I am extremely picky when it comes to trusting my vehicles to a business. That being said, I am stoked on the new tires and alignment that this shop did on my truck. Picked it up and drove straight to work; sort of wished my drive was longer because the truck is even more fun to drive now! While the workmanship seems to be solid, a huge shoutout goes to Jacob! He is knowledgeable, and not to mention down to earth with great customer service. It's worth mentioning that as a woman, I appreciate that I wasn't treated like I didn't know anything about automotives, as I have walked away from plenty of shops who assume and treated me like that. I could tell Jacob knew his stuff, gave him an idea of what type of tire I was wanting, and left it up to him to select the best sizing to make the truck look and perform well. My dad has been a customer here for some time, and he returns to this shop because of Jacob always taking good care of him. In a world where humanity and good ethics seem to have dwindled, it's great to know there are good people out there who still want to do honest work. A disaster. First I was misled with their advertisement in bold characters. Attractive. The shop installed the 4 new tires and then the invoice: 2.5 times what I thought. The reason? The tires installation and wheels alignment (in small characters) was multiplied by 4. Nothing to be done as I should have read all details. One week later, the steering wheel was shimmering a bit and the car was pulling to the right. I went back to the shop and waited 2 hours and 20 minutes. When finally done (realignment and front wheels rebalancing), no excuse for the imperfect work before and no apology for the 2 hours and 20 minutes waiting time. Driving back home, the pulling and shimmering were gone. Note that the shop could not do the rear alignment because missing the tools to perform it. In conclusion, poor work and poor service. My other car had it tires replaced after this experience for a far better value (check on yelp and google for my 5/5 review). read more

Our church lawnmower needed some new tires. I had the tires but didn't have the equipment to put it on the rim and air it up properly, so I called this location and Jacob answered. I told him my situation he said normally they don't do lawnmower tires but he told me I could bring it by and he'll take a look at it and see if there's anything he could do. When I arrived, I met Jacob and was helped immediately! Beware! Was given a price over the phone and scheduled an appt for the next day. When I got there they had no recollection of the appointment I made and somehow the price had gone from around $400 to $1,300. Obviously the price given to me over the phone was a scam to get me to come in. The employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. Also the place was a dump. Such a disappointing experience. I left and took my business elsewhere, the quote I got from a different shop was no where near $1,300. read more

Discount tires are such a great place to take you vehicle. From the quality of service from manager Jacob down to the servicemen there especially Kevin. Those two were kind and took the time to explain things in language that can be understood. No question I asked was met with irritation or annoyance. They took the time to explain the repair to me. They did the service I requested and the value they offer there is exceptional. I recommend this place to others and my family because the quality of work that I received is rare to find. It was about $450 less and had better add ons included. Tire rotation, flat repair, roadside assistance included.
