When you order online from floor and decor, your order is placed with the store that you choose and they have you scheduled a one hour timeframe when you want to pick it up. I do like this specific HomeGoods location since it is (for the most part), organized and fairly new compared to other locations. I took away a star though, because it isn't as big as other locations I have been to, therefore their variety and stock isn't as abundant in comparison to different locations.

A few days ago I purchased a large ceramic rabbit at this store to place in an assisted living. It cost 100 dollars. When I got home from the store, I picked the rabbit up by its head and the head broke off. I went back to the store and spoke with the store manager who told me her name was Debbie. I asked if they would replace the rabbit or at least give me a discount on a new one. Debbie told me "too bad so sad". She said there was nothing they could do to help me out. Debbie was so hostile and rude to me. I told Debbie that I have been a customer of At-Home for years and have spent a lot of money there. She told me "that's too bad."
