The facade is very unassuming, but don't be fooled, they have a lot of unique and gorgeous things that are perfect for women and teens alike. They also have lots of fun jewelry by Kendra Scott and other fun designers. My daughter loved a lot of the things they had and I found it to be reasonably priced compared to the boutiques we have in our hometown. Most items were priced around 40-70 or so for unique, on trend items. My daughter managed to snag a homecoming dress, a cute denim skirt and a romper for next year. I was trying to send business to local businesses since we live in Wake Forest so I was hoping to send business here. Today while running errands, I stopped in and asked how to make an appointment for consignment. She looked me up and down and said they don't take just anyone's clothes and tossed a four page pamphlet at me with a list of clothes they don't want, designers they don't want, and how to properly clean and present cloths to them. The whole thing seemed very harsh and abrasive. When I told her what items I had she was like "well I'm booked until June so you can try back then." I was floored. The store is extremely dated looking despite the requirement for "in style" fashions. I will not be back to shop or consign here. I do not recommend them whatsoever.
