We had a great experience with LL Flooring! We replaced the "wood" and ceramic tile that we had installed by our builder, that looked terrible after only two years, with vinyl plank. The salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable, we had someone out to measure a couple days later. The quote was received the day after measuring. Flooring was delivered the day after accepting the quote, and the install was scheduled within a week. The subcontractors they used were fantastic! We were told that it would probably take 3 days for the project, but to plan for 4. They got it done in 2. Which was very surprising because we discovered the wood was glued down and they had a terrible time getting it removed. Just an overall great experience, every job is different but we would recommend them to anyone! read more

Great experience working with Milo and the team at Lumber Liquidators. I ordered the materials, and once it came in, I made the payment and proceeded to scheduling. Donnie and the installation team came out within a couple weeks and got to work. I hard stained concrete flooring, so they needed do a lot of sanding. There was also some tile take up required. Once all the prep work was done, they began the glue down install. I picked a solid Bellawood Natural Maple. Overall I'm very pleased with the experience and would recommend them to others. read more

These people were very helpful and attended to our every need! We weren't too sure what type of flooring we really wanted but they spent the time to help us talk it out to find the perfect flooring for us then when we found out that they didn't have it at that location they found one close by so we didn't have to wait ok that is all awesome but thus is the topper it started to rain while we were there and we didn't have an umbrella one if the guys there made me an umbrella and then collected it from me when I got to the car he was soaking wet to keep me dry! Ok It is now September 20th and I'm writing a follow up on my review from June. Lumber Liquidators finally sent someone to complete their work a few days ago. We did the clean up ourselves but will still need to repaint what could not be cleaned. The spatter from their cleaning their tools on the front of our house will require a pressure wash and additional paint. Those are things we will do our self rather than deal with this company any further. Customer service or quality service is not their strong suit. I would recommend paying more rather than risk going through what we lost. Which included having to remain home on our vacation while dealing with their short sighted planning. We have been a customer of lumber Liquidators for several years. We bought two butcher blocks earlier in the summer with great success. We ordered a 12 ft butcher block that was on back order. Quite ok. Picked the sucker up only to find out out that it was damaged. We are on a time frame like we all are, with intent to put our house on the market come January! My husband is a genius along with expensive glue and tools and fixed the two gouges! Now I'm pissed off! So me being me, welcome to the best customer service, I bitched! Ryan on the receiving end and I was very respectful explaining the full details gave us a lovely Christmas present of a refund to compensate our dilemma. Prices can't be beat and their salespeople were very friendly - you can take samples home and scratch the flooring up and beat on it to see if it can take the traffic in your house before buying and to make sure you like the color. The only inconvenience we experienced buying here was they only had a few boxes of the flooring we purchased at this location so we had to drive out to their Carrollton location to get the rest of it. read more

We purchased subflooring with an EVP flooring recommended by the representative and manager at this location in 2018. We paid for the professional installation since this was a studio space. The flooring had a lifetime warranty as well as a 5 year warranty offered by LL. Early 2021, the EVP flooring had begun to crack, split, and chip in multiple locations in the 2 rooms installed by LL (of note, we installed a 3rd room ourselves where the same flooring is in great condition). This was obviously a defective batch of flooring since a third room is in great condition. After contacting them about the warranty, we have only had stall tactic after stall tactic for several months now. They do not honor any warranty they offer without months of only getting transferred to different representatives or creating false narratives and excuses. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT ANY WARRANTY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HONOR IT!!!! Over 20k invested in a defective product that they have refused to honor their own warranty or the product warranty. read more

Excellent Customer Service. I made a purchase of 550 Sq ft of Bamboo flooring to match my existing floors. They told me about my options because my old floors were no longer available and I chose a less expensive floor and paid to have then delivered. They sat in my house for a week before I opened one box and I was not happy with the new floor. I know I should have gone into the store but I figured it would be close enough. When I told Chris that I wasn't happy with the new floors, he let me simply pay the difference for the ones I want then arranged to have them delivered and my other ones picked up. At no additional charge. It was my mistake, and they helped me correct that. I couldn't believe they would do this for me. My wife is so happy. Thank you LL for fixing MY mistake. I would not recommend the contractors LL suggested to do a good job. I was told my floor would take 2 days because the floor needed to be floated. I've been in Real Estate over 35 years. I know all the terms to do with construction. I think mine was the first job after the Corona lock down so I'm sure they were in a hurry to get caught up. When they floated the floor, they ran out of leveling material and just kept laying the floor instead of getting more leveling product to do the job right. Took awhile to get the floor redone after many attempts. Then I requested a ROL, Contractors Release Of Lien. Got a run around from the contractor LL suggested, then called the manager at LL and got a run around from him. Ended up going to the showroom and demanded a ROL. Was told to "calm down!!" Don't tell me to calm down!! I ended up calling the police and they understood why I was so upset. I got a ROL emailed to me within an hour. If a contractor puts a ROL on your home and you don't have proof you paid it, when you go to sell an ROL can show up and if you can't prove it was paid, you have to pay it AGAIN. The contractor will be paid twice for a job they were already paid for. Know your rights!! read more

My wife and I went in looking for hardwood floors for our home and the folks there seemed friendly and helpful. They had a Manager's special @ 2.99 a square foot and purchased a box to take home to see if it would be something we could live with. After determining it wood work my wife called about a week later and asked if the flooring we wanted was still on "Manager's Special"? No, the young man replied. He stated he spoke with his Manager and that they would honor the sale price as long as we came in by Saturday. After calling and giving dimensions and conversation that was had just 2 days prior, arrangements (trailer rental/ATM for cash) were made to go pickup. Just 30 minutes after phone conversation they called back and said they would be happy to sell it at regular price despite agreement of them honoring sale price just 2 days prior... This order would have been over $6k! Doing business is as good as your word and in this instance their word lost the $$$ sale. For this reason I would not recommend doing business with this Company, ever! read more

company doesn't stand behind warranty we purchased their top of the line floor with a 30 years warranty two boards cracked and the claims dept said two boards aren't enough damage for replacement and the installer should not have used the boards, and now the installer no longer works for lumber liquidators and we are just out of luck. read more

My problem is with the entire Lumber Liquidators on line corporation, not the local store. Skip this company and go to BuildDirect.com or your local Home Depot. I placed a relatively small order to see how it would work on December 14, 2014. My credit card was billed right away. I have never had another online store bill before the product was shipped. When the order still did not show shipped after two weeks, I contacted Customer Service. I was told the product was waited at the local store, so I tried to pick it up. The local store said they did not have it yet and I would be contacted shortly. I contacted Customer Service ever two weeks for the next two and a half months; always getting a different answer amounting to they would get back to me. At the end of February, after throwing a fit, they said my order is no longer available and they would refund my money. The product is still on the website, but at a higher price and Lumber Liquidators does not want to honor their original agreement. Actually they had cancelled my order a long time ago and would not have refunded my money if I had not hounded them. read more
