Upon being called back, I met Kiana, who did not seem welcoming at all. She spoke extremely quickly, even after asking if it was my first time, to which I responded yes. She briefly explained the instructions in less than 20 seconds, but it was challenging to understand what was expected, given that it was my first time since she spoke so quickly. Kiana then informed me that my hair was too long for laser treatment, which she couldn't perform due to its length. I told her it's been two days since I shaved and she said she couldn't. I declined her suggestion to return for another appointment since I had driven for 45 minutes from Elk Grove, and it was challenging to get away with four young children. I asked if there was a razor available for me to use, and she agreed but noted that it might not be as effective since their razors did not work well and she stated that she doesn't want to be late for the other clients. It's worth mentioning that she was running about 10 minutes late for my appointment. It's obvious it's not a business based on customer service and making you feel comfortable. I have 5 more sessions left, but I had the front desk note on my account that I do not want to be booked with her again. Overall, I found Kiana to be impolite, unprofessional, rude and lacking in bedside manners.

After payment, I was informed that they would not treat the inside portion of her lower arm because they determined there was not enough hair growth in that area. Since part of the area I paid for would not be treated, I asked if they could instead include the small 1-2 inch area of hair on her hand that is directly adjacent to the treatment area. My request was denied because hands are considered a separate treatment area with a separate fee. While the staff was polite, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility, especially since I only requested treatment of a very small area in place of an area that would not be treated. I believe customers should be clearly informed of these limitations before purchasing a package so they can make a fully informed decision. Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to some of the negative reviews before purchasing. I assumed that because the business is located in a professional, upscale area, I would receive transparent and customer-focused service. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.

I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

I returned on Sunday (08/02/27) to remove my nails since I was having eye surgery the next day for skin cancer. I booked with Henry again, and I can say I was not disappointed! He provided wonderful service and was so friendly. I have noticed over the past 20+ years of having my nails done that the true test of a salon and nail artist is when you need to remove your nails. The way they provide customer service, the level of care they use; I've literally had a nail artist just pop off the acrylic nails, which is incredibly painful and tears up your nail bed. I can say wholeheartedly I will be going back to Diamond Nails and booking with Henry again, once I'm all healed up!

While the stylist was willing to attempt to fix my hair, it became very clear that policy was prioritized over client satisfaction and outcome. There was no acknowledgment that the desired result was not achieved, and no flexibility offered despite the fact that I left with no improvement after two services. Had there been honest communication from the beginning about limitations or the possibility that my inspiration could not be achieved, I would not have moved forward. Instead, I am now faced with additional expenses to repair and correct my hair elsewhere. This review is not written out of anger, but out of transparency. I strongly encourage anyone considering booking to do thorough research, ask very detailed questions, and fully understand expectations and policies before committing, especially for major color services. I even asked her if she used 40 volume bleach because I could literally see the bottle when she poured it. She told me no, and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, especially because when I called beforehand, the owner assured me I was "in good hands." Clearly I was very wrong. There was NOTHING good about this experience. Honestly, I should have gotten up and walked out the second she started foiling my hair because the entire process was chaotic and careless. There was absolutely no respect for the condition or integrity of my hair. As a cosmetologist, the #1 priority should ALWAYS be preserving the integrity of the client's hair. PERIOD. And it got worse. When she did the paint between, she MATTED my hair. Not a little tangled... MATTED. I could physically feel her ripping my hair out while taking foils out at the shampoo bowl. It was completely unacceptable. I was supposed to get it cut but at this point I just had to leave. On top of that: - Before my service even started, she used a bleach/color bowl that STILL had leftover color from another client in it. Huge sanitary violation. - During the service, she knocked over her entire tray, bowl of bleach, color, brushes, EVERYTHING onto the floor... then picked it all back up and CONTINUED USING IT. I am absolutely mortified. I cried to my husband over this because that's how devastated I am about my hair. It has taken me YEARS to grow and maintain healthy long hair, and now I'm dealing with severe breakage, frizz, mushy overprocessed pieces, and damage that could have been completely avoided with proper care and professionalism. Due to the extent of the damage and the corrective services now required, I will be exploring my legal options, including filing a small claims case for damages and repair costs.

All of the ladies that work there are friendly and the salon is clean and modern, equipped with lots of amenities and coffee/tea for customers in the lobby.
