I almost forget how good this place is! Excellent staff, Carlos and Malachi were amazing tonight! The Chef and his crew are so talented. The food is always fresh and delicious and expertly prepared. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Classy setting without being stuffy, live musical entertainment this is a great date spot for sure![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
We celebrated our friends birthday. We went on a Sunday during their happy hour. The prices were really good and the food is delicious. There wasn't a lot of people so we got seated fast and our server was awesome. He made sure we were taken care of. I def recommend for anyone looking to enjoy quality food, exceptional service and a chill ambiance. We will be back

[[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a quiet little restaurant on Eastern in Henderson close enough to the 215.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was live music from the wonderful Patty Powers - and my family loves to sing. Her songs were a hit all evening![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Our table was right next to the stage without the music being too loud to drown out our dinner conversation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Some of us have been here multiple times. If I see octopus on the menu, I'll automatically get it. We are also a family that loves to eat and share our food. We ordered way too much. Bread: Tapenade dipping sauce and walnuts compound butter. The bread was nice and warm. The tapenade was so good we had to get another basket of bread. 4.5/5 Crispy Calamari: Fried polenta, spicy marinara sauce. Crispy batter without being greasy. The calamari was tender and not tough/ rubbery. The marinara was just right. 4/5 Spanish Octopus: Carrot-celery mirepoix, lemon dressing. It has potatoes underneath. The octopus had squid ink on top. 4/5 Short Ribs Fettuccine "al Toco": Braised short ribs, red wine - plum tomato sauce. A good portion or short rib. A flavorful sauce on the pasta. 4.5/5 Pasta in the Wheel: (Minimum order for 2 persons). Fettuccine pasta, flambé with vodka & grappa in a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel, served with fresh shaved black truffle. It's dinner and a show. Hardcore Italians would not approve of this but it's delicious yet simple. 4.5/5 Lasagna "all'Emiliana": Meat sauce, béchamel, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Our server really sold us this lasagna by claiming it's the best in Vegas. It was good but the best? It's really subjective. 4/5 Chilean Seabass "alla Catalana": Sautéed with lobster meat and cognac sauce, with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes. The fish was cooked beautifully. The asparagus, carrots and potatoes were great sides keeping it a healthy meal. 5/5 Tiramisu: Mascarpone, Ladyfingers, Espresso, Amaretto. Everyone's had tiramisu. Nothing remarkable. 4/5 24 Karat Chocolate Cremieux: Caramelized Pecan Crumble, Vanilla Gelato. Now, this I liked. The presentation was neat and simple. This dessert is rich and delightful. Thick and creamy then, crunchy at the bottom. 5/5 The food was good. The service could be improved. Our server seemed a bit distracted. We'd ask for something and we'd never get it so we had to follow up a few times.
Came in on a Saturday night for my cousin's surprise birthday party! Was super excited to come here because I've only ever ordered the food for delivery and it was my first time dining here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They gave us the entire front of the restaurant cuz there was a lot of us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had a live singer and she was wonderful in interacting with our group a lot and making my cousin feel special for her birthday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had a four or five course meal and everything was so tasty! The fillet was delicious and probably my favorite. The charcuterie plate was also incredible. Staff was super nice too and really helpful getting us whatever we requested. I definitely want to come back in and dine because I saw they do have cheese wheel pasta and I loooove that! Definitely will be back.
Tasty basic food with small portions for the expensive menu. Plates weren't fancy enough for items. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nothing special about the atmosphere as it's clean but not updated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service lacking as I asked for more ice water twice though several waiters helped us. Servers were not trained as to how things should be done. Reaching across the table to grab another's water glass. From the front door throughout we were called "guys" and I counted 6 times initially with our waiter and 5 times with the lady who seated us.
We attended a private party at Prosecco Las Vegas with about 150 guests -- and even with a crowd that size, the service was top-notch. Drinks came out quickly and were perfectly strong (highly recommend the Raspberry Lemondrop Martini -- sweet, tart, and dangerously smooth). Appetizers included beef carpaccio, crispy calamari, Caesar salad, flatbread, and a gorgeous heirloom tomato caprese -- all fresh and flavorful. For entrees, we had the miso salmon, chicken parmigiana, and osso buco. Every dish was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. And then came the tiramisu -- traditional, homemade, and downright heavenly. My husband had a full-on food-gasm moment. It was that good. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Prosecco nailed it -- highly recommend for large events or a night out.

Happy hour prices On their online menu is diff from their happy hour in person. The online menu is cheaper by 3-4 dollars. Just a heads up. They need to update it on their site. Food portions was small for the happy hour price, especially the pastas. I felt like I only took 5 bites and it was gone. Taste wise, nothing special. I would give both a 6/10 Pepperoni pizza 7/10: was a full size though! My friends really enjoyed it to the point we ordered another one. Bruschetta 10/10 SOOO FRESH and flavorful. Definitely my favorite dish of the night. Perfect crunch to the bread. I don't even like tomato's but this was so good. Calamari 8/10: crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The marinara it came with was creamy and delicious. I do wish the calamari had its own seasoning though since it was bland without the dip. Overall not bad, I would consider coming back and trying other things on their happy hour menu.
My wife & I had early dinner at this Italian restaurant during our visit to Las Vegas on the weekend prior to the 4th of July holiday weekend. Nearly everything we ordered was delicious! On top of that, our waiter was very friendly and professional. My favorite dish was the lobster ravioli. The exterior was perfectly cooked and the filling inside was amazing, too. I loved that the lobster mixture was not fishy. Since we were there before 6, we primarily ordered items from their happy hour menu and it was well worth it! Going forward, we will definitely be recommending this restaurant to friends and family visiting Las Vegas.
Prosecco is located in the Colonnade square plaza next to the now defunct movie theater. Prosecco is a delicious Italian restaurant with many many menu options. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The waiters are always very informative as far as specials and what's really good on and off the menu. And they are very good with refills on water etc. Tonight was a bit of a feast of sorts. We had zucchini blossoms, which were very good but the dough was sadly what you taste mostly. Oysters which were phenomenal - juicy and delicious. And meatballs which were just the right amount of dense and full of flavor. For entrees we had the cheese wheel risotto with mushroom and truffles and ossobuco with saffron risotto. While the presentation of the cheese wheel risotto is fun to watch, sadly once the dish is served the risotto is barely like warm. The flavors are there. It just needs to be hotter. The ossobuco was cooked perfectly, super tender, fall off the bone delicious and the sauce was very tasty as well. The marrow was also divine. However again, the saffron risotto was a bit of a disappointment as it lacks flavor. Overall the service at Prosecco is always excellent, the food is good but could use some tweaking at times. The cappuccino as a finish was very good as well. While there were some misses tonight, overall I'm still rating 4 stars because I know the food is good here and the service is always outstanding.
All foods we order were good. I love Beef Carpaccio and Lobster ravioli. Aperol Spritz was my favorite drink in the Italian restaurant. The bartender was very nice. First time here and we met another couple for dinner on a Saturday night. Easy to get reservation. Upon entering, looks like there are seatings in the patio, as well as inside dining room. We checked in and walked in. There's a bar that has a happy hour. We grabbed our starter drinks there and brought them to our table. We also brought a bottle of wine to enjoy, $35 corkage fee. Nice local restaurant serving great Italian food. Service was also as great. Food came out pretty fast. We enjoyed our dinner very much.

For Mother's Day I decided to try brunch at Prosecco, it did not disappoint! We ordered steak & eggs, Classic French toast & the Wagyu breakfast burger. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had live music and it was the perfect vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] French toast was so doughy & delicious. It reminded me of the consistency of bread budding and was not overly sweet. Steak could have used a little bit more of seasoning but was tasty nonetheless. Eggs were perfectly cooked & hash browns were flavorful. My husband said his burger was delicious! My only complaint would be they don't have almond milk or dairy free options for the lattes and matchas! Please help us dairy free girlies! read more
For Mother's Day, I treated and introduced my parents to Prosecco, my new favorite Italian restaurant in town, for a casual Sunday brunch. Normally, I go to Prosecco's location in Anthem, but they don't open until 3:00pm on Sunday's and my mom requested that we do brunch on her day. I made a reservation through OpenTable for 5/10/26 at 11:00am. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Patio season is among us and I decided to book a spot on their patio, which is spacious and provides a ton of shade.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had just opened like an hour ago so it wasn't busy at all, both inside and outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No Sunday brunch is complete without a glass of mimosa, single or bottomless. My parents both ordered cappuccinos and my mom later had a Make Me Blush cocktail. I had a sip of the latter and I could really taste the bitterness in it. I don't really drink alcohol all that much anymore (with the exception of special occasions), but the mimosa is one of my favorite drinks ever. For food, my mom and I both ordered their tiramisu French toast. I didn't read the whole ingredient list on the menu and I wasn't expecting it to come with chocolate gelato and a waffle cone on top! Wow!!! My dad had the NY Steak skillet with two sunny side up eggs, which came out sizzling. Included inside my French toast was mascarpone cheese but the cheesy flavor wasn't too overwhelming. The French toast was so, SO good that I felt like I was on a different planet afterwards. One qualm was that my parents' cappuccinos tasted like that they were watered down and didn't have a whole lot of flavor, so they had to request extra sugar as a result. But otherwise everything else we had here was absolutely 100% amazing, from beginning to end. Another Dice Adventure! Friends have been telling us to go here for some time but you know we live by the random roll and it just hasn't been meant to be till tonight. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very nice inside, clean and comfortable, Krista was the hostess and she was very friendly, engaging.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We even asked her a couple questions and she was great in answering. We had Joel (Jo-el) as our server. He took our drink orders, 2 mocktails, Harvest Moon which was fruity and delicious and Velvet Sunset. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music...well...it was a bit loud and kind of pop/rock--I would think it should be softer music, maybe some Jazz like Dave Koz or Chris Botti or some Frank or Dean... but ok[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Tried the special--Zucchini Blossoms--Deep fried with cheese inside, YUM and Bruschetta which had Tomatoes and Garlic and Ricotta, It was good but too crunchy for me, I took mine home to let them soak in sauce and eat later. No bread on the table I noticed, I guess you have to order it off the menu and pay extra.. My brother got a salad, it was good he said. He ordered Chicken Parm and a Baked Potato which comes with sour cream, Bacon and Chives but they didn't give us butter...I ordered the same with no Bacon. The Potato was perfectly cooked, it was so good, flavorful, we even ate the skin. :) I ordered the Pomodoro--It was good in flavor but not that much sauce .... The desserts were the Banana cheese cake which I thought was delicious and Creme Brulee which my brother liked. Joel was amazing--friendly, explained things, answered questions, checked in on us. However, there was a finely dressed man walking around, I assume him to be the manager? He stopped at one table and then another and then skipped ours and then went to another table and another and skipped us a couple times, kind of made me wonder why.... He finally came over and said, do you want a box? lol, ok well no, we wanted to be asked how everything was... but ok... Everything came to $186 + The Tip we left... Amazing. We got the cacio e pepi for two. Joel was wonderful and accommodating to the fact we needed to get to a show. Definitely go if you have the chance--worth the drive. read more
The food and service from Joe was phenomenal. Really pleasant and charming decor nothing overly fancy but clean and very Italian. EVERYTHING we ate was tasty and just plain amazing. Just check out our photos and order it. They won't disappoint. read more
This was a fun experience. My wife requested to go here for dinner after seeing the pasta served out of a giant cheese wheel. We booked the day before Valentine's Day to beat the crowd. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and show to our table. There were only 2-3 tables seated aside from us and the detached bar area was full with quite a bit of buzz coming from it. The service staff was very polite and knowledgeable. They offered wine, cocktail and food suggestions with a large list of specials. The timing of food was great as we were able to enjoy our appetizers while having conversation and not feel rushed. Once the main courses came out, the presentation with the pasta in the cheese wheel was fun and drew attention from the now full dining room. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her pasta ( she's a sucker for truffle) and the lamb osso buco was great, the meat was ultra tender and only required a fork, no knife. Dessert was a small selection and surprisingly no cannoli options. The tiramisu is always a great option and was not overly sweet, which I enjoy. Overall we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was prepared well and timing was great. The atmosphere was very casual as some came in with shorts, tshirts and baseball hats while others in dress shirts and slacks. read more

It's was a busy night, of course it's expected being Mother's Day. I think we beat the rush opting to have an early dinner. We had exceptional service, even the Manager came by to chat with us. The food was delicious. I had the Cheese Ravioli, I substituted the creamy asparagus sauce for marinara. My husband had the Capellini al Pomodoro, he said he would definitely order it again. They have an extensive wine list. We had a couple glasses of wine to celebrate our anniversary, and Mother's Day. Cheers! read more

The food was absolutely amazing! You can tell the chef/owner loves his craft. He even walked around and greeted all the customers who were currently dining. I had been wanting to come here for a while and finally decided to do so today with the girls. First off, the ambiance is super cute for a Sunday afternoon and I love that they have outdoor seating as well. The hostess is very friendly (and gorgeous) and the manager checked in on us frequently. I ordered a matcha latte, a tequila sour (this drink comes with egg whites to make it frothy, but I left that out), and the Matcha Waffle Crispy Chicken. The drink was pretty strong (which I like), the latte was the perfect temperature and just right for a chilly day, and the chicken and waffles were very good and filling. The entertainment was the main attraction! I wasn't aware there were performers but they were such a good time! The guy on the stilts was such a delight and so friendly. I'd come back just to see them! I knocked off a star because it did take a while to get our food and our waiter wasn't the best. He charged my friend for an item she didn't want and was slow with the bottomless refills on Prosecco. But other than that, I throughly enjoyed my experience and would come back! read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a disappointment and no ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My daughter had made reservations weeks in advance for Mother's Day for an 1130 AM brunch. I was very excited as I had wanted to try Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute outdoor patio, inside there were a lot of tables and a live singer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we arrived, my daughter gave her name and said we had a reservation. They struggled but eventually found our reservation (like, really?!?). [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were then escorted past several open tables in the bright dining room and then placed in the dark bar area in the back corner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I should have spoken up but decided I didn't want to "complain." The two tables with better lighting next to us were seated shortly after us. Not sure why we were pushed into the dark corner, other than they recognized they needed to fill all available seating. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My seat was so low the table hit me in the chest area so I felt like a kid at Thanksgiving.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The server was friendly enough and came around to take our order. I ordered the light omelette, but requested regular eggs be used, but I received an omelette with egg whites only. My daughter and I ordered the bottomless mimosas and it took 30 minutes before we got our mimosas. Eventually our food was dropped off by a runner. After about 10 minutes, my daughter saw the server and walked up and asked for salt and pepper and ketchup, and another round of mimosas. The food was pretty good, although a little lacking in flavor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was so unfortunate that we were shoved into a dark corner that was not super comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I could tell my daughter was frustrated. The server came around very rarely and I know she was busy because it was Mother's Day, but it was such a letdown. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My daughter kept saying how she and her friend had gone another time and had such a good experience and seated at a better table with more ambience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I may give it another try, but I will definitely speak up next time if I'm not happy with the seating. I felt bad for my daughter because I could tell she was disappointed, but didn't want to make a big deal of it. read more

My hubby and I had a double date with our friends at Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen. We started with a couple of appetizers - crispy calamari and miso-glazed pork belly. For the main course, my hubby enjoyed the Lobster Deluxe - a baked lobster tail served over linguine with shrimp, mussels, scallops and clams in roasted garlic white whine tomato sauce. I had the lobster ravioli, stuffed with shrimp and lobser, sauteed with zucchini in a saffron sauce. We ended dinner by sharing two desserts - tiramisu and a creme brulee. This place was dynamite!! We originally wanted to come for the pasta in the wheel, but after seeing their happy hour menu, we ordered off that. We sat outside, which was absolutely perfect! Our service was excellent and the food was delicious! We shared everything and can't wait to go back and try new things. read more
We stopped in to try out their happy hour after seeing a social media post about their happy hour. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Prosecco spritz flight was super yummy. The spaghetti bolognese was flavorful and the pasta was cooked just right. I can remember the name of the potato thing I ordered but it was so good especially with the sauce they had with it. My husband said the calamari was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so good with it. He enjoyed the Cajun shrimp pasta and said the noodles were really good. Horrible Service, but great food!... Dined at the Bar for dinner, just the two of us. Arrived at 5:35, at sat at the bar that had only 3 other people seated. It took at least 25 min for one of two bartenders, one male and one female, to acknowledge us. It was 6:05pm by the time we got our first round of drinks. By the time we got our drinks, we were ready to order our food, but bartender walked away. Took a while for the bartender to acknowledge us again and I had to ask the bartender to place our food order. We did not eat until 6:25pm. Meanwhile, as we waited for our food, we observed the female bartender refill the maraschino, cherries, fruit tray, and eat them in front of us, thinking that we couldn't see her. After eating and refilling the cherries, she did not properly wash her hands. Instead, she dipped her hands in the sanitizer bucket. Unacceptable and unsanitary! Although the food was delicious, we reported the bad service to the manager. The manager was very unprofessional about the situation and questioned our experience. She assumed that we sat ourselves, when the hostess was the one who kindly walked us to the bar. If the manager on duty is an owner, she obviously has no leadership skills or hospitality experience. It's unfortunate that the front office house team is lacking service standards, when the culinary team is offering such great food. read more

Easily my favorite Italian restaurant in Henderson. I've only visited for dinner and the vibe is always lively with occasional musical performances from local singers. I've never had problems with the servers themselves, but when the restaurant is booked we have had to wait 1-2 hours for our reservation and 30 minutes+ for our food on those nights. Granted these nights were on holidays (Christmas Eve and New Years). Each time this has happened we received accommodations from the restaurant. The reason we keep coming back is the FOOD. My favorites are the calamari, duck ragu pappardelle, lobster deluxe pasta, and Chilean seabass. My friends have mentioned the pizza being great as well. Avoid going on a holiday and you might just find yourself a new local favorite. read more

Unfortunately we do not have a private room yet but we are working to.make one
Is there outdoor seating?
Yes but I'm not sure they're seating anyone on the patio yet. I visited in June and they only offered indoor seating because it's so hot.

Yes, I believe it's $25 per bottle but you may want to call them to see if it has changed. They do have a fairly extensive wine list tho so unless you really have a specific vintage you can't do without, I would call them to see if they offer it or…

I'm sure if you told them, they can turn one of their vegetarian meals vegan. But I don't recall any strict vegan meals.

If it’s not on the menu just ask. If they have the ingredients they will make it for you. I do it all the time.
Is there a happy hour?
I believe I saw a sign when I stopped by. Sunday-Thursday 3pm-6pm
How's the brunch on sundays?
When we were there for Sunday brunch, it was nice enough to sit out on the patio. They had a jazz sax player. It was worth it just for the concert - the sax player was great. And the patio brunch was great ambiance for a brunch.

In house/homemade pasta?
Yes....It is one of the few if only Italian restaurants has Italian owners and cooks. Almost everything is handmade.
