Making the appointment is super easy to do online and you'll get confirmations & texts to remind you of the time. My services were eyebrow shaping with tweezers & brow tint and upper lip tweezing. I had told her that I hate the arches in my brows and that I make them as straight as possible for the shape. She took that into consideration and plucked away! I use retinol on my face and she suggested to forgo the waxing to prevent any skin damage which I greatly appreciated. Hair plucking sucks in general but she still had a gentle touch and she is speedy with the tweezers! She was so detailed with them too. I'm pretty sure she got every hair on my lip. My mustache stood no chance! For my brows, she really took the time to perfect them too and make them clean and even. I have dark hair but being that it was my first time tinting, I didn't want to go too dark with it. I asked for dark brown color with a fade towards the front of the brows. You know, the Instagram brows. She gave me a heads up that the color wouldn't last long with my dark hair but it was no big deal for me. I cannot tell you how much I loved my brows after she was through with them. I honestly never knew my brows were capable of looking like they did. The tint faded and they still looked bomb! Not only is she a knowledgeable wax captain, she's a magician! She definitely worked some magic on my brows! Kaylyn is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and talented. A triple threat if you will. She's forthcoming with what to expect and makes sure that you're not in for unwanted surprises. Though I was certainly surprised with my brows afterwards and gave a "Daaaaaaamn" when she handed me the mirror (it was a good "damn"). Anything done to your face should be handled with care and the technician should treat it like it's their own face. Kaylyn did exactly that and I'm confident you would feel the same if you see her. :) **EDIT- Wanted to come back and add that I "jumped the plank" and got my first Brazilian wax with Kaylyn! If you're nervous about waxing bellow deck, it's honestly not that bad. It's definitely a religious experience, NGL. Going to echo the same sentiments that she's dang awesome and again made it as quick and painless as possible. I'm honestly so sad that I won't have her back at home. ~THANKS AGAIN KAYLYN!~**
