I did try contact Sharon at Customer care several times, she was never there to accept my calls and she never returned my calls. When I did finally get to speak to someone, they told me that since I agreed to the 2 boxes, they considered the issue settled. It didn't matter that the 2 boxes they sent me were all damaged and unusable and there are no more available boxes to fix the issue since the floor is discontinued. I'm stuck with replacing the entire 3-year-old floor with a lifetime warranty at my own expense. The people at the New Cumberland store are FANTASTIC and care about their customers, but the people at the company headquarters couldn't possibly care less about customer service! read more

If I could rate less the 1 star I would! We decided to purchase a new kitchen floor. Look online at LL, saw just what I wanted . Used the virtual tool to see what it would look like it our home. Went to store made purchase opened their credit card for a great promotion. That's where the good ends. The installer Dave called to come do the estimate. Did that no problem called back later with an install date of October 4th. Starting around 9:00 AM. I took off work had all furniture moved and at 10:00 AM had to call him to see where he was. I was told," Oh that's today I forgot." I said that isn't acceptable and called the store. Got a call back from Dave saying he will work me in today. He and a worker come over. We had a dura ceramic and Dave said no it did t need to be removed. They started the job and was leaving within 3 hours. My kitchen isn't large but 3 hours it wasn't done. Dave said he would be back by that Friday, again a no show. I called him Monday and he forgot he had told me that. He began telling me his boat had problems. Ok things happen but no call to the customer? He finally comes back to finish up. No transition strips had been put on and no trim work had been done. We also noticed a lump under the floor by the refrigerator. He comes back and puts on a couple of trim pieces and the cove base. Said nothing could be done for the hump under floor. The transition strips he nailed down. He left with the nails coming through the strips and cove molding missing. He is called and comes back again. This time he said he would glue the strips down and remove the nails. The messed up cut on the main strip was an oh well to bad it's fine. So we tried to escalate this to a higher person. From October to today I still have both stops falling off, 1 cove molding never put on , awful cut for the trim and a huge lump that has slit the floor in front of the refrigerator. We have had an adjuster from the company come out before Thanksgiving he told me great things as to how it was going to be fixed and I haven't heard back from him now. If you want this use their installers . If not I'd run as far away from this company as I can. Maybe a company person will see this and realize I have yet to sign off this project because of all this. read more

I spent weeks trying to decide on the perfect flooring for my kitchen. We visited all the flooring places in my area (there's a lot of them, we live close to the Carlisle pike). My husband suggested we check this place out as he'd heard good things about them. Well these guys had me at hello, literally. Customer service was second to none. Our first visit Jon greeted us enthusiastically and made us feel like we were the most important customer there even though we were just "looking around". Our second visit we met Thalia, and i thought to myself, what does she know about flooring?? Turns out she knows a lot! They were both knowledgeable and informative. I feel they educated us well on their products and were always professional and kind. I visited at least 3 times and they were never ever bothered to see my face AGAIN. They answered all of my questions no matter how redundant. Two thumbs up! About the flooring, what a selection! Everything from very inexpensive laminate to the very beautiful wood flooring. It's floor heaven with a more personal touch. We ended up choosing a beautiful bamboo flooring called Red Siegal, absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't wait to have it installed which coordinating that was another very nice experience. We opened a lumber liquidator card and were going to include installation with zero percent interest for 18 months. That was nice. Unfortunately we needed to return some of the material due to allergies :( (that too was an easy process). All and all our experience here was remarkable and would recommend this place to anyone in need of good quality flooring at great prices and excellent customer service. read more

The guys at Lumber Liquidators were great to work with. As I am halfway between two stores, we visited the State College Store first to pick out our floor and discuss the installation. They had a great special on bamboo hardwood flooring along with special financing for "26 months same as cash" offer. It was nice to see the showroom floor made up of various floor styles and materials (oak, maple, hickory, bamboo, etc) which helped us to understand how the floor would actually look. We went to a couple of big box stores (you know who I mean) and they showed me a 4 square inch picture which I was supposed to be able to picture on my mind what 555 square feet would look like in my home. I was willing to "buy" 20 square feet to take home but they did not have any in stock at either L***'* or H*** D*****. Plus I thought the removal and installation prices were high. Lumber Liquidators provided me with a local installer - Susquehanna Flooring in Harrisburg. They came the next day to give me an estimate. With the sale price, the "26 month same as cash" offer, and 10% off the installation price, we pulled the trigger right away. Because Susquehanna Flooring was closer to the New Cumberland store, they recommended that we order the materials from them. I went to pick up the floor about a week later. Since it needs to be in the house for 14 days before the installation begins to acclimate the wood to the house environment before installation, we scheduled the installation for a couple of weeks out. Before you decide to pick this up in your pickup you might want to call to get a shipping weight as 600 square feet of bamboo weighs almost 2,000 lbs. We bought extra for trim waste and potentially "bad boards" but when the installation was complete, we had about 90 square feet left over, Lumber Liquidators took the full boxes back with no restocking fee. We are thrilled with our new bamboo floor that looks great and because it is Bellawood, comes with a 100 year transferable warranty. read more

I was very pleased when I went here to pick out flooring. I worked with a couple different people here and they were all very friendly and informative on the flooring that they sell. I ended up buying 550 square feet of hardwood flooring and about 350 square feet of laminate flooring. They gave me cheaper prices than anywhere else i could find by a lot. They were about half the price of other places I looked at. I over estimated by quite a bit in my hardwood purchase and had to return about 150 square feet. I took it back to the store and I had no problems returning it. There was no restocking fee and there were no questions asked. The only thing they did was made sure that they were full boxes that i was returning. I was very happy in the overall experience here and will definitely be going back if i ever need to get wood flooring in the future.
