I addition, when I called after the appt because we needed a school note for my son, I waited 20 minutes on the phone and thought they had forgotten about me so I called back. I am currently waiting on hold again after someone answered, rudely chastised me for hanging up, and now I have been on hold for 60 minutes longer as I type this review. If you aren't willing to wait long periods of time or hold longer than you would trying to call the DMV, choose another provider. The dr is nice and thorough, but his office is poorly run.

Appeared to be in a hurry and did not spend more than a couple of minutes and I was expecting 20 minutes or more for the money I paid Did not offer any help, or solutions or further options or possible things to look at or consider. My impression is that she is very young and inexperienced (in early 00's when I saw her) and not at very skilled or professional. More worried about not giving any advice or assessment which is what she is paid and supposed to do. More just passing you through and clipping the money ticket for the least amount of work and skill. The one issue I went to see her about she said I did not have. Though I'd had the issue for years. Awhen I saw another specialist they confirmed that I did have the issue Dr Molin said I didnt have. It had been years of increasing issues with massive detrimental effects and resulting in major complication as she had said the issue did not exist. Same issue years later was confirmed but so much damage done in the meantime as I had accepted what Dr Molin incorrectly told me. She should not be allowed to practice and should have her licence taken away for such extreme incompetance and negligence.

Being our first baby, we were extremely concerned about his issues with his passage way. Unfortunately, no medical professionals were diagnosing him. They were stumped. We finally got referred to Dr. Tylor, right around the time our son turned 10 months. At our first appointment, she walked into the treatment room and was able to diagnose him in 30 seconds by just looking at him. She was able to suggest a treatment plan going forward and didn't want to waste anytime. She happily answered about a million questions. Fast forward to his outpatient surgery before his first birthday, everything went off without a hitch. Her surgical team was amazing and you could just tell they respect her as the expert. Our son got a cold after surgery, and Dr. Tylor answered my frantic calls and texts around 11pm at night. I think most importantly what I want to say is...having a baby is hard already. We were already so stressed out, and Dr. Tylor treated him as if he was her son. I will never be able to thank her enough for her care and expertise. He was a different child after the surgery.
