When my husband raised these concerns at the salon, the response he received was dismissive and unhelpful. He was essentially told there was nothing they could do. We also reached out to the owner via email to address the situation and have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. Based on both the poor quality of the service and the lack of customer care, we would not recommend this business.

At this point we have no clear confirmation that services will be provided and multiple links on their website are broken. The contract we received focuses heavily on client payment requirements, but does not clearly explain what happens if the vendor fails to deliver or becomes unreachable, which has made this especially stressful while planning a wedding. I wanted to share this so other couples factor in the current lack of communication before booking. On a side note, it appears as though their business license has been suspended for tax issues.

So when my daughter wanted a fresh cut, I got in contact with him to schedule an appointment. We went in on March 29th at 430pm. His salon is beautiful. It looks glamorous! Beautiful shiny white floors! Big mirrors at every station for clients to see, bright lights, high ceiling with nice light fixtures... it is just all around STUNNING! When you first walk in, you'll see the front desk with product lines up behind it (I am a sucker for when things are satisfying to the eye) and he greets you & tells you to sit in his chair. The one closest to the front desk. My daughter sat down and her hair was too the middle of her back. She has dark brown with neon green fading into yellow underneath. He asked her what she would like to do and also asked if she had any pictures. After seeing her vision, he instantly took off about 4-5 inches of length (so satisfying to watch). He then went around and touched up some edges, took her back to wash it, and continued to cut wet. He then blew dried and cut a bit more before asking what she thought and offered doing it a few more different ways, but all the while, making sure it was what she wanted. When he finished, she looked like a movie star! The cut was perfect and fit her so well, I honestly do not think anyone could do it better! Thank you so much, Max! Mallory did a keratin treatment on me and gave life back to my hair! I'm a mom of two young babies and don't get out often so this was a big deal! I've always struggled with my hair bc I've never had a proper stylist who knows how to do curly hair before, so it was amazing getting to talk to someone like Kimberly. i even noticed how focused and observant she was with my hair at times to decide how to care for it. she also did really well explaining whatever she was doing with my hair and why she was doing it, which was also awesome. plus, not only did the color and the curly cut come out the way I wanted them to, I was also introduced to lots of new products that worked very well with my hair! Kimberly even recommended several other viable products that I could purchase for hair care too. Like cut once a year and an easy highlight every few years. No styling besides product in the shower and curly girl it after with an air dry. As you can see in the pics, it was soooo long and my waves were getting bogged down and the color was just meh. She gave me a BEAUTIFUL, natural balayage, cut off a lot of length while still leaving it long. I could not be more pleased. My hair is so full of life and catches the light beautifully and my waves are OH SO HAPPY!
