If you're looking for excellent, professional and courteous tire service, the America's Tire located in Norco on Hamner is the place. KUDOS to all the staff there, including the service agent, but particularly Dominic Huerta and his exceptional customer service. When I arrived there yesterday (1/10/26), I just knew I was going to have to reschedule my online appointment @ 11:15 a.m. because I had arrived 15 minutes late. The service agent who initially assisted me, couldn't find me in the system and I knew that was going to happen. This same agent ( I can't nor did I inquire as to who he was) my bad and please forgive me, told me that they wouldn't be able to address my service because prior to my arriving, they were being inundated with clients (walk-ins & appointments). He said I would have to wait until 1:30 p.m. No problem. I took a seat. At 12:30, my vehicle had been serviced and Mr. Dominic Huerta was calling my name. Not only was my car serviced, he took the extra mile, as he was rotating my tires, to repair the left front tire because he had found a nail in it that was causing the tire to loose air. He didn't have to do it or tell me anything. Bottom line: America's Tire in NORCO on Hamner never disappoints!!! Just had the worst experience with the front employees both of the men working in the front office on 6/4 @ 1:30. Training on customer service is definitely needed Only Nicholas p. I'm beyond disappointed on how the quality of this location has gone downhill . I will avoid it at all costs from now on . They also need to get rid of "Jesus " the front desk person . Beyond unprofessional .... Had an inspection /tire rotation & general maintenance on my tires just the wk before. I hardly even drive &tires are basically brand new but was getting ready for a trip and had a list of errands to run . 1 wk later I'm back because my tire is flat after it being parked the entire time since . I did make an appt and didn't just walk in expecting it to be fixed and once again inspected . As I was explaining to "Jesus " he said he didn't like my "tone " and said I was "hostile " . I was so confused by HIS tone/ attitude and excuse me Sir but no I'm not waiting 3hrs for my tires to once again be inspected and I have an appt . He was rattling on on and I asked him to please just stop talking to me especially after he said I was "hostile " which I truly wasn't . So now I'm confused and beyond frustrated . He said I could deal with his manager, Brian . No problem my pleasure ... Now he moves on to the next customer !! Guess what he has an issue with her too and now she's waiting to speak to a manager too . He now proceeds to basically go hide in the back. Now Tim another manager comes out and she lets him now how rude/unprofessional he was with me. Also the issue she had with him and at this point her husband also comes in to let Tim know that "Jesus " shouldn't be dealing with customers because he just doesn't know how to deal with people . Tim seriously tells this man that "it's his day off " AND that's Tim's issue if he has to come in on his day off. They ask for the name /number of the general manager to file a complaint . Brian proceeds to help me but doesn't ask me what happened or deal with me any professional manner just takes my car keys. He tells me it has a screw and they will take care of it. As I'm waiting Tim approached me and asked if they had taken care of the issue . I tell him yes but how frustrating this entire episode is . He seriously tells me in a Condescending way " no I don't understand why you are frustrated "! I was so appalled because I've been coming to this location since moving here 15+ yrs ago . By reading some of the recent YELP reviews I can see this place and management needs to be looked into . Do better because I can't imagine if a customer was indeed "hostile " what would happened. I had an extremely frustrating experience at American Tire. What should have been a simple repair for a small leak turned into a 2 hour and 30 minute ordeal. There was absolutely no sense of urgency and zero communication about the delay. What made it worse is that they clearly prioritize selling you new tires over actually honoring the warranty on the tires they already sold. Instead of quickly fixing the issue under warranty. If you value your time and expect decent customer service, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. A basic tire repair should not take this long, and the lack of professionalism and accountability here is unacceptable. read more

Went here for new tires for my car. Purchased online, made an appointment and they called me to follow up and tell me my tires needed to be shipped to the store. No worries because my appointment was a week out. They called again to say they received the tires and were ready for my appointment. Showed up a little early day of appointment and they checked me in right away, got me out of there within 45 minutes and I am just so impressed with this store. Terrible customer service. I have always bought my tires here but I think Im done. I got here and there were 3 people here. I was told it would be an hour and a half and 90 minutes later my car hadnt been taken in yet. This is the second time this has happened. I assumed the first time was a fluke, but I guess I was wrong. What it really comes down to is they will gladly take care of you when youre buying but maintaining your purchase is nearly impossible. It used to be worth the cost for the Certs but with this hassle. I'll go somewhere else. On top of this, still waiting. The lady that came in walk in 45 minutes after me just got her car back. I was told my wait was due to appointmenrs but this lady was a walk in so they lied on top of not getting my car in. The business "owner" responded with a link that doesnt work. First time to the Norco shop and they've restored my faith in customer service and did exactly what they said, under promise and overdeliver. I took a few years off of America's tires and went to Costco because the average mumbo jumbo " 2 hours at least " or we can't today, wer booked solid . The quote over the phone came in just under $200 over Costco. No wait, the app said it will be ready by 4:01 pm , perfectly executed and they delivered the car to the front with time to spare. & my tires are nice , I didn't realize there would be such a big difference until I got to experience both manufacturers (Yokohama & Bridgestone) &! The quality of the Yokohama is top shelf. It's like driving on a cloud no noise. I know that I'm safe. I could go through water. Everything's fine. I'm coming in at almost $200 under. They would not put in writing that the tires would be 100% covered if a nail got in even next week from them or the manufacturer. Told me to go to website. I asked if they would print. He proceeded to talk down to me about supposedly having a bad experience in the past. Then gaslit me instead of saying "sure we want your business now and forever so we will write it out" nothing says run like... I was recommended by several of my girlfriends to come here for a nail in my tire. I'm so happy I took their advice to come here. I had a great experience. Kevin took care of me. Great thing is that you're able to make an appointment online! There were plenty of time slots left, so I didn't have to worry about having to go super late in the day. I was quoted a 40 minute wait. I left their lot, to go shopping, and I got a text that my vehicle was done before I could even cross the street! I think it was like 15 minutes ! I didn't have to fill out any paperwork. Everything was so easy. On top of that, the tire patch was free of charge!!! I just couldn't believe it. Crazy thing is, I had a nail in my other car tire two days later! I had a feeling I needed a new tire for this situation, nail was more on the side. I thought about going to Costco but I was in and out at Americas tire and I saw signs of them having great prices so I came back. Someone else took care of me during drop off but Kevin helped me when I returned from the store. I literally felt as if Kevin took care of me as if he were my good friend/family. He ran out to help me open the door as I was trying to come in with my big stroller and two kids. Then when I was loading up the stroller in the car with my baby strapped on me, he dropped what he was doing and helped me load my stroller in the car. He also made extra exceptions for me, for the safety of me and my kids. I'm now a loyal customer and recommending everyone I know, to come here. With two kids, you can't beat the quick service, great pricing, and exceptional service. Another perk about this location is what they have nearby as well. Target, winco, pieolgy, chipotle, LA fitness, etc. Btw I accidentally went to Mountain View tire initially. It was pretty dead there. The vibe felt unwelcoming and they charged $35 to patch a tire. This used to be such a good business that my family and I counted on. I put a deposit on tires to be here Monday, all that went fine. They called me told me they came in I said I would call and make an appointment. I called at 11:34 they told me an hour wait. I said great I can be there in 20 minutes do I make an appointment or just come in. The guy told me just to come in. I get here at 12 pm on 6/10, guy tells me I didn't have an appointment so now it's an hour and a half. I tried to make an appointment, the clerk on the phone told me not to worry about it. This is poor business not to respect customers time. I'm on a time crunch and now have to be inconvenienced because the staff at Americas tire company are not thorough and careless, bad look for a company that is responsible for such a safety type business.
