idea what they're doing. I Spent 4 thousand dollars in this place back in March, and here we are in August and I have yet to receive the 1200$ fire pit or the 450$ umbrella. I have been issued a refund for both, but now my whole backyard set up is incomplete. I will no longer do business with this place. read more

Love the couch itself, exactly what we needed. Most people complain about the delivery people but honestly that was the best part for us. Super nice and professional guys. The in-store buying and financing process was terrible though. The sales people need some training on the financing options and what each one means. Then when you get back to the counter those people explained NOTHING, and said "the sales people explained that to you." When I bought my couch in March they literally had zero stock in the store so they forced us to custom order a couch and I paid to have it delivered and installed. Well fast forward to this month they drop off the couch and leave. The delivery drivers decided to try to scam us $300 later saying they could come by after and pull the couch up over our balcony because they're not paid to help us get the furniture inside! Wish I could give negative stars. "Bought" a sofa in the Las Vegas Living Spaces November 2020. Was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. I get that COVID had screwed things up. After 10 weeks I call. Told end of January to beginning of February. After 15 weeks I call again. Not once have I been contacted by LS to apprise me of any delay, issue etc. I call today and am told it MIGHT arrive at the distribution center March 5 and delivery would be scheduled around 14 business days after that. So now we are looking at 20 weeks? On the website it currently says 10-12 week delivery. Customer Service lady was nice but c'mon. 20 weeks for a run of the mill sofa PLUS no reaching out to the customer? We will not be returning to Living Spaces. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a couch and a table on 07/02. Table was delivered after I called and asked (after about two weeks) but couch wasn't ready. Custom couch was suppose to take 2-4 weeks but didn't hear anything still after 4 weeks, so I called back and they said: oh we can schedule delivery on the 08/06! Yay! They call the 6th: -we are sorry but the couch didn't pass inspection so we can't deliver your couch. -Ok when will I get my couch? -We don't know...... -ok this week is my wedding and we have lots of family coming into town and we have no couch to sit them on!!!! Can you help us? -we can deliver one part of the couch and give you 100$ gift card - ok... guess we have no choice, thank you. (We had 60+ guests come into town for our wedding and we had NOWHERE to sit them but one armchair :/) I called back on the 17th after still not hearing anything back from them. They say the couch is in transit between California and Las Vegas and we should hear from them by the weekend. Then we go in person to the store on the 20th because we still haven't heard anything. They tell us that the couch is here and we can schedule delivery for Thursday.... Thursday comes as we get a call saying they cannot deliver the couch cause they don't have it........ (are you kidding me?) Purchased a coffee table, dining table and chairs, and some smaller home decor items. Not even ONE year into owning any of them, the porcelain decor pieces have chips on them, the coffee table we purchased at $220 has a corner that literally broke straight through when someone applied pressure to it, and injured themselves doing so. It's made out of this cheap, faux concrete/plaster, which looks even like it has bits of wood chips in it. Our dining table has literal streaksof scratches and discoloration, also EXTREMELY cheap wood "material". I stood by this company and recommended their products to a lot of people, but I absolutely take it back. They won't help us with replacing the coffee table, because they discontinued the item, and can't do anything about it. The table they told us to buy some sealant. Like we didn't do that in the first place. How dare a company charge so much money for some furniture items for them to be made of literal SH*T. Be very careful before you shop here. I purchased a reclining leather sofa and loveseat from Living Spaces in May, 2021. I also purchased the extended warranty for each piece. In September, 2021, the loveseat reclining mechanism started malfunctioning. Also, the leather-match fabric on the back panel was being rubbed against the internal mechanism each time the seat was reclined, resulting in the material being damaged. I called and opened a claim, but was ultimately told that my problems were caused by misuse!!! So, reclining my reclining loveseat amounts to misuse??? I will never shop at Living Spaces again. This is Marcos' response: the item is now on backorder "may be" available at Living Spaces warehouse on July 6, 2023. This order was placed June 2, 2023. It is now June 24. By the time the item "may and if" arrive at Living Spaces warehouse on July 6, 2023, it will be more than (1) one-full month since June 2. Of course, the said order/item "if & when" it arrive @ Living Spaces warehouse will not be delivered until a few more days to my home. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Amazon, Target, Costco, and even Walmart are extremely reliable and dependable businesses. Living spaces is extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. June 2, 2023, $427.00 was already taken from my account by Living Spaces. To date, June 24, 2023, I have not received my order/item, and may not receive the said order/item until after July 6, 2023, per Marco during this mornings' conversation. When I placed my order on June 2, 2023 it was my understanding (per confirmation receipt) that I will receive it June 17 - June 24. I believed and trusted your company. When Living Spaces sent me a confirmation by text on Tuesday, June 20, to be delivered on the Thursday, June 22nd, once again I trusted your company. On Wednesday, June 21, Sandra sent me an email stating "encountered a delay, missed a scan and locating the item in our distribution center"; and left me a message stating that my order was "misplaced in the warehouse" and that someone will call me within 24-48 hours for an update. Once again, I believed and trusted your company. 24-48 hours passed, NO CALLS. NO TEXT, NO EMAILS. Nothing! Today, June 24, Saturday, I called to get an update on my order since no one else is calling. I was hanged-up by Alison. This is infuriating. Who in the world will not angry for this. So which is which, Sandra notification that "misplaced in our warehouse" or; Marco notification that it is "backorder" because the product manufacturer "does not make tables like......" Living Spaces customer service just make up stories (or should I say "lies") as they go along to pacify the customer. At one time, Living Spaces was fantastic. Fast forward 2023, Living Spaces hire people that are unreliable, uncourteous and unknowledgeable about their job as a person working in customer service. My adventure with Living Spaces began 11/14/21. My friend and I visited the store to find a sofa and two swivel chairs. The size of the store is humungous and selection is amazing. After visiting ten other stores, I was delighted to find a Moana Leather couch with two electric recliners (which was backordered, but arriving momentarily) that would work for me. I was able to choose the upholstery fabric for two swivel chairs to accompany the couch. My sales people were wonderful. AJ and Priscilla were very knowledgeable and offered to provide "full service" delivery if I also purchased a mattress. I thought that I was ordering the couch, two special order swivel chairs (to arrive in January), a queen mattress and a Dri-Tec mattress protector. Six days later, I received an e-mail (as Priscilla promised) stating that 20 sofas had arrived and 75 customers had been notified. I immediately went online, as directed, to pay for the sofa that went with the chairs I'd ordered. An order number and confirmation number were provided. One main problem with this store is that they WILL NOT provide you with a phone number to call them directly. I was given an e-mail that I contacted asking if the sofa could be delivered with my queen mattress and protector, which were due to be delivered on 11/24/21. Robert Cain responded that the sofa was not ready for delivery. This meant that my order would take three separate delivery dates, but it was all covered under the "full service" delivery policy...or so I thought. 11/24/21 Bed and protector delivered and photographed. 11/27/21 I paid my Visa bill in full which included the mattress, protector, sofa and two chairs for $3,640.32. 12/26/21 Sofa delivered, completely wrapped in plastic, EMPTY BAG attached saying "legs enclosed". There was no set up provided. I was unable to lift the 250 pound sofa by myself to remove plastic so it sat like that for three weeks while I tried to get some help from Living Spaces. Because I could not call the local store to straighten out this mess, I had to call a number that was in La Mirada, CA...where I spoke with : 12/26/21 Anna, 12/30/21 Destiny, 12/30/21 E-mail from Robert Cain, 12/31/21 Foli Clement, Ariana Gastelum. They provided me with a delivery date to install the missing sofa legs on 12/30/21. Destiny told me that the delivery was canceled because the legs weren't in stock and I was NOT advised. They later reported that I WAS NOT AT HOME on 12/30/21 which was a complete fabrication. 1/12/22 I drove the 20 mile round trip to speak with a cashier, Patrice. I explained that I was tired of dealing with multiple people who kept promising to have someone call me back "within 24-48 hours" and insisted that I wasn't entitled to full service delivery because I had PURCHASED MY SOFA ONLINE! I would never have placed an order for two custom swivel chairs to ACCOMPANY my sofa if I didn't think that I had purchased the sofa in store. Outcome: 1/14/22 Two months after placing my order, numerous phone calls, e-mails, and a trip to the store, my swivel chairs were delivered and the missing sofa legs were discovered, packaged under the sofa that I couldn't lift. The delivery guys screwed them on, hooked up the electric recliners, and didn't charge me. Our other couch will not make it another year! The stuffing and material is so floppy and uneven. The warranty is worthless!!! Living Spaces has beautiful furniture but the quality is TERRIBLE!!! I went in yesterday to purchase a sectional with a chase. I knew exactly what I wanted. EASY sale, and if lucky enough I was ready to purchase a couple night stands and a TV console that can hold a 77" TV. To no avail, the moment I walked in, ZERO greetings from the 4 workers too busy socializing at the entrance. One woman was even sipping a coffee/drink while socializing amongst each other. Unbelievable. I browsed thoroughly at the couch I wanted and 3 employees walked by, NO EFFORT to ask if I needed help. One associate even looked away when I attempted to make eye contact as he walked by. Sadly, I will likely be purchasing the couch from here as I am having trouble purchasing on the website. If I'm rudely not greeted, I will rudely announce "ok who wants to help me buy this $1800 couch and get an easy sale/commission?" This location is in desperate need of basic customer service etiquette. FYI, I am a returning customer as I have purchased a living room set a year ago at the San Diego location. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his customer service to be courteous and helpful to find the right furniture. So I really liked a couch from here. However, without measuring my place I thought it was too big so I ordered another couch. I went through their Progressive financing. When I got home I looked at my space and figured the couch would fit. So I went back the next day after me calling Customer Service and having them tell me that I would need to go in to the store to make changes to my order. Mind you, I don't live near by. I walk in and explain that I changed my mind on the couch and figured it wouldn't be an issue since it's on back order until next week. Didn't even have an exact ETA. Then they tell me since the one piece of the couch is in transit (in their possession) from AZ to CA they can't do anything to the order. Why not tell me that over the phone??? So they said I would need to go back and cancel the order once their CA warehouse receives it and then order the one I want. I decided to fork over the $1k for the one I wanted and just cancel the couch I financed. I did that on Saturday before ordering the new one. Received a confirmation email and everything. Scheduled delivery for Monday and lo' and behold they delivered the wrong couch. I ordered a Kerri and they delivered a Sully. Checked their site and they don't even have a couch with that name. One of the delivery guys was straight out rude. They delivered an ottoman when I didn't even order an ottoman. When I called Customer Service she said it comes with an ottoman because it's reversible.... huh?! My couch is U-shape. How is it reversible?? I asked to be reimbursed the $99 delivery charge. She offered me a $50 gift card... what am I going to buy there with $50?! That would require me to put more money in to your store which I refuse. After a long hold she came back and said that I would get my delivery fee back. So I will keep an eye on my account for that. As for my couch, I need to wait for the driver to return what he delivered and expect a call by 24-48 hours?! So much for having a couch. Let me start by saying the sales reps in the store were phenomenal. Everyone is very nice, not pushy at all and super helpful. The displays in the showroom are great. I found a Magnolia Home Mid-Century dining set in store with free delivery in 2 days. I ordered 5 chairs online on Dec 18th. I was told I would get a text with a delivery window, never got it. They just showed up. 5 of 5 chairs were subpar quality so I called customer service. The lady I spoke to was great! She recommended doing an exchange. I was hesitant because of the quality of the first 5. I went back to the store to make sure I didn't overlook the quality the first time. The floor model was perfect so I asked if i could swap for those and was told no. I received the second set of 5 and they are the same as the first. Now 5 phone calls later and 3 different reps and they still can't figure out how to do a return. Save your time and go somewhere else. read more

We were told from the beginning to expect 8-10 weeks delays on special order items. And one of the couches was on special order so we weren't expecting it until 11/22-12/06. 1st delivery was on a Wednesday and it seemed to go good. Guys were professional. But they delivered couch I ordered but it wasn't a sleeper. And then they forgot the slates for my bed. Ended up calling customer service and had to pay extra for the sleeper which I initially told the sales associate that's what we wanted. Had to wait another week for that to get delivered. Then the slates were suppose to deliver 2 days after the 1st delivery. the 2nd delivery for my slates the driver said they rang the doorbell and waited 30 minutes for us. Ended up leaving. We have an outdoor garage camera and a ring camera and no one showed up at all. My daughter was outside sitting in the car that was on the driveway at the time they said they came. Now I'm excited expecting my last and final special order couch and guess what!! Email saying I should expect it to arrive at the end of January of next year. Mind you I ordered in Sept. 8-10 weeks now became 18 weeks. Are you kidding me. SMH. They have great furniture, better than anywhere else but after leaving the store it just wasn't a very pleasant experience. Since the sales person Todd took so long to ring up my items and the store itself could not find one bowl that was a set of two, by the time I went to pay the desk had been sold. Was ordering a pizza at the local pizza hut when i over heard they had an order for 30 individual pizza melts, (over 170 dollars) for this place. The store set up and furniture options were great. I also appreciated the salesperson who helped us think creatively about furniture solutions. But there's a BUT...The salesperson told us we had 7 days to change our mind, and if we exchanged for another piece of furniture, we would pay NO 10% restocking fee. We decided to do just that when we realized the couch we ordered was not going to fit in our space. When you call customer service to initiate the return, there is no way to communicate directly with the store- they only offer a toll free number that takes you to a central office. Anyway, customer service said the exchange with no restocking fee is ONLY when you buy an item of similar or greater value, which was never communicated to us. The item we chose was $200 less, but with their fees, EVEN with the exchange, they're saying we owe $60 something. 3 calls, and only resolution offered is a store credit for the restocking fee. Not great when I never want to buy anything from that store again. read more

We had a great experience purchasing our dining​ table and chairs. The turnaround for delivery was quick and the team was very efficient and courteous. With that said, my items were not custom order. I was hesitant to purchase after reading all the poor reviews, but I am thankful I did. I found the sales team to not be overbearing. Some may say they are standoffish but I appreciate that over RC Willey's team that stalks you. I am thankful we have an​ option in town that offers a large showroom with the ability to see and touch items in person and that offer quality​ products at a reasonable price. My biggest take away from all the negative reviews is to make sure you understand all policies for sales, delivery, and warranty before making a purchase. read more

Let me start off on the positive, all the employees were super nice and willing to help. That is the only thing they have going for them. DO NOT use their promotional deal with Synchrony bank. They are the worst bank. They set you up on this insane promotional payment plan. Stay away from synchrony. Stay away from Synchrony financing. You pay all this money for mediocre furniture. Do not get furniture with the goose feathers it sucks. Feathers are prickly and often annoying. The furniture sucks here. The financing promotional deals with no interest sucks here. Overall this place sucks. Stay away from here. I should have purchased my furniture from Ikea, Ashley's furniture, Amazon, or World Market. Anywhere but this place. Never again. read more

Never again! Buyers beware! Stay away! Will never buy anything from them again. Worst customer service and warranty is crap and meaningless. Bought a $2800 custom ordered sectional (their top line) and have had it just 6 months. We are still under the manufacturers warranty. Fabric is piling and shedding and cushions were never firm to begin with but are now sagging to where it's so uncomfortable. We are empty nesters and my wife is 5'1 and weighs 105 lbs and she is sinking way down. We truly believe their manufacturing was defective. Their position is everything is just normal wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty. Told them we would live with the fabric but all the seat cushions need to be replaced. They so no go. The bottom line is once you take possession and even if you buy the extended warranty nothing is covered and you have to live with it. Don't you think an almost $3000 sofa should last more than a year? Wish we would have read all the negative reviews before we went in there. read more

If I could, I would give Living Spaces no stars. I purchased the Bryden sectional in November with my choice of color and pillows. When we received the sectional we received the wrong color pillows. They sent us Bravado Ash instead of Starwhite Gold. I called and filed a claim, meanwhile I went to the store to see if I can add an extra piece to the sectional since we made the mistake of removing the sofa, to which the supervisor approached us rudely and said can you guys come tomorrow we are closing soon. The whole time she had an attitude and wanted to get us out of the store. She had us go to the counter to order an extra piece to which I declined because she was being beyond rude and rushing us and also because my order was messed up. After we told her that we already have a claim filed she said "maybe they can just swap out the piece since you already have a claim." We then left the store and waited for the pillows which was to take 6-8 weeks. Upon arriving home I noticed my cushions weren't the same. I once again filed a claim to which their tech came in and said "just move the pieces around" mind you, we've only had the furniture for a few days. Nothing was done it was just left as is, until I called again and the tech once again came and requested new cushions to be sent which they have not arrived and this was on December 30th. Likewise, my pillows were supposed to come with zippers, none of them did, even though when I'd call they'd confirm that it's supposed to have zippers but they still did nothing about it. I am beyond disgusted by the customer service, they did not try to do anything to help, all that's been happening is I've been getting thrown back and forth between customer service and the store and nobody has tried to find a solution. I want to return this furniture and never ever see it again and never step foot into living spaces. Such a horrible business, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! read more

Well I first need to apologize to all of the dedicated yelpers who reviewed and told me not to buy here. I was hopeful that any issues they had might have been resolved by the time I went shopping. So here is my story. Approximately 3 weeks ago I went to living spaces and decided to purchase a floor model tv console a rug and a power recliner. I live approximately 50 miles from the store and they only deliver to my area twice a month. I paid over $1,500.00 in merchandise and the delivery date was set for 3 weeks later. Well by 3 o'clock on the delivery date and no delivery, I called to check on my order. I was told the delivery was canceled. I asked why it was canceled. I was told that the items I purchased were not shipped from the California warehouse to the local warehouse in time to be delivered to my house, so the order was canceled. I asked why they did not call me to let me know since I adjusted my work schedule to ensure I would be home to receive the delivery. "Raina" apologized but said the items were not shipped so they had to cancel the delivery. She told me the next available shipping date would be the 25th of the month, 2 weeks from now. I asked her to cancel my purchase and I requested to speak with a manager. She attempted to find a manager but a manager was not available. Raina noted in my file I would like a manager to call me. Approximately 10 minutes later I received a call from the manager. I explained to her my situation. I including the fact that when I purchased the tv console (a unique item that I had to inspect at the location and sign a form saying it was in good condition at that time) it was not shipped from the California warehouse. So I have a hard time that all the items were not shipped from the Cali warehouse. I told the manager I was a little apprehensive in shopping and purchasing at Living Spaces due to the yelp reviews. I suggested she make corporate aware of this situation and that they might want to pay attention to social media, specifically yelp. Any company that will not stand behind a product they sell for the first year should just close their doors. We purchased OUTDOOR furniture August of 2022, last weekend we noticed the finish is peeling off and one chair is cracked on the back panel. We filed a claim, and it was denied stating that is "normal" and not covered by 1 year warranty. The sales people on the floor even state that they have heard many issues with the product, that is STILL for sale on their floor (this show piece right as you walk in no less!)! These business practices are disgusting and would not recommend anyone purchasing from Living Spaces. If you do, your experience will be great in the beginning, once they have your money everything turns. This is the second issue we have had with Livings Spaces, first was a sofa and decided to give another shot. Big mistake on our part. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! I had ordered a couch from Living Spaces back in July. Was then told it had to be ordered out 6-8 weeks so I said that was fine because I have not fully moved in yet anyways. 11 weeks had passed and they finally were delivering the couch. During those weeks they sent me an email to measure the entrance way to ensure the couch would fit so of course I did and it should have fit. Today the couch was delivered and I had paid the extra $99 for full delivery. Three guys showed up and maybe tried for 2 minutes to get the couch in and then decided it wouldn't so left my couch out on my door step!!! When they did try to fit it they had dirtied my whole wall and left black scuffs on the wall. I then called Living Spaces to be refunded @ least for the delivery because I was going to get that sofa in one way or another myself. They said no they could not refund me. I said okay well what if the couch does not fit into my house they then offered me a refund but with a 25% stocking fee!! I am sorry but the measurements they had given me were clearly wrong and on top of not getting my full delivery they were also charging me $490 just to have it retuned back to them which is crazy how that could possibly be my fault when they sent me the door way measurements needed to fit the couch in weeks before and it would have fit according to the measurements they had sent me. I would never buy from them again and the couch is still sitting outside my door step and now looking for another company to help move it in if even possible. read more

*This review does not reflect the store employees* I ordered my couch 3.5 months ago.. I was informed that it would be a 6-8 week wait. At 6 weeks, I called for an update. No update, told me to call back in 2 weeks. So I called back at the 8 week mark, no update.. but someone will call me to give me an update. No one called. I call again a couple days later and it's now taking 9-11 weeks. So I call back at 9 weeks. No update but we'll have someone call you back. No one called me back. I called again at 11 weeks. The couch was finished and being shipped from Cali to Vegas, give it 2 more weeks. Then a couple days later I got an email that the fabric was out of stock and it's going to be another month (after being told the couch was finished). So I wait another 2 weeks and then my husband calls and expresses his frustrations and all the sudden the couch is magically finished and will be delivered in 2 days. And it arrives and the fabric is torn. The delivery guys tell me that someone will call me in 30 minutes to discuss the damages. No one called me back. I'm tired of sitting on hold with this company for 30-60 minutes just to be told that they have zero updates for me and now I get my couch and it's damaged. I understand that covid is slowing things down. The issue is lack of communication. I give you $1700 for a couch and in 3.5 months I'm given zero updates even though I call repeatedly asking for updates. And then when I finally get an update, it's false information.
