All of the servers and bartenders are on top of it while providing great service and make great suggestions when you're undecided on what to drink or eat. On my last visit, I ordered the What She's Having cocktail, which was balanced and refreshing. My go to is the Strawberry Fields which is sweeter. We also ordered the bacon wrapped dates and Napa panini. The dates are one of my favorite dishes here. The panini was really good and I enjoyed the chicken and pesto sauce. It was served with potato chips. I'll continue to keep The Local on my rotation of bars and meeting spots.

I understand that busy nights can be stressful, but the consistent rudeness seems to be part of the overall experience rather than an isolated incident. As a Mexicana, I can't help but question whether my ethnicity played a role in the way I was treated. As I've heard this ALoft is a very new hotel, and it shows (in a good way!). They have a nice ambiance and between their furniture and the rest of the ALoft lobby, there is a pool table, there are board games and TVs, there's also an outdoor patio to take drinks. I've tried their food once, their burgers were pretty good. For drinks, I tried one of their seasonal Smoked Old Fashioned's (made with Buffalo Trace) which was pretty good and a good price ($13), as well as their frozen drinks (pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris, $15 each). Two different bartenders worked my drinks this trip and they both did a good job. I've enjoyed hanging out in Vegas off-strip and Henderson, I still have a fun time, I've gotten good food and drinks that weren't so pricy.
