Bought my car first week of April along with the extended warranty ($2500). The next week it was in…read morethe shop needing a battery and wheel bearing fixed. Extended warranty would not cover any of it . So, took a shot and called Pro-motion to talk to them even though it was bought as is. They had us bring it to their repair shop they use and told my husband they would cover it. Once repair was done we were told they would only cover $100 of it so we paid $240 at that time glad that they were willing to help since we had not even made the first payment. Now it's back in the shop needing multiple things repaired and the extended warranty will only cover 1 of the issues. We are now having to pay $1400 and have only made 1 car payment. This company did one of 2 things. Either did not inspect the car correctly prior to sale or they knew the issues and did not care and sold it anyway. Either way this is not good business. I realize we bought it as is but we also bought this extended warranty that was told to us would cover just about everything . Well it doesn't and we are almost $1700 Into repairs on a car we have had less than 1 month. So, beware if you buy from them. TAKE THE CAR TO BE CHECKED COMPLETELY BEFORE PURCHASING. Lesson learned for us . We will not buy another car from them.

Recently had a great experience with their service department. We had a vehicle that was leaking…read moreoil and I needed it repaired quickly. We called and they were able to get us a diagnosis appointment the next day. They have always been very good about fitting you in their schedule for most things. We dropped the vehicle off and got a text message that let us know updates would be provided. The text message system was so convenient they do still call you if you prefer that but with the text I had all the details available and didn't have to write anything down. The same day it arrived we got information about the repairs and were given a few other options for add on this is common with all dealerships so no big deal. The price seemed reasonable. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be and there was no delays. The service was fast and easy making my life so much easier.

The truck I was looking at had faded door handles scratches on the inside of drivers door and stains all over a new seat. When he approached he looked at me and said that's the wrong truck you need to pick out another one after spending hrs talking to Crystal and she is a doll so nice, Mike comes out and she even told him the problems I asked what can you do with the truck he states you need to pick another one that's not the truck for you. I was so mad I spent hours looking and pricing their trucks. If the truck was what it was supposed to be I wouldn't have been asking. I will not go back there again I guess my money is as green as everyone eles. Thanks Mike your a real piece of work. Negative stars for you buddy. You absolutely need to take some classes on how to treat and talk to people. I found the truck I liked and you just blew it off so I guess Abernathy will not have my business ever again. Had a great service experience today with Tindol Ford…read more Call to schedule was a breeze and the person I spoke with was very helpful to determine my needs and timing. Hota quote that was exactly in line with the final bill. Arrived right as they opened for service and was greeted immediately, confirmed what was to be done and was directed to the waiting area, where there is ample seating, free coffee or tea and vending machines. Service was completed in 35 minutes, no surprises or upsells, fast and courteous checkout and our car was well taken care of. Really pleased with our experience and treatment. Was worth going a little further out than the dealers closer to uptown who never got back to me,tried to put me through an automated maze of phone prompts and had horrible reviews to boot.

Went in because my catalytic converter was stolen and I had a tailgate recall. I told the service…read moremanager my skid plate was in the back floorboard and it needed to be replaced after the new converter was installed. Well, they forgot the skid plate, clipped a wire while they were fixing the recall on the tailgate and thought I would not notice. When they confronted the service tech, he admitted that he cut the wire and put some electrical tape around it. It took 2 more visits before they actually got everything fixed. Can't see going back for anything.

Terrible business owner, bad vehicles won't allow his technician to fix problems like a drive shaft…read morebearing that's busted, oil filter looks like it was never changed. One truck we tested had a cracked rotor! One car I tried had a bad vibration in the front and sounded like the door was falling off. Settled for a Mercedes that only lasted a month. A week after getting it, check engine light came on so find out it was shut off to pass the inspection and had an open recall on it. Save your money, go somewhere else!
