Okay, let's face it! At some point in our life, we're gonna need to get new tire(s). I did my homework and shopped for some time. Actually a few months and I ultimately went with American Tire Depot. I made an appt online and chose the tires that I wanted and rolled in 15 mins before my appt time just like it said and I was greeted by a gal name Candice! That women is lovely to deal with. She was my service advisor the entire time. Honestly, that's nice because you're only dealing with one person. Any who, I got 4 new tires and an alignment done. I also appreciated I was given options for tires at a comparable price and an easy explanation of the terrain the tires are most suited for as well as any sales! I came in to repair a flat tire ( I knew I needed new tires coming up) and thankfully being the first customer in the morning, the fix was super quick! The bad kind of surprise: Missing Lug Nuts on our SUV and thankfully were able get off the freeway and to American Tire Depot before the wheel fully came off. Incredibly helpful and courteous employees pointed us to the right direction for replacements AND helped us get them on the car. On our way back from vacation with almost 2 hours left to come home we were so incredibly lucky and so incredibly grateful for the service, kindness and generosity we experienced. I went into American tire depot, thinking it was America's tire. I was looking for another option because the America's tire usually go to would not pick up the phone and the next appointments were days out. I was able to get an appointment here from one day to the next. I was tended to buy Candice and I can't say enough good things about her. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get the same tire rotation for free. I also wanted to get another service to change the sensors for a tire pressure. Candice did her homework and we found out that what I was told at America's tire was not true and I wound up doing the complete service with her at a discount. I've came here for tires and it's been great. Recently came in for alignment and the tech stated it was good to go. I Took it for drive and it was still off and pulled more than it did when I brought it in. 2nd time the tech fixed the crooked steering wheel. 3rd time wheel was straight, but it had a slight pull to the right told the manager he took it for a drive said said it didn't pull to the right it just had a slight drift SMH what when I asked for a refund they said they had to put the car back up and put it back into the numbers it came in with which could make it worse for driving. Spoke with Candice about needing to fix my TPMS. The estimation matches exactly what I need to pay upfront. Got all 4 of my sensors replaced for a reasonable price. I had other concerns about my car and the mechanic explain to me how this issue occurred and is it urgent or not urgent to fix it all were addressed by the mechanic.
