The thing that was the deciding factor was an upcoming routine colonoscopy. I felt it to be the perfect opportunity to get the spa treatment and clean up the part of me that was slated to be prodded and probed by a gastroenterology medical team. I planned ahead, noting that the Snake Charmer website recommended at least five weeks growth before getting waxed. I let it all grow out and then set up an appointment several days prior to my medical spelunking procedure. Shelby was my aesthetician who had a very friendly and calming demeanor. I explained that it was my first time to get a "bro-zilian" so she gave me the appropriate stage directions during the process. She was very professional and quick. I didn't have any over-the-top "Kelly Clarkson" outbursts, but the uprooting did require some steely resolve on my end. I am grateful for the treatment Snake Charmer provided. I was offered water and quickly completed the necessary form. The waxing specialist was nice. She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.
