I called Preferred Arbor immediately to get the tree scheduled and was given a complete bullshit story that he lost his certification to come within 10 feet with his bucket..what??? Your a tree company, seriously??? He lied to us about Potomac Edison and lied again about his certification..said he'd do it in January...no I called Luis at LC Tree service..he came within an hour for an estimate and could take the tree down that week. His price including the stump removal was amazing..they worked thru the 90+ weather, cleaned up as they went..did I mention this was close to a 100 foot pine tree?? They worked endlessly to get it done and then came back the third day to put the fence back up. At the inspection, I could tell from the nimble way Mr. Kegley climbed the ladder to my roof that he was a seasoned roofer. They were on time, reasonably priced, tidy, and did a great job on my roof. Fast forward 15 years. I discovered a leak in my living room ceiling and traced the leak to a seam between the main roof and the porch roof. I called up Antietam and asked for help. They called the next day and had someone swing by to check on it, who fixed the couple of nail pop-ups that caused the leak. No charge.
