    Side of toppings for Pho
    Grace O.

This was my first time in Lobster & Pho and I was pleasantly impressed with my experience! I LOVE pho and so it was great to try a place so close by and not to have to go downtown to have a good bowl of pho. The portions and price were very good! The service was very fast. Almost so fast it felt a bit rushed but it was very good and quick. Big menu with a lot of options including seafood boils which was cool to see. I was there with a friend so I do wish they gave a bit more side toppings between the two of us but we asked for more jalapenos, and they brought some out to us happily. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place itself was VERY clean and tables were always being wiped down and cleaned.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff was also friendly. I did not care for the potstickers they were a bit mushy for me and wish they did not come sitting in the sauce as that is probably why they were a bit mushy. I really like the special they had to add them with the pho for $1.50 or you could add a thai roll I believe for a $1 so thats awesome! Overall, I had a really great experience here and I will be back. Not sure if the pho itself beats a couple places off the top of my head downtown Cleveland but if I have a craving for pho and do not want to go too far this is awesome!

They never miss for me. I probably go once a week. My favorites are the lamb pho and the shrimp pho.

Finally! Authentic pho in the Cleveland area. I saw on my way in that they were listed on the top 100 places to eat in Cleveland, I have to say I agree! The pho was extremely good, coming from California. It's hard to beat Asian cuisine however this is a really great authentic option for fall. I will say, however, that my Thai tea was a bit disappointing. The tapioca Boba was overcooked, causing it to be wrinkly and dry instead of soft and chewy. I'm not incredibly upset about that because it is a common issue in the area. Lastly, the chicken wings were very good, especially dipped in their sweet-and-sour sauce, everything is made to order the service is very good, and to top it all off they have a full bar. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place too many people.

had a great time and lobster and pho. a very unsuspecting spot in a strip mall, this seafood boil meal was a win! our drinks were great and water was refilled regularly. appetizers were done well as were our boils.we didn't get anything too spicy but probably could have. pro tip: request crab leg crackers, it will make things easier!!

We ordered the R4 BBQ pork with rice. Everything on that plate was outstanding even the salads. The shrimp pho was just perfection. Loved that they allowed us to make it the right amount of spicy. The pot stickers with the pork bbq sauce it's a winning combo. Excellent service even close to closing time.

Finally found where to get a good and reasonably priced lobster roll in town! I meant to take my own pic, but devoured it instead, and theirs is accurate to what I received. The roll was perfect, the lobster was tasty, if a slightly different flavor profile due to use of Asian mayo. Good fries too (which also go well with the mayo, if you're inclined to ask for a side of it). Also Thai Boba tea and lovely huge spring rolls, yum! Did not expect to find this particular combination of my favorite things in one restaurant, but I'm not complaining!

    VERY spicy beef pho

I work near this restaurant and, as a lover of pho, I made the short trip to try out their version of pho. The idea of lobster in it is very unique, but I stuck to my usual of beef at this visit. The decor is unassuming and the place was kind of dead when we came to visit for lunch one Friday. The waitress seemed a bit irritated we had come in at all. Anyway, I ordered the spicy beef pho, expecting a kick of course, but it seemed as though they knocked an entire jar of ghost peppers in my soup! It wasn't edible and the waitress wasn't thrilled to replace the broth with the normal one when I asked her to. I got it switched out in the end, but that level of spice didn't seem normal to me. Maybe I just got unlucky? Anyway, the price for the bowls are a bit higher than average even though the serving size is just average. I'd be willing to give this place another go but don't make a trek out here if it isn't close to you.

    Menu as of April 2024.

The servings here are large and the food came out quickly! The photo of my beef pho is a bit misleading because I started chowing down before I snapped the picture. I'm definitely recommending a trip here before or after you catch a movie down the street at @cinemark at Valley View.

Will come here once a year to enjoy the boil and it's so fun to do! The portions are reasonable for the price and the flavor is spot on.

I don't drink anymore, so seeing a non alcoholic drink section was nice to see. I was made aware that the base of the Aplos was very herbal and tart. The first one brought to me was very tart. Very, very tart. I was not a fan, my dad was going to drink it, our waitress: Deja noticed and offered to have it remade. I accepted, the bartender came out to drop it off and explained how she changed it up. She stood by me and waited until I tried it. A bit much, it was better. The tartness was only at the end for a brief moment. They didn't have a specific gluten free menu, but Deja did tell us what was naturally gluten free and/or could be modified. A lot of the food is made in house. A lot of it looked appealing, but they had gluten free noodles that were not made in house. So I went with a trusted filet mignon cooked medium. The demi glace was an excellent touch. The potatoes were pretty good. The broccolini wasn't what I was hoping for. My parents dishes were much larger. Leftovers were had and enjoyed on a second day. I would maybe try the short ribs next time we would go. The building is very rustic and decorative. The bathroom is upstairs; an elevator is present is needed. A very interesting place. Staff and kitchen very accommodating. The prices are high for the amount you're given. Would love some in house pasta that is gluten free with an in house sauce. I was there primarily for the company. Not my favorite spot. I would be willing to go again.

The outside is dated, sure, but step inside and it's immediately clear this place has been doing things right for a reason. We started with the crab stuffed mushrooms, and they were the right call; rich, well-stuffed, and a strong opening act. The French onion soup, while flavorful, ran a little salty for our taste, so consider yourself warned if that's your go-to dish. The salad was fresh and came out crisp, clean, no complaints. On the steak front, the ribeye and porterhouse are the real stars here. Both were cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and reminded us why we came to a steakhouse in the first place. The food is the draw, and at these prices, the value-to-quality ratio is hard to beat anywhere in the area. And then there's Marissa. I met a friend for breakfast this morning, and everything from start to finish was spot on. It was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just a little kick. My friend stuck with her usual: the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with fresh bananas and their homemade bourbon caramel sauce, plus a side of pork belly.
