My father recently had a waterproof vinyl floor put it. Otis was very helpful in finding us enough of the floor we wanted that was no longer in stock. He was so helpful. There were some issues between what the estimator recommended and what the installers felt needed to be done. The manager Mat worked with us to rectify the issue. The two installers that came ( Thiago and Joao) were wonderful. They were hard working and efficient. At the end of the first day they made sure everything was picked up and put away. The arrived punctually on the second day even though they lived 2 hours away. The floor looks amazing! Each part of the process was great. I would just be prepared for some glitches along the way. Just know that they will work with you and the end result was worth it! We are very pleased with the floor! read more

I hate this place . Plain and simple. Their wood is terrible . Their third party installers suck. A year later and my floor is lifting ansplintering .... contact them to come look at it to rectify the situation , and we were told we steam our floors and basically it's our fault . That's funny because we've never steamed our floor , nor do we own a steamer . All we were offered is a gift card for $1,500 to the Lumber Liquidators Store, so clearly they knew they messed up somewhere , just never wanted to take any blame for a terrible product. No I will never shop at your store and I definitely don't want a gift card to your store . How about fixing the floor instead ? DO NOT shop at this place . You're going to end up fixing your floor in the future. If I could give it NO stars , I would have . After going back and forth with a representative from Lumber Liquidators , I was sent a small check of "good will" to solve the issue I had with them. They would not fix my floors, as I'm sure it would be exceedingly more expensive for them , so instead I agreed on the good will check. The install was beautiful and the installers were great but getting to the install point was a challenge. My rating does not reflect clear challenges due to the pandemic (store closures due to Covid infection, supply issues etc) but the lack of communication of those challenges are reflected. Overall the issue was a lack of communication from LLC. Fortunately we live within 15 minutes of LLC because we made a couple of trips only to find that the store was closed due to Covid. We understand that some things cannot be anticipated but we had a scheduled time to pick up our flooring so they knew we were coming, we had already paid for the flooring, and we had arranged help to load and unload the flooring in our home. When we called we were also told that we did not have the transition piece so picking up the flooring would not include everything needed. LLC did end up delivering the transition piece to our home (we didn't end up needing it during the install though). The woman that helped us pick out the flooring was so patient and helped us make the best decision for what would work in the space we were finishing. She ended up giving us multiple quotes after we faced some product delays (not within their control and related to supply chain issues). We were told that we would be contacted to get a date for install estimate assessment. No one called and we had to continuously follow up with LLC to finally get someone out for the estimate. Once we agreed upon having the floor installed we had a date of install. The day rolls around and no call and no one showed up during the install window. We call LLC and find out the installer had a family emergency and they reschedule to the next day. It was great that they were able to install it the next day but it meant an additional vacation day from work to be there. I'm happy with the flooring and the installer but it was a bit of a long journey. read more

Very frustrated with this place and thought I would put a review due to the callousness of an employee working there. Guy named Joe working there actually sold the flooring that I had set aside (most of it was paid for as I purchased $500 worth to lock in the sale price). Then, they never called me to tell me about it. I drove the 20 miles to pick all the supplies only to be told by this guy that he was sorry, he sold my flooring. Said more would come in later and he said he would call when it comes in. And surprise, surprise, he didn't call. I had to call back to find out "There was not enough in the shipment to cover my order." I told him I was tired of playing games and if he wanted to continue this deal, waive the delivery fee for the materials. Nope, wouldn't do that. I then told him I wanted my money refunded to which he hemmed and hawed and said he couldn't do it, he would try again the next day, blah, blah, blah. At that point I had to write an email to Lumber Liquidators to let them know what was gong on. Later the next day, I did get my money refunded and am back at square one for trying to get a hardwood floor installed in my home. I have heard lots of good things about Lumber Liquidators. I assume the good opinions did not come from this store. It was a stressful experience and warrants a warning to stay away and find a better place to do business with. I will never do business with them and will always warn people to stay away due to such shabby treatment. read more

Went there today to order a butcher block .. the man on the floor was to busy with another coustomer to even acknowledge anyone else. Was a little overwhelmed when I first walked into the store but Justin and the manager Jeremiah set me at ease. They spent hours explaining what was the best options for me and I finally chose bamboo. My floors was originally done in laminate and carpets two things I hated the most. Now my floor is just a work of art. I also used the installer HIGHLY recommended by Jeremiah which was spot on. Sergei who installed my floors was a true professional thru and thru. He even matched the support beams that was in my condo with aged wood so it blended in with everything. If I can give this 10 stars I would. Top notch place. read more

I have never received such horrible customer care in my life!!!! I went to your store in Wilbraham, MA on Saturday 9/14/19 and put down a $25 deposit to get someone to do an assessment. They told me someone should call me by either Monday or Tuesday to schedule when they will come do the assessment. I ended up having to call back the store on Tuesday because I was still waiting. Someone finally called me back and told me they could not come until Monday 9/23/19 between 10am-11am. This is now 9 days after I put down a deposit. On 9/23/19, I waited until 11:20am and no one had come yet or even bothered to call me to say they were running late. I had to call the store to find out what was going on. They told me they were going to text the guy who was supposed to come and measure my floor and also gave me his cell phone number and said that I should also call him. I should not have to be the one to call. I called and spoke to Sergei and he told me he was running late and wanted to see if he could come between 2pm-3pm. Are you kidding me!!!! He expected me to spend my day waiting for him!!!! I told him absolutely not I already cleared my calendar for the time that he was scheduled for. He finally decided to come around 12pm. When he finally got here, he acted like he did not want to be here and seemed bothered. He measured my floor and said he would submit it to the store and they would be able to give me a quote by the end of the week. We called the store on Friday 9/27/19 because we still not heard back from anyone. They said they had the measurements in and we could go to the store the next day because they were close to closing time. I went to the store on Saturday 9/28/19 and come to find out, they did not get the complete PDF for the measurements so they can only give me a rough estimate but we should go ahead a pick the floor we want to get an idea of a price. After they gave us a rough estimate, they said we should get a call back from them by Monday 9/30/19 and they should have the complete PDF for the measurements. I never heard back from them on Monday, instead they called me back on Tuesday 10/01/19 and told me they were STILL waiting to get the complete PDF by the person who measured my floor. But I should hear back from them soon. It is now 7 days later (10/07/19) and I STILL have not heard back from anyone!!! This is now almost 3 1/2 weeks after I put down my $25 deposit to get my floor measured and I still don't have a price quote and no date for my floors to be installed. I guess Lumber Liquidators does not want or need my money. I guess you don't need my business. This is the absolute worst customer service and I will NEVER consider using your company for any of my floor needs. I will also make sure to spread this on social media. I expect to get my $25 deposit back. I had every intention on moving forward with Lumber Liquidators for my floor needs but since you are the ones that chose not to move forward, I should get back my deposit. I expect to hear back from you ASAP. read more

My husband and I purchased our Bellawood flooring at this location due to the quality of customer service my husband and I experienced, during separate visits. Once the flooring was delivered to the Boston Road location, our opinions quickly changed. We were very aware that not long after our flooring arrived we were supposed to pick it up from the store...not a problem...however, we started receiving up to two phone calls a day to remind us that our flooring had arrived and we needed to pick it up. We are only talking several days that we needed to prep the house we were building to pick up the material. Regardless, we continued to receive multiple phone calls each day. On top of that, we ordered stair tread and other materials to match our staircase to the flooring. Again, each day, starting on the day our order arrived, the phone calls start...up to two per day from a different person each day (Each employee's name begins with the letter "J" by the way, so we had to keep track of who was calling because they all sound the same on the phone also). To conclude, on top of everything, when I was in the store and spent over $7,000 (on only the first payment), for our Bellawood flooring, I was told what we ordered was 3/4 inch thick, and what was delivered was only 1/2 inch thick. Luckily, we were charged for the 1/2 inch thick flooring. Still frustrating and we will not be making any future purchases from this Lumber Liquidators location, and possibly other locations, from now on, which is too bad, because we are building a 3,500 square foot house and need plenty of materials. read more
