Then after it arrived they wanted me to wait 10 more days for a tech to install it. I gave up and my friend did it. When you call their warranty administrator, you can't get anyone. I was on hold 3 different times for an hour and never got through. Bob's customer care can't do anything. They tell you to call Guardian the administrator. I've never been so disappointed in a company. I don't recommend buying at Bob's, at least if you are going to pay for a warranty.
