I don't want to take money from anyone's pocket and don't do negative reviews for that reason but damn. When you're spending $75-125 anywhere the work should at least be ok. I've been here 3 times. Second time my gel manicure was RIPPED OFF and was left bleeding from multiple nails. Not a little, A LOT! Took 2 months for my nails to heal and daaaays for them to stop hurting! Didn't say a word... I got married so I went to a different salon down the street (thank god!) that charges a little more but does an excellent job. Well few weeks later I need a fill on my white tips acrylic. L'Posh sent me a 10% coupon so I figured I'll give them another try. Big mistake. I'm not a nit picker and understand nothing is perfect but damn. They're taking it to another level of garbage work. I told him how unhappy I was and left. While driving back home I just could deal with the shit job he did. So I went back. Nothing got better. They are thick chicklets , sloppy and he managed to clip off a corner on my wedding finger to add to it all. I got a sorry. If I had time and he had more than himself working the manicure area I would have had him just take everything off. I'm just thankful I didn't come here for my wedding nails. I would have died!!! This is my go-to favorite place. It is very clean. The prices are decent, competitive for what you get. Pedicures are always awesome, regardless of which one you get (and I've tried them all.) They take their time to make sure manicures are perfect, cut and shaped how you like. I like my nails extremely short, then gel on top, matching my toes. I love it every single time. Pedicure basins used plastic protection sheets and manicure tools were sterilized. Huge variety of OPI, Essie, and China Glaze polishes. Also great selection of gel polishes. I wish I could give 0 stars. I went there for the first time about two weeks ago and they were not friendly at all; they wouldn't let my little sister and I sit together. To be exact they said, "you can be apart for 30 minutes" and then laughed at us. I have never written a bad review or wanted to write a bad review but this was single handedly the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I got a re-dip on my nails and literally days later, the top coat of the nails were peeling off. Not to mention, THREE of my nails broke within two weeks. In the pictures you can see the crack of the nails, the dip AND how the top clear coat was peeling off making the nails ugly. I will never go to L'Posh Nails again. read more

I was a loyal customer to another nail salon for 3 years, due to new owner taking over I needed to find a new salon. I gave L'Posh nails a try and loved my experience. The shop was very friendly and clean. I am very pleased with my nails, they look beautiful. I brought in a design and she was able to copy it no problem. She took great care with my nails to safely remove the dip I had on. To my surprise the staff was handing out gifts to all the customers for Christmas. Each customer received a Christmas wrapped lotion. This is a first time experience in all my many years of getting my nails done. I thought it was such a sweet thoughtful thing to do. SERVICE RECOVERY UPDATE (2 days after my initial encounter with this business): after finally speaking with the manager to get my nails fixed. She put me on the schedule late in the day when it was convenient for my schedule. The staff was very gracious and redid my manicure. They even did the original design that I wanted. Holly was very meticulous and sweet. I'm changing my initial rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Hoping my first encounter was a fluke. INITIAL ENCOUNTER: I have to say, I'm a pretty disappointed with the place. My mom and I went on Saturday, when we walked in no one greeted us so we just signed in. We waited over 30mins and no one bothered to ask what we needed, no one checked the list, or give us a timeframe on the wait. Eventually, we ended up making an appointment for the next day and leaving. We returned the next day a few minutes before our appointment but still ended up having to wait. My mom waited 20mins to be taken back for her pedicure and I ended up waiting 40mins before someone brought me back to for my gel manicure!!! The lady (didn't catch her name) gave me the color samples of the gel polishes that they had, I told her I had a picture of what I wanted. She looked at the picture for 2 seconds and said, "we don't have that color" I explained that it's just clear and gold glitter that is more dense on the tips and fades back. She said fine and proceeded to just give me gold tips. Irritated I said fine and gave up trying to explain. I've had my nails done the way I wanted at another salon so I know how it's supposed to be done. Also she gave me the fastest hand massage I've ever gotten and then told me I was done and walked away! She didn't even have me wash my hands!! This morning after I showered really showed how sloppy her work was. She was so messy with the polish, it was actually on my skin around my nails and started to lift up the polish! I don't think I'll be coming back. If I give them another try, I'll schedule an appointment with one of them techs that is frequently mentioned on the reviews here. UPDATE: I called to speak to a manager about getting my nails fixed since they're gel and should last awhile. The girl who answered said the manager was busy and tried to get me to tell her what I wanted to talk to the manager about. When I told her it was something I'd rather discuss with the manager she said "ok" and just hung up on me. RUDE! read more

Also I have nail file burns on my pinkies from where the nail tech filed so much it burned my skin ! At the end they also rushed us out and my nails weren't even dry smudged my toes on the way out !! Went in for nail removal and a new full set. Made a appointment and still waited close to 10 min. Once seated i was not provided with a safe distance from other customers, There was three customers including myself and 8 desks yet we where all seated next to one another, i did not see the tools sanitized but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Some customers where asked if they wanted waters and some did not. Employees where not even wearing gloves or washing hands between customers, thats when things got worse the gentleman got a acrylic nail and rammed it under the nail to remove my old set OUCH! Some nails are longer than others and the shape is inconsistent. When the person next to me was done the next customer got sat next to me and NOTHING was even cleaned nonetheless sanitized. Was changed $50 for basic "gel" nail set. They may be under new management but its a pass for me. read more

Found this while on my way to run errands and they did a nice job on my Pedi. The place is clean and the lounge chairs are so so. Would have liked a longer foot massage, other then that the technician was very sweet. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and that's what's really important to me. It isn't a crowded salon so there's some relaxation that can be enjoyed while having your pedi. The only thing I would change is the music. A little too busy for me and makes it hard to meditate while having your pedi. The pedi did include a hot stone but it was all so very quick, but if you're in a rush, hey you found your place. L'Posh Nails is the cleanest nail salon I have been to since Covid hit. They disinfect everything before seating a new customer, customers and staff wear masks, they place plexiglass between the nail tech and customer plus plexiglass between customers, they also disinfect the tools they use for each appointment and they wear gloves when needed. Megan and John do an amazing job on my nails and their entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Each and every one of them takes their time to make sure you get exactly what you want and every time I have had my nails done by any of them, it lasts and lasts and lasts!
