Great Food! This place really does live up to the reviews. We hesitated to try it because the parking lot was packed. We were told a 20-30 minute wait and they took our phone number to text when the table was ready. Plenty of waiting area benches including an area along the wall at the bar. We may have waited 15 minutes. I'll keep it short, the cheese fondue was awesome! My wife had salmon and loved it. Daughter had wings and they were good and I would definitely say they were jumbo but not huge. But let me tell you what, I had the best pork chop I've ever eaten, it was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned! We were initially very excited to go to this restaurant. We arrived and were seated in about 15 minutes, which was surprising because the parking lot was so full. The waitress was great and overall the food was great! We ordered the deep-fried deviled eggs as an appetizer and they were good! We ordered the wings, Caesar salad, and a burger. All was good......until the food poisoning hit. My wife was sick all night and into the morning. Well....breakfast came and I decided to eat the two leftover deviled eggs that I didn't eat in the restaurant. Pulled them out of the fridge and ate them....and within 30 minutes I myself was sick with it coming out of both ends. Tried to call them at the restaurant, but they do not answer phones, apparently. I'm not a fan. I found the food to be very over priced for what you get. My burger was good but the fries seemed old and tough. I would think for what they charge, the good should be hot and fresh. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable! However, the food was just ok. We tried the fried deviled eggs and were disappointed. We found them bland and odd in texture. My family said the onions rings were good. But I couldn't try them because they were cooked in grease with seafood and I have an allergy. We had a variety of entrees including the cheeseburger, ribeyes, and the chicken sandwich. My family raved about the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. Two of the steaks were okay. However, my ribeye was delivered medium rare. I ordered medium. When I sent it back it was returned well done. The sweet potatoes were very good though. We loved this place! There was a huge buzz about in a Facebook group with quite a few locals recommending so we figured we'd try it out one night. Five of us went with no reservation around 4:45 on our last night in town. We were seated fairly quickly for as busy as it looked. Our waiter was on top of everything from the minute we sat down. Drinks and appetizers were fast and our meals came out timed perfectly to when we were finishing up. I had the bison burger and I am not lying when I say that it is THE BEST burger I have ever had. It was perfection. My only regret was not visiting earlier in our trip because I think we would've gone back once more before we had to leave. They make their own ketchup, dressings. Impressive in the ketchup. The deviled eggs were different. The whites were fried in bread crumb. I skipped the bacon but still enjoyed it. This is definitely the best place around to eat! It has a new age, tavern vibe with a full bar. They make everything from scratch and source their foods from local farms. It was a very clean place and despite having the full bar, it was very kid friendly. The staff were incredibly friendly and we received great service. We felt so comfortable, we hung out for a little while, which we typically don't do. The food was absolutely incredible! The cheese fondue was delicious, as were the pretzel bites and bread it comes with. I love that it also comes with apples. I ordered my salmon blackened and it came seasoned to perfection. The mashed potatoes were so flavorful. The wings were well sauced and tasty! I feel the price was very average especially considering everything here is made from scratch and of high quality ingredients. The parking lot is likely to be full and you are likely to have to wait, because everyone loves this place with good reason. But they do take reservations if you plan ahead! While we were waiting to be seated a customer who had finished eating recommended the deep fried deviled eggs. As a sucker for anything deep fried, we tried them and liked them and my favorite part was the candied bacon on top They are known for really good burgers so I went with the burger that has goat cheese, bacon jam and onion straws and it was basically perfect. This place was just fantastic. We met a friend here while vacationing. It was cute, and had a close to hour wait. She was caught in traffic, so, we gave them our information. We were sat in 25 minutes or less. Our order includes fried devil eggs-wow!!! We also got the cheese fondue, and it was a 10. Our table included 3 different burgers and a kid's chicken. The second visit it was Christina, who was equally amazing. Appetizers were Fried Deviled Eggs and Stuffed Piquille Peppers. Entrees were a BGT burger for me (both times ... they are that good), and a Bison Burger for hubby on the first visit and a 14oz Grilled Ribeye tonight. I grabbed dinner here after a long day and I was starving. Do you know how when you go to the grocery store when you're hungry and you want everything yeah it was like that when I sat down. My server helped me narrow it down to fried deviled eggs, and the shrimp pasta unfortunately, I also wanted to try the caramelized onion mashed potatoes, I knew I never be able to eat all of that food but I didn't care I wanted everything. I managed to eat half the deviled eggs and some of the pasta and some of the mashed potatoes and took the rest back to my hotel room. The deviled eggs were definitely unique and the flavor was amazing. The mashed potatoes were really good, putting caramelized onions in there is a fantastic idea , and the shrimp pasta was out of this world. So many kids screaming! Maybe if you want to go make a reservation after kids bedtime.
