I called around for a few different quotes before I chose this place by my house. I heard that they gave free patches for tires with nails in it. I went to get my tire checked out for a nail and asked them if they could do it and they told me they couldn't due to the fact my tires were practically bald. I had heard that from another place as well. Had just been putting this off for too long. I got a few different quotes, which ranged from places nearby that were exclusively used tires, to other places that had new tires as well. The prices here were a little bit higher, but still competitive. The reason I chose this one was because of the warranty, one from the manufacturer- one from the shop. I didn't opt in for the shop one because I don't expect to off-road my vehicle or get crazy. But also the guy, I think his name was Stephen, he informed me that the quote I got for used tires was low for a reason So I chose to get new tires They told me they would take an hour to an hour and a half. I walked across the street to the library to sit in the air-conditioning and answer some work emails and I came back in an hour and a half and it was done exactly. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. I originally came in because I had a nail in my tire. Before coming here, Costco inspected the tire and told me that because I had driven on it, the inside lining of the tire had been damaged. They warned me that continuing to drive on it could be dangerous and that hitting something like a pothole could potentially cause the tire to fail. I brought the tire here because I had a warranty on it and specifically explained what Costco had told me. I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire. I questioned it because I was concerned about the internal damage, and I was told that another technician had checked it as well and that the tire was fine. The very next day, my tire pressure light came back on. I took the vehicle to the Riverside location, where they inspected it and told me that the tire was in fact damaged on the inside and that there was also a nail in the tire. This was extremely frustrating and concerning. I relied on the first location to properly inspect my tire and give me accurate information, especially when it involved something that could affect my safety. Instead, I was reassured that there was nothing wrong, only to have another location confirm the exact issue I had originally brought to their attention. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it comes to tires and vehicle safety, an incorrect inspection can have serious consequences. Bought 4 new tires for our suv, had them installed, paid the bill and drove home. Heard a funny noise while pulling into our driveway. Didn't see anything obvious. Next day was driving the car on Ontario when the noise became louder. The bolts on the right front tire were very loose and the tire was wobbling then the bolt flew off. Went back to the tire store where they were not surprised. Said the worker was in a hurry as it was the end of the day. The company apologized but we will never go back. This could have happened on the freeway. They should have double checked the bolts. read more

I had a slow leak on my driver side rear wheel. I showed up a few minutes before they opened waited for the actual opening. They took me in immediately and gladly repaired my slow leak. Fortunately, it was in a place that could be very happy about that they took care of all this in about 20 minutes, verified the torque specs and made sure my wheels were torque correctly and aired up to the correct volume spec. I'm very pleased with this company. Also spoke to one of the sales people about some new tires that I will be needing shortly. I have very expensive tires on the car. The bad kind of surprise: Missing Lug Nuts on our SUV and thankfully were able get off the freeway and to American Tire Depot before the wheel fully came off. Incredibly helpful and courteous employees pointed us to the right direction for replacements AND helped us get them on the car. Update on prior review: My daughter was contacted by manager, Giovanni and had lengthy conversation and was told that their professionals stated that there was prior damage to the rims so that they could not fix them. How were they able to determine there was prior damage? This is their way out. My daughter was happy with her rims prior to American Tire Depot causing the excessive damage. She was told they would only be able to spot treat the damage they caused which would not bring the rims back to how they were before American Tire Depot damaged them. They said there is no way they would pay to repair and powder coat her entire rims as a result of the damaged they caused. They will not remedy the situation. Consumers beware. read more

I've came here for tires and it's been great. Recently came in for alignment and the tech stated it was good to go. I Took it for drive and it was still off and pulled more than it did when I brought it in. 2nd time the tech fixed the crooked steering wheel. 3rd time wheel was straight, but it had a slight pull to the right told the manager he took it for a drive said said it didn't pull to the right it just had a slight drift SMH what when I asked for a refund they said they had to put the car back up and put it back into the numbers it came in with which could make it worse for driving. I went into American tire depot, thinking it was America's tire. I was looking for another option because the America's tire usually go to would not pick up the phone and the next appointments were days out. I was able to get an appointment here from one day to the next. I was tended to buy Candice and I can't say enough good things about her. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get the same tire rotation for free. I also wanted to get another service to change the sensors for a tire pressure. Candice did her homework and we found out that what I was told at America's tire was not true and I wound up doing the complete service with her at a discount.
