This seems like a very quick pedicure to me, most places I go to it's almost a full hour for the service. The cost was $61 (after tax) for a roughly 30 minute service. In addition, one day after the fact, my big toe has a section where the gel somehow came off. This hasn't happened to me before at other nail salons. The colors are pretty true and I really love when my nail techs I use the most Lien or JOJO will swatch colors for me and let me see them on my nail. They also will help me decide too. I never feel rushed or out of place asking for color help and to see it first. Lien gives the best manicure ever with her precision on cleaning up your nails, it's very therapeutic. She also is very efficient and shapes your nail so well. I work in the animal field and other places I would try their gel would chip off after one day of the manicure. I ride horses and work out with lifting weights and the gel manicure from Lien lasts 2-3 weeks easy! JOJO is my other go to gal as she KNOWS colors and emulates designs so so well! I showed her my goal picture and she nailed it. We were just bummed we couldn't find the right color but picked a solid alternative that made the design work. She not only is so sweet but she knows the colors and helps me maintain my manicure well at home with advice since I do a lot with my hands. I get so many compliments from others when I have JOJO do fun designs to help me step out of my comfort zone. I love the fact even with gel nails I can still have fun designs as well. I'm also appreciative of the up the front pricing which makes it easier to tip well to the nail techs. The gel manicure is well priced as well as color change. The day after my appointment, I noticed yellow crusting and redness on my right big toe. The infection has since worsened. I am especially concerned because I am currently 14 weeks pregnant, and an infection is the last thing I need. I'm embarrassed to share the picture of my toe, because I can't put any lotion or anything on the infected toe to prevent worsening, but it has to be included. During my visit, the overall service was also disappointing. I had booked a higher-tier pedicure that included paraffin wax and was told they would try to fit in a manicure if time allowed. I made it clear that I did not need the manicure if there wasn't enough time, but I was assured after my pedicure that there was time for it to be completed. I requested a simple service. No polish, just cuticle care and shaping. The manicure was done in the pedicure chair while I was receiving the paraffin treatment since the tech forgot the paraffin treatment and I had to remind her, which made it physically uncomfortable, as I had to twist and reach across awkwardly. The service itself took about five minutes and was rushed and uneven. I would have preferred transparency if there truly wasn't enough time to complete it properly. I was charged $100 for the services, which means my 'manicure' was $25?! This felt very disproportionate to the quality of the manicure received. I still tipped $20. While I initially considered not leaving a review, the development of a significant infection following this appointment raises serious concerns about sanitation and safety. The salon is cozy, warm, and welcoming. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Once in the chair, they showed me all their available colors, which they had a ton of. I chose a deep pink shade and about 10 or so tinsels. The hair stylist was very thorough and carefully attached the tinsel strands one at a time. I was in the chair for no more than 30 minutes! The tinsels lasted a little over a month. Most of them fell out within a month or less and some faded over time, both of which are normal, so I definitely recommend getting at least 10 strands!

They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! I wish more men would do the same, lol! Come on in and give yourself a little pampering because you deserve it!
