And stated that the advice of my General Doctors is just his basic opinion. Not to mention that the facility itself is gorgeous. The morpheus8 treatment was relatively painless. Afterwards, my face was a little swollen & red for a few hours (totally normal and expected) and the aftercare instructions were easy and simple to follow. Now, the results: My best friend that had no idea I'd had morpheus8 done immediately commented the following day how much my skin was glowing. Within a few days, I began to see it for myself. My skin looks and feels sooo, so smooth. It's really incredible what it's done for reducing the size of my pores. Less than 24 hours before the appointment they canceled on me with the exact same exact excuse. Really uncool that they charge you 50% if you cancel in less than 48 hours, but then they can cancel with you less than 24 hours with no compensation to make up for it. Wasting peoples time. The revolving door of managers, nurses, and receptionists do not help their poor management of client records. I participated in a few of their in-store seasonal promos and the front desk staff here verbally confirmed that they had added to my account with 2 complimentary facials for my participation, and that I would be good to use them at any time as per their overall highly-visible and marketed "no expiration" company policy. The staff never gave me any receipt nor written terms, nor did I know to ask since I greenly assumed they would be trustworthy and would have no reason to lie or shortchange me. Which then led LaserAway to deny me the facials rather than take accountability for their poor management and lack of training of staff who apparently were supposed to have responded differently by providing a receipt to me. When I tried to clear up the matter with the West Hollywood office where the staff I had fulfilled the promo deal with were based, none of the (all-new) staff were knowledgeable or helpful to figure out what their predecessors had supposedly done for my account. This experience has only shown me that their promos or offers are not legitamitely worth participating in since it is near impossible to redeem and they cannot be accountable to their word.

I then sat around in the waiting room while Giau said she would look into it, only to then be told after waiting another half-hour that I wouldn't be able to be seen or have my issue looked into. Rather than take responsibility for their disorganization and unknowledeable personnel, they just point the finger from one employee to the next and send the client on a wild goose chase with no end. The manager TK claimed he would help me with my account and had scheduled me for that appointment, but later was evasive and refused to help get to the bottom of their errors, saying I would get a call back later in the day, but never calling back, then saying Giau was working on my case and would contact me that afternoon (that never happened). I was told other times by staff that Giau would call me right back the same day or the next day, only to find out later that she was on vacation for the whole week; how is it that their staff does not know when each other is on leave!? Turns out after much back and forth that they had to admit to having erroneously closed my account and had proof in their system the entire time that I had multiple services remaining, but instead of owning up to the gross error, tried to put the blame on me for not having finished the package sooner despite their "no expiration" policy. When I questioned her attitude, she responded by saying, "Let's not be rude, okay?" which I found incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service is just as important as the services being provided, and the way I was spoken to was unacceptable. One negative interaction completely changed my opinion of a business I had happily supported for years. I have already told the friends and family I previously recommended this location to that I can no longer recommend it. I purchased a package, so I will only be using my remaining visits. If I had the option to receive a refund, I would gladly take it rather than continue coming here. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because no customer should be treated this way.
