These designs add value to your home without over designing and making your space to "niche" or a hard-sell if and when that time comes. Picking out my new bathroom was as easy as going to the eye doctor! "Better option 1? Or option 2?" And of course there's plenty of room to customize and apply the design to your specific space from there during your consultation, but all the "heavy lifting" has been done for you. During your consultation you will address all specific needs you may have, what the current space is like, your financing options, and current lead times and future contacts should you be moving forward. The big question is always money, and KitReno was truly worth every single cent! I spent no time coordinating a calendar of materials or contractors, no exorbitant design fees , no paying for shipping or other ancillaries, they handled it all in one lump sum. I had priced my project several times over a few years and kitreno came in squarely in the middle price wise for a much more extensive, high end looking finished product than I would have gotten based on other quotes. To call their pricing a "bargain" might be accurate, but it is slanderously unchic. Shop around and you will see KitReno offers the best possible value for your remodeling budget. During my remodel I was never afraid to ask a question and never felt intimidated when reaching out. Once my specifications were noted, my financing initiated and date set all I had to do was wait for my new bathroom to be complete under expert execution of my assigned design coordinator, Deirdre. Materials arrived on time, contractors and installers promptly showed up with clear instructions and got to work immediately every day. Again all I did was wait until my beautiful new bathroom was finished on time and with impeccable detail! CEO, Merisa has truly found the right way to remodel for today's homeowner with KitReno! Most recently we had them design and build a pathway in our back yard leading to our driveway (see attached photos) and they did a fantastic job... They also built a new outdoor deck to replace our old one. They were a pleasure to deal with: super-communicative and responsive, respectful of our space, did a great job moving things, protecting our belongings from dust, painting carefully afterwards. The craftsmanship is impeccable and beautiful. It looks even better than we hoped, and none of those nagging "oh I wish they had done it *this* way" feelings that you often have after a contractor does their thing. And ... the price was entirely reasonable, with no hidden costs or surprise billing. I would call Lanzo again in a heartbeat. My wife even wished we had more work to do so we could keep them around longer!?!

After a couple years of searching for contractors, materials, and appliances to use in our…read moreapartment's renovation, we selected Martin Tellez company Lanzo Construction to renovate our apartment in Brooklyn, New York. Martin was always open to suggestions and changes. He was great at working together and in sync with the cabinet maker, and the countertop builder/designer, nobody had to delay their part of the project to finish our renovation. Martin's crew opened all the walls in our kitchen, living room and bathroom, and they prepared the water and gas connections, and replaced all the electrical wiring for the new appliances, light fixtures and a new electrical panel for the whole apartment. In the bathroom they installed a new bathtub with glass doors, sink, toilet, shower head and a medicine cabinet, they did the tile work for the walls and the floor, and the electrical wiring for the main light fixture and for the medicine cabinet. In the living room, they removed partially a wall and created a small dinning area and pantry section behind a wall. They also installed new gallery style lighting, and a light fixture over our dining table, and they put electrical outlets in every wall of the apartment, bringing all the electrical up to code and into de 21st century. For the kitchen, we hired an incredible cabinet maker that designed and built ours in the kitchen and a pantry unit in our hallway. We also hired a specialist on granite counter tops for our kitchen. Martin's crew prepared the walls for the new cabinets and they did the tile work on the walls and floor in the kitchen, and helped to set the countertops Martin was in charge of demolition, dry wall, electrical wiring and appliances installation, tile work in kitchen and bathroom, plumbing work in the kitchen and bathroom; also in charge of carpentry by building closets, installing sliding and regular doors, installing and finishing wooden floors, and painting the whole apartment. We are very satisfied with his work, and fair price, we will keep requesting his services for keeping up our apartment We are recommending Martin and his business to everybody that would like to have a great experience and a superb finished job doing a renovation.

The millwork / finishing / painting done by his team were meticulous, and we ended up 2 beautiful new apartments - a triplex with 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and a duplex with 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. Shafayet was always responsive to our inquiries / requests and provided solutions to the many problems that were encountered in a project of this size. He also coordinated well with the architect and third party vendors that were involved in this project too. Their hands-on owner, Shafayet, was responsive and fully transparent, and even asked for a meeting when he sensed a disconnect regarding our expectations and the treatment we chose. For credibility we might say that his people are skilled, but that it's important to take care to monitor scaffolding people, whom Multi doesn't directly supervise. In our view he turned out to be exactly what we were hoping to find -- instead of IBM, a local, smallish outfit that led with scrappiness and responsiveness. Highly recommended
