Oh my gosh, Daylyn made me feel so safe and comfortable right off the bat, from the very moment she greeted me. She is one of the coolest people I ever met, and so professional and great at what she does, you can tell she cares about her clients and this shows in how safe she makes you feel once you are in that room and completely vulnerable. I was expecting PAIN, because it's been a while since I shaved or sugared ... a while, like Chewbacca status. Daylyn and I immediately connected she is so intentional about it too, to where I was completely distracted and forgot about it completely, it was so fast, and I didn't feel any pain at all. Really uncool that they charge you 50% if you cancel in less than 48 hours, but then they can cancel with you less than 24 hours with no compensation to make up for it. Wasting peoples time. They have like 1-2 people that do well. They will sell you 1700$ package and can't get a refund if unsatisfied. They make me feel like a parrot repeating the same thing every single month and they keep saying yes yes yes and never follow through.
