They are button mushrooms that have been and white ones and other spices and they were fantastic. On to the main course. My wife and I shared the seafood paella for dinner. And my in-laws shared the pan bronzed redfish. They were both exceptional. We will definitely be returning both for dinner and the occasional tapas and cocktails. PS.
