I also had an issue with a shower that no longer put out hot water. They offer a complimentary assessment visit. The plumber, Nolan, came in and quickly had solutions for the problems that multiple people came and couldn't figure out out or were charging us thousands of dollars to repair. Another popular plumbing company mentioned some major repairs that were going to cost me approximately $4k!! After Nolan walked the house, he mentioned simple solutions that would cost just their regular service fee of $165. I asked him what warranty we'd have if he started the work and it didn't resolve the issue. He was so confident that his interventions would fix my problems. He was right!! His knowledge and experience was remarkable. The issue with the water line to the fridge was a simple flip of a switch. The heat in the shower was back with just a flick of a piece in the shower handle. He assessed the water pressure in one of the showers and made a recommendation to change a cartridge at a later time with an approximate cost of $400. I was mind blown at his ability to diagnose our issues, resolve the problems and the cost efficiency that he was able to provide. I highly recommend this company and will keep their number handy for any of my future plumbing needs!

Had a sewer backup at the house Tuesday night caused by root infiltration in a 70 year old clay…read moreline. Got an emergency repair done by another company, who then wanted to line the remaining 75 feet with CIPP at a base price of around $250 per linear foot. The lining recommendation was correct, but the cost for 75 feet at $250 per foot is not reasonable. Hydro Brothers gave me a straight answer over the phone at for the same CIPP installation scope. They came out after the other company had finished the emergency repair, scoped the line, confirmed the general cost given over the phone, and scheduled the work. Prep work started Thursday and the liner went in Friday. They told me up front how long we would be without the sewer while the liner cured and that timeline was exact. They also reconfigured some existing sewer line connections so they flow better. They've earned a repeat customer. I wish I had called them first.

I called All City Plumbing, Air and Electrical because I had diagnosed that my furnace's blower…read moremotor and capacitor needed to be replaced. Jonathan came out and confirmed that that was indeed true. Everything seemed to be going well. Jonathan was very friendly and polite. When it came time for the estimate, he told me it was going to be just under $3,000. That seemed like quite a lot to me for just changing out a blower motor and a capacitor. He also told me that my Rheem furnace couldn't take just any old blower motor and he had to order one special. He said that his company doesn't deal with Rheem because their parts are hard to get. I reluctantly agreed to the repair, which he said would probably take place the next day. Later, he called and said the part wasn't going to arrive for a whole week. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Southern California and I certainly didn't want to be without air conditioning, which runs through my furnace and needs the blower motor. I asked him what my other options were. He told me the only other option I had was to get a whole new system. He explained that he could install the system in only 2 days time or I could wait a whole week and have him repair the blower motor. He also mentioned a 10 year warranty with 1 or 2 years of service from his company. I asked him about the brand and quality of the Furnace that he intended on selling me, which was going to be almost $8,000. He told me it was better than my current system brand and I asked to get it in writing so I could do some research. After not receiving anything in writing I called his company and requested the same thing from them. Shortly after the conversation with his company I received an email specifying the make and model of the new furnace. I researched online and discovered a few interesting things. Number one, Jonathan had lied to me about Rheem parts. I found out from my online research that Reem takes Universal parts and I would not have had to wait until the next week to receive a blower motor that would fit. I also discovered that blower motors and capacitors cost nowhere near $3,000 to install. And finally, the brand of the new furnace that was recommended by Jonathan was nowhere near the quality of the Rheem furnace that I already owned. I canceled the job immediately with the company and again with Jonathan when he called me to find out what was going on. I am still waiting for my refund on the deposit! My contractor friend and I went to an HVAC store and purchased a universal blower motor and capacitor for $180... and installed it ourselves in a couple hours. The system is working perfectly. I don't recommend this business at all. I'm completely confused on why they have such a good rating on Yelp, which is why I picked them to begin with. This was a clear case of trying to take advantage of an old lady in a wealthy neighborhood. Shame on them!! Update: I received a full refund of my deposit and the service fee was completely waived. I got a nice apology from the owner and a manager.

Not only did Damien come out super fast, but we didn't speak to an answering service or an AI chat bot. We spoke to a person! that meant so much to us right from the jump! Our main line had a serious blockage that caused sewage to back up into our bathroom and multiple rooms...it was a stressful and messy situation. Damien and Nate arrived on time, assessed the issue, and worked quickly to clear the blockage and stop the problem. They explained what was happening with the line, showed us with their camera where both blockages were and handled the job like absolute professionals. I had a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday morning. I put out a request on yelp and Hi Speed called…read moreme within minutes. The plumber, Bobby arrived late in the afternoon and got to work. I ended up having him put in a cleanout that he completed by the next morning. Turns out, I had a collapsed pipe under my slab. Booby showed me the video of it and got me a quote right away to address it. I felt the estimate was very fair and they even credited the clearing of the pipe and the addition of the cleanout against the major repair under my slab. He was back the next morning with a team of guys who fixed the issue within 2 days. They kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Bobby is in fact the nephew of the owner, Juan, who came out multiple times during the repair to ensure everything was going smooth. The owner even helped in cleaning the debris at the end of the job and took debris he wasn't even responsible for to the dump for me.
