But the last time I was there - they went above and beyond with it!! I went in for my regular oil change, and the previous visit I was told I should consider changing my filters (cabin, etc.). So I informed them during this visit that I was ready to have them changed. But when my car was ready for pickup, they informed me that in a matter of fact.. I didn't need them right now.. AND THEY DIDN'T DO THEM AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME. I feel like another shop would just do it and take your money! Not these guys!! That is PURE genuine service to me!! Later that night, while driving, there was an issue with my tire where it would significantly vibrate at high speeds. I took it in the next morning and Greg immediately took it in to see what the problem was. It appeared that I may have left the parking brake partially set, and they cleaned up and resurfaced the rotor at no cost. He made sure to take it for a test drive to ensure the problem was fixed. Other shops may have refused to take responsibility and/or charged additional fees. Greg's garage take pride in their work and ensure you leave satisfied. Maybe you can find someplace cheaper, but I'd rather trust my vehicle with a shop that has integrity and cares for the end result of their work.

So I told him to get me the parts and then I would take it in, I was trying to avoid the car being there forever again. So after that it was just the typical shop run aroun, (the parts are on back order) (we can't find the parts anywhere) So meanwhile I decided to inspect the car further and I noticed they just did a horrible job all around. The hood doesn't even line up properly, My bumper started coming off almost right away on both sides, the rear tail lights are missing pieces on the inner side, they also didn't put the left & right brake light harness on so only the third brake light works. And now a year later I decided to finally do this review because my wife got home and the front emblem On the grille completely fell off. I never wanted to do the review because as a business owners myself I don't wanna ruin other peoples stuff. But this is just ridiculous. I have messages & proof of everything, the last message I have is where he's saying the parts are on backorder. So I decided to not go back because I knew for a fact the car would be there forever again. Point is I never got it fixed anywhere else either because I had already spent a lot of money with these guys & now half the car is falling apart.
