My gardener diagnosed it as an issue…read morewith the irrigation valve needing replacement and cut the PVC pipe output but wasn't able to remove it from the copper pipe input because it required soldering. That's where I called Chris the Plumber who gave a fair quote to replace the irrigation valve and he sent his associate to replace it. We got a new irrigation valve but it turns out my gardener's diagnosis about the irrigation value didn't resolve it after all. We notified Chris and he came himself to troubleshoot the issue and it turned out to be a broken sprinkler head letting out too much water. He capped it and recommended to have our gardener replace the sprinkler head because a gardener would charge less than he would. Awesome job Chris for resolving the issue!

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The only downside is the lack of an invoice for the work being done and installed. I've asked the owner, Tony, a few times but never received one. This is important because the valve alone was around $2,000, and Kohler requires proper documentation for warranty coverage (5 year warranty with this valve) if any issues come up.
