From the beginning, Janeth and Kim have been working and always get in touch with me about the progression of the car. The car is repaired back to great condition. Upon receiving the car back, all is washed and cleaned inside / out. The car was in the shop for a while but it was not because of the bodyshop fault but rather of the other person insurance that had a delay times in sending the adjuster, communicating with the adjuster and sending the multiple payments cheques. All in all, Seidner's Collision Ctr did a great job with the car and takes care of its customers well. I am glad it has its business here in the city of Loma Linda. Definitely recommended if you need body repair on the car.

I went in for a price estimate with my wife for headlight cover and fog vent damage. The guy that…read moreassessed the damage was a manager. He examined other parts of the car that we didn't asked to be evaluated. He said this was due to the store's own lifetime warranty coverage which is not normal policy for a majority of body shops. He also continuously tugged on the bumper and claimed it was jeopardized when it had NO prior issues. Wtf was he trying to do, break it? I'd sue this shop if something happened. For reference, the entire quote was for $2,500 and would take 6-7 business days. The other shop I ended up going to nearby was $500 (1/5 of the price) with expedited service including ordering the parts with the actual labor only taking 3 hours. They can claim that they're focused on quality, but this is very slow and incredibly overpriced compared to most body shops. Most mechanics in the Bay Area can do it for a fraction of the price where the cost of living is much higher and while providing better and faster service. After doing additional research, it's clear their assessment was completely off when talking to other shops. Either they're right or tons of other shops are wrong. Based on their ineptitude, they might be deluded enough to believe in the former. If you want to pay 5 times as much for the same job at ANY OTHER body shop while taking over three times as long, go here. Place is a joke compared to any competent shop. I'd be quoted less going to the dealership. Place is ran by bozos. After being DMed by Gene because he disabled replies and asked me to remove my review, it affirmed why this establishment is truly 1 star. If I can give this garbage place 0 or negative stars, I would. Avoid like the plague unless you're stupid or enjoy being ripped off.

No one even looked up from their computers or said anything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that somehow they didn't hear me, see me, or see my vehicle pull in. I said "Hi" again, and no one still even looked at me. Instead, a gentleman with a long gray beard just pointed at the building next door and said I needed to go there. I waited for my appointment, and saw another person with a hat and curly hair come in and out. My appointment was at 3PM, and the receptionist said the person who would be giving me my quote was not in yet. I waited until after my appointment time, and decided to cancel and find a better place. It just so happened that the gentleman with the hat and curly hair was the one who was supposed to meet me at 3PM. Overall, this place needs an overhaul on customer service. There's a dozen places in the area to get your vehicle fixed, all with similar pricing and expertise. So why waste your time and money dropping off your vehicle at a place where you are not even given a greeting, and appointments are not adhered to.

I really appreciated getting the car back sooner than the original date provided. Throughout this process, their business practices felt deceptive and predatory. Billing was unclear and appeared inflated, explanations kept changing, and there was a complete lack of transparency. Instead of clear answers, I was met with deflection and pressure. What pushed this experience over the line was the constant phone calls and harassment. Rather than professional communication, I received repeated calls that felt intimidating and inappropriate. It became necessary to protect myself by documenting everything. If you deal with this shop, record every phone call and save all emails and messages. Do not rely on verbal conversations alone. Get everything in writing and review every charge carefully. Concerns were not addressed respectfully or professionally -- they were dismissed. This caused unnecessary stress not only for me, but also for others involved in the process. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to think twice. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto repair business, and I would never return.

The problems started with it taking 3 months to get the repair done (with not 1 call from the shop letting us know what's going on). My husband had to be the one pursuing them. I understand the supply shortage, however upon finally going to pick the vehicle up, the entire side that was painted had terrible orange peel as well as fish eyes.  It looked AWFUL.  They acknowledged it was a poor job and told me to return 1 day later, however, it took 3 days. While the orange peel was gone, we now had a 4 inch burn above the passenger rear door handle.  Back to paint again and 3 days later we were finally good to go. Guess it was too much to ask to have it right the first time after 3 months? The frustrations of the situation were compounded by little to no communication regarding the process as well as the continued absence the manager Kimberly on site. Even after being told multiple times she would be in the office, she never was.  To make matters worse, This shop has apparently changed hands since the previous times we used them.  In the words of Kimberly, the manager,  the shop has gone from a high quality body shop ("highest caliber of workmanship" according to their website) to a "production shop". . Again, no one bothered to tell us ANYTHING and the only way we found out that they switched owners was from calling one of their Cerritos office!! As my insurance deductible was waived by my personal insurance company, this next part was the most bothersome part.......Kimberly, out of her own mouth, told us she would pay the deductible plus give us an additional $100.00 for the major communication flops and lack of communication on their end.  BUT......when it came to actually collecting the money, she failed again.  Not one dime was given or even any apologies.....we are still waiting for the money.  This left my husband and I disgusted with this company as their word means NOTHING. We will never use them again. . And, perhaps in the future, if they are aware of the supply issues, which they certainly should be, the customer should be informed of such, prior to drop off.  This way,  the decision can be made by the customer to wait to drop the vehicle off, assuming it's driveable,  until after the parts come in or not. It's called common courtesy. I was out my vehicle for 3 months, $2500 in rental car costs, sub par workmanship not once but twice, necessitating multiple trips and taking up another two weeks (additional $560 rental car costs) while they managed to skate away with the $8k check from my insurance company. They cashed the check from AAA right after receiving it while many reputable companies wait to cash it until AFTER the vehicle is fixed. It's a nice little racket they have going on here. There are many other choices out there, I would make it a point to choose one of them, NOT Dynamic Collision.
