We originally looked at flooring from Home Depot, Menards, and Floor & Decor, but nothing compared to the quality offered by this company. Despite our limited budget, Spencer worked with us and provided pricing for several options. We ultimately chose an Inhaus herringbone product that can be challenging to install. Spencer took the time to ensure my husband felt prepared, offering several tips to make the installation process smoother and minimize waste. I am just tired of the disruption to my families and my life. I am 100% unhappy with the quality of work and the unfinished result. It started with the installation of the wrong carpet... now it has taken them 5 times to come and fix issues with the wood floor they installed. They said they would install vent covers... they did only half. There are molding issues, chipped edges on end boards, unlevel flooring and no real attempt to make it right... even though they pleaded that that was their goal. This was a $20k error in judgement on my part ... please do not enter into agreements with this company. Satisfaction is not one of their goals.

Josh was our salesperson, and was tireless, knowledgeable, and patient in working out different options and educating us about the pros and cons. We did some comparison shopping. BCO's good pricing, their responsiveness and promptness, and them doing their own work (not subcontracting) were compelling, so we went with them. After we ordered the work, BCO was able to put the job on schedule within days. The BCO installers accidentally installed the vinyl plank in the wrong area. This error also led to some other issues. When BCO realized this, it immediately acknowledged its error and responsibility, and worked to correct as soon as it could. The BCO installers were back the next day to start addressing the issues, and Eric and another employee even visited the job after their workdays, just to evaluate and determine solutions. Matt (general manager) got involved at the end to make sure that we were satisfied with the resolution. (We were!) However careful a company is, some type of error will happen sometime to that company - that's a fact of life. How the company - and the people at the company - respond sets the great ones apart. My attempts to resolve this matter have been met with delays, limited communication, and no clear plan to correct the issues. As a customer, I expected accountability and timely support, especially for work that is clearly defective. They are quick to reply when selling you flooring. They give you one on one attention and listen to your needs and wants. We have used them for our flooring needs multiple times with multiple houses from carpet to laminate to LVP and have always been over the moon with our final product. Even when we have needed carpet patched because of a paint spill, their carpet installers patched it so well we couldn't find where the patch was. I would never go anywhere else for my flooring needs.
