Go to Lee's Seafood Boil for the great food and service, not the ambiance. The prices are reasonable. The oysters on the half shell as well as the appetizers we had were very good quality.

Lee's Seafood Boil is an experience. I couldn't eat like this all the time, but its fun to get your hands dirty (literally) and do something you wouldn't normally do. If you've never done a seafood boil, prepare to make a mess and work for your meal. Block out more time than usual and be patient depending what you ordered. We ordered a boil with shrimp, scallop and a small amount of lobster tail. The shrimp were my favorite part (I think next time we'd do full shrimp). The restaurant is snug and located in the plaza next to Miles Market. The inside is very clean (shocking given all the messes being made!) and they offer other entrees if you're not doing the boil. Our boil ran pretty expensive, so I'm not sure we'd go that route again, but it was still fun to do it.

I got the soft shell fried crabs, and my friend got the rice bowls ( if seafood is not your top choice)!

Better than red lobster and super underrated place! Cute spot and good look inside. Good atmosphere and good food for a good price! Will definitely fill you up. The deep fried Oreos are delicious! I got the soft shell fried crabs, and my friend got the rice bowls ( if seafood is not your top choice)!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I'm a drinker and the fact that they are waiting on their liquor license because it's a new location, didn't even bum me out because it was so good. SERVICE: the young woman who served us was amazing, kind and just overall a pleasure to be served by FOOD: I can not say enough about the quality of food. We got the ultimate which is the handful plus fried calamari and more. I shared with my fiancé and we still had some to take home Almost forgot to mention!!! The young woman even put a pair of gloves on and showed us the easiest way to open and eat crawfish. She was so amazing

Stopped by here again after several months and place was still good. This time had 'The Duo' combo with The Juice mix adding 1/2 lb of scallops. It was pretty fresh and the scallops and crawfish hit the seafood craving I was looking for. Couldn't finish it all but I was very satisfied. This is one of my go to places when I'm in the Cleveland area.

This place is awesome. Fresh seafood and cooked with the sauce and heat level you want. So glad this place opened near us so we don't need to drive to Cleveland Heights anymore for it. Try it's sooo delicious!!!

What a great spot! Super clean dining room, attentive wait staff and a superb dining experience. My husband and I split a dozen fresh oysters and the ultimate boil, more than enough food for us both. The oysters were fresh and definitely hit the spot, the Cajun fried calamari were a light fry, not rubbery or soggy at all. And that boil, so many flavors, all cooked (boiled ;) ) to perfection. We were licking our fingers till the very end, so very good, and so, very stuffed, definitely will be back and will bring friends:).

Our waitress was friendly and checked on us frequently. Overall, I had a good experience.

I called to let them know, and the young male cashier who answered the phone acted like I was bothering him. He said he would "go ask the manager what to do," put me on hold, and then hung up on me. When I called back, he hung up again without saying anything. So I drove up there -- even though I didn't really have the time my because fiancé recently had surgery on his leg so I'm taking care of him-- and yet things got even worse. In person, the same cashier cut me off while I was speaking, told me to my face that I was wrong, and said he had already checked the order (which clearly wasn't true). When I tried to explain, he got loud, threw my receipt on the floor, and kept arguing with me in front of other customers. His tone, attitude, and behavior were unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. Thankfully, the manager stepped in, stayed calm, and offered to make the missing items for me -- which I appreciated but while speaking with him the cashier would interject with rude, condescending and callous remarks, trying to continue the argument. The cashier placed the bag on the counter and refused to even acknowledge me. He just stared away like I wasn't standing there. The manager saw this too, and ended up moving him to the back room and handing me the food himself. My little sister was also disrespected when she came in to pick up our initial order. He would say "I can't really help you" and would walk away to sit on his phone and put his feet up on the counter. How are you the cashier manning the counter and can't give someone their order?. He gave the same response to another lady as well. We usually go to the Lee's Seafood Boil in Solon. The food is amazing there and the customer service is some of the best I've ever had. While the one on Lee Rd is the exact opposite and they're extremely greasy in comparison. We will never be returning to the Lee Rd location and will forever stick with Lee's In Solon. Manager: 4/5 - respectful, professional, and made it right. Cashier: 0/5 - rude, dishonest, disrespectful, and completely out of line. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. No one deserves to be treated like that. I won't be coming back unless serious changes are made -- starting with that cashier.

Since I was in the mood for something warm with seafood, I went for the seafood etoufee. We don't have a lot of Creole food where I'm from, so I wanted to make the most out of my Cleveland trip and have some while I was there. The food came out in around 15-20 minutes and was very yummy. I was a little confused because the server called it a seafood jambalaya instead of etoufee, but it was listed correctly on my receipt so maybe those terms are interchangeable. There was a generous portion of crab meat and shrimp, and I enjoyed the flavor of the broth--flavorful but not too rich or strong. I ordered a blueberry mocktail as well and enjoyed that too. The interior was pretty nice, and they had some sports playing on the TVs. Looked like a good mix of bar seats, smaller high tops, and bigger booths in the back for all sizes of groups.
